I spent a lot of time with this man and don't see him as a sociopath. The Philippines has a way of changing those who are willing and he quickly learned how he could live in another culture without compromising his own beliefs or his partner to be.

Extremely hard to explain his home and lifestyle to someone that has never experienced life other than (probably) Bohol.
Even something like a drive to Tagbilaran would be so dissimilar to the wide open spaces of Texas (or any countryside in say, the USA or Australia). Example, in Australia, I drive 20 minutes (16 kilometres or 10 miles) to the closest town that has shopping facilities. That same trip in Bohol would easily be double that time (once in Manila, that same distance took 3 hours).
The other issue is the differences in what could be called wealth. The amount of money to lead a decent lifestyle varies vastly depending on where you are in this world. Owning a home and multiple vehicles is no big deal in the USA, Canada or Australia, so the differences to a Filipina is unimaginable.
Not easy to explain to gain comprehension unfortunately.

Yes, I often think that what is referred to as a culture "gap" is more like the Grand Canyon than a gap.😁
Our Inland Resort Project is our main focus for the foreseeable future Kerry. Once the first stage is up and running we'll be able to think about taking some time off for travel 👍

😂it depends on his interest and qualities he would like to live with for years..i would like the lady in whiteshirt because she really ask questions, terence said in prev videos ask and ask haha..so she knows whats shes getting into. Unlike the other lady shes too quiet would be very vulnerable and naive just my opinion, She would be the type where you would never have an argument lol she seems to be just too accepting to what comes and there is to it.
