I also met my wife when she was 18 and I was 59. Stayed with her 1 week, then a month later we stayed together for 1 month. Then 4 months later she came to Australia while pregnant and has stayed the last 7 years. I had major surgery for Liver cancer when we had 2 kids and she was pregnant with our third child. She took care of us all without complaining. Now I am a retired father taking care of our 3 children while my wife is studying to be a nurse (6 months to go) and she also works part time to support the family.

@@TonyRule It seems odd to me. Every other ethnic group seems to encourage marriage between people of their own ethnicity. Not so much in the last generation, but parents prefer that.
I am a Filipina . I married to a Filipino man , also . We separated ways when he went abroad as a seaman. That is how he changes his character and everything . He becomes bad. He becomes more a cheater. Then that is how my life becomes so miserable. Sometimes our own ambitions will only kill us and that is if we have more money. Money changes everything . So , be it, if we married our own race and color or we married a foreigner , i can conclude that it is the man who is the culprit of everything because he carries the decisions to leave his family. .We didnt discussed anything because he refused to talk to me. When he went abroad again , he didn't go home to us anymore. We have two children.I carry the burden. Unluckily for me , i choose the wrong man...Until now , i dont have the desire to have another man in my life.He left me when i was 35 years old. I am now 62 . Life is pretty tough though but we survived against all the sufferings with my 2 children. So , it doesnt matter whom you marry . But for me i blamed it all to my husband' s fault. We don' t communicate well during our marriage . Because he thinks he is always right and he didn't give me a chance to settle our marriage and voice out my own side. It was very unfair. Money rules, maybe because he earned much than me. Thank you for reading my old sentiments. I already moved on .
Sorry to hear of your bad experience and having to raise 2 kids single handedly on your own. This is what happen when men are given free reign or having some spare changes while their wife work and toil to support the family. Money changes everything in every form and is indeed the root of all evils when not managed or used carefully. I wish you well...minus your ex because you are worthy of more. Good luck.
As a divorced woman who raised a daughter. I married a man 14 years older than ,myself. He was rich, I was a young struggling acto/writer. I thought I was in love with him. He was abusive, cheap and mean. Without discussing it with me, right after I gave birth to a beautiful baby girl, he had a vasectomy, thus denying my child of full siblings (he had one grown older son) and a woman of 25 more children. A few months after giving birth he hit me hard on the mouth. He was an evil man who plotted and did end up destroying my life. It was a long time ago. You cant carry around hatred and disappointment. You just find little pleasures and are thankful for small joys. I have so much and yet old and poor....I send you love and a soothing balm for your heart aches and disappointent....Please lovely lady...let it go....let God, love and laughter in....remember if you have a roof over your head, a meal to eat and one good meal to enjoy....you are rich....and it doesnt hurt to have a companion like a dog or cat....they will love you always unconditionally....go save and animal....the life you save may be your own.
I am a Filipina. If a Filipino girl asks money, leave her. There are a lot of good Filipino women out there. If you offer money, and she does not accept it, she's a good one.
What if she lives in the slums of Davao. Has two teenagers, and she never asked for anything. Doesn’t work. Doesn’t disclose her pre diabetes and thyroid issues until the 3rd week when I’ve told her about my health issues from day one. I sent her 5000 pesos and she accepted. She uses her money For her phone communication with me. She bought food for her family with what I sent.
I'm a filipina and also married to an English guy. I look after my husband the same way. It has something to do with how we were raised by our parents. That love, care, and respect is deeply rooted to how we were looked after by our parents.

I'm married to a Filipina I met during our graduate studies at the University of British Columbia for 35 years now. The marriage is not perfect, but we get along amazingly well!
important is you.get along well. there is no perfect marriage.. in the philippines what matters most are the children.. yes even grown up children .. why? when a filipina or filipino die... who will fix the burial ? the children. and on Nov. 1.. children will visit the cementary.. your wife? if still living and can walk ...
I’m American, and a rare breed. I’m far from perfect, but I’m a take care of my man type of girl. I would have never left you either!! I’m so happy you found true love!
As a Filipino, our culture is family-oriented. We prefer to live with our family. The parents take care of their children. And when the parents get old, their children and grandchildren will take care of them. We are selfless specially to our family. That is just the way it is and I personally love it. Cheers!
Just like anywhere else, there are those who take commitment seriously and an equal number who do not. The "culture" promoted about the Philippines is fading fast and will soon be a thing of the past. It's a sad reality we all need to accept.
Sadly NOT ALL Filipinos and Filipinas are that way! My ex MIL is Filipino from the Philippines. She & her husband moved to Alaska for a few years then settled in Honolulu HI in the 70s maybe late 60s. Anyway, they worked there a$$e$ off! Rain or shine sick and all they worked worked worked! Im a part Hawaiian/Asian Local girl born n raised here in HI and to me it was a bit MUCH! I just didnt see where they’d find the time to ENJOY anything! Just LIFE! U know? Anyway, long story short. They had 5 children the youngest son is my ex (father of my sons) they absolutely LOVED their father. He was a very hard working man and a loving one at that! The mom was a hard working woman but she cracked the whip! NONE of her kids help her with almost anything. The father passed away many years ago from cancer, but she had to do ALOT of things on her own as none had there own lives and just didn’t help her. It’s very sad how they treated her and still do today. Yes they love her, however idk if they will “take care of her” when she’s unable to care for herself. All they want is what they can get from her after she passes. Im afraid it’ll be a real shit show when that happens. So my 2 cents is this. Not all Filipinos are the same. Don’t label a gender or a nationality. Unconditional love is found EVERYWHERE and all over the world.
“ Do not squander your pearls before swine, unless they trample on them and kill you.” The swine is you in this biblical prophecy. Unless you are the pearls though..

I met my Filipino lady on August 17, 2022, on Facebook she sent me a message saying "Hi". I responded 2 days later saying "Hello". We started off just having a normal conversation I was asking questions about the Philippines 🇵🇭 and she was asking me questions about America 🇺🇸. After 3-4 weeks she said "I Love You" and invited me to come to the Philippines 🇵🇭. She never asked me for money and didn't want me to spend money only if necessary. Although she really needed money, we are getting married on August 17, 2024!!! 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Excellent story. I was 70 and married a 35-year-old Filipina. We are doing great. So far I'm in very good shape. No major medical issues. Most 18 and 19- year old girls are unstable and unpredictable. You are lucky. I was NOT wanting or looking for a 18-19 year old girl, but was introduced to one. A true genuine connection never formed. She was too immature and it did not work out -- thankfully. I made the right decision for me.
Monty has overcome a lot. Good for him and his wife for sticking together thru the ups and downs. Also a reminder to get yearly checkups with a full blood work, especially as we get older.
Really an incredible story. I was not sure if I wanted to watch just because of the age differences but I listened, tried not to judge and I'm glad I did. I hope and pray that Monte is able to maintain if not improve his health and enjoy seeing his daughter grow and experience the love he gets from his wife. The big take away is really how wonderful his wife is... He for sure found a one in a million match I think. I also respect him for seeking out her family as well as his own kid's feelings and approvals.
As a women in early 60's I think these old men are delusional .. you can rationalize all you want to justify but big age gaps, trade of financial security for love.
Monte my man , From the depths of my heart I wish you and your wife and daughter all the very best for the future. As you would be aware, we hear so many stories...many conflicting. But your story my friend touched me deeply. The trials and tribulations , the clinging to life by a mere thread and to recover with you wife and daughter still by your side providing every reason to fight on and cope with the obstacles that remain. Bless you and you family Monte. Kind regards Nick
Whitney Anders- What a negative, terrible, critical, unthoughtful, disrespectful comment about my friend Monty Crew. You should be ashamed of yourself. God has blessed Aragel and He with a beautiful little daughter. Little Faith has a promising future and parents who love her. I cannot believe an individual could with a clear conscience make such a terrible comment.
@@whitneyanders5945 Indeed! Not very considerate towards the child. If he was able to leave at minimum $100,000 USD and SSA child survivors benefits then at least it gives the child a fighting chance to have a better future and existence.
A real good woman he is married to. I was in the Philippines in August and my neighbours cousin 19 years old living with an 62 year old American. I saw so many very young girls with older men. I heard them talk together and it was good conversations, not superficial at all
I have been following Monty's channel for quite a while now and I must say he has won a lottery with his wife. The way she treats him and takes care of him is one in a million. Don't make the mistake of thinking that all Filipinas are like that! If I had been in his condition, my ex-Filipina-wife would have dumped me with a caregiver while painting the town with other guys using my money. I'm pretty sure of that. So if you have a wife like Monty's, hold on to her with both your hands, because you will never find another one like her!
True, I'm Filipino. It isn't about the race, color of skin, status. It's only either you're able to get your sh!ts straight or you're a piece of crap. Although, women who are raised conservatively are more likely to get it, I think..
Most Filipino women are caring and loving as long as you are the same. Perhaps you were just unlucky to find the wrong one. I was married to Canadian and we got along well and loved each other. Unfortunately he passed away in 2020. All my married female Filipino friends are very loving to their Canadian husbands.
That's why I love Monte, he's just plain honest. He admits that he did everything wrong and knows that he's lucky as the year is long. Knowing the long version of his story (from his channel and other interviews he's done) really shows how lucky he got. Could another guy get as lucky, maybe but I wouldn't bet my farm on it. The quality of character of his wife is a true gem. She stayed with him during his major health issues, current health issues and money worries from when Monte had his business arrangements (US business income) hit a rough patch. But when you see them together as a family it all just connects, and it's easy to see they love each other. I wish Monte and family all the best both now and many years to come. Stay blessed my friend, as it's easy to see that even though life has dealt you a tough hand, you still have a true Ace of a wife that comes through regardless of the circumstances. 👍👍

@@hillbillyintheasia6122 @hillbillyintheasia6122 Simple, once someone turns 18 its none of anyone's business who they love. Everyone can have am opinion sure but once they legally become "consenting adults" then it's up to them. Also just as you said his child can get his SS for 18 years. That alone brings up the quality of life substantially from a regular person on the street. You talk about college, but it's just as possible college wasn't an option for her in the first place. You are making a lot of assumptions based upon a western mindset, and your assuming capability when it's possible her options weren't that broad. Even if his life comes to a close a woman with her quality of character is in demand, and their TH-cam videos act as a testament to the quality of her character as well. Most men would give their right kidney to have a woman so dedicated even if she was a widow with a child. Her future isn't even close to as bleak as you assume. She's got a path to income through their TH-cam channel and there could even be more things Monte has put in place to make sure her and her child are taken care of, we just don't know. But all that said I wish you all the best 👍
You made me cry, reminds me of my husband. I just love him that I treat him like a king as he always said to people. But God took him away from me, I guess He loves him too and He don't want him to suffer a lot . Get well sir.

Peoud to be a Filipina with the right moral values. Love cannot be bought with money. A good friend, wife, husband or family friend will stay with you whether you are sick, poor or down. That is how you know how good or evil a person is. They do good things for others for charity.

I still don't believe that money doesn't count. If this same man had no money, probably was living on the streets, do you think she will still love him or even look at him? Common people, they still love them because of his money,
@@phil-amvlogsi8359 That's what happens if you grow up with that kind of culture. You think it's normal to leave your elderly and sick relatives in homes and hospices. It is very common in our culture to take care of a spouse during illnesses. My grandfather had a stroke ang my granma took care of him. When my grandma was terminally sick, my aunt took care of her. Now we take care of our elderly aunts whenever they get sick. He is attracted to her because she is young and probably sexy and pretty, she is attracted to him because he can provide and lead a family. Do you expect a guy can be both ugly and irresponsible and get the perfect girl who would take care of him? LOL. What a mindset. Of course there is a trade off, girls would also want to feel secure.

Take note of this folks. A filipino man having an intimate relationship with a younger filipina for example the man is in his 40s to 50s and above while the woman is 19 or in her early 20s, is very strange in our culture. But there is an exception. That situation will be acceptable in the eyes of society if the man is a foreigner especially if he is white. That is an undeniable fact
My friend’s worry is the toxic utang ( borrow culture, without paying) in the Philippines. All of his wife ( at the beginning of their marriage) relatives and friends are borrowing money left and center without paying because they all think that all foreigners has unlimited money to giveaway. If you don’t give, they can call every names they want. Parents and siblings thought that they’re entitled to everything their sister has😅. Anyway, great fun friendly culture, until you stop handing out free money. So, be cautious , be careful! It’s ok to be kind, but don’t overdo it.

Yes I have a story very similar. I was divorced and living with another Filipina that was bipolar and very jealous. I went online and was talking to several different women in the Philippines. I found one that was 31 years old I was 63. Her husband had died and she had two boys 8 and 9. We talked online for about a year I came to the Philippines to visit We got along marvelously well. I came back a few months later and we got engaged. Then I moved to the Philippines. We shared an apartment and one year later we got married. We have two children between us both boys 10 years old and 14 years old. We've been married 16 years. Very happy and content. The women and families here are very traditional I like that. We had some cultural differences We worked that out. I would recommend the Philippines for any man who is looking for a traditional wife. Very hard to find in the US Canada or England.

Good Fortune to you and your family.
That's nice family building. She probably will have no problem becoming a nurse.

What do you think of women marrying old white men? How many do? Half? Less or more?
@@vitalucas9452 *_"Half?"_* Really? It's very much a minority.
@@TonyRule It seems odd to me. Every other ethnic group seems to encourage marriage between people of their own ethnicity. Not so much in the last generation, but parents prefer that.
You must be white.
Good luck.
It sure doesn't sound like you've 'moved on', just that time has passed.
I feel your pain. Many Filipino men are babaero and lasingero.
Bless you for trying to make it work. I'm glad you were able to raise those children alone. I hope they understand how hard it was for you.
I am a Filipina. If a Filipino girl asks money, leave her. There are a lot of good Filipino women out there. If you offer money, and she does not accept it, she's a good one.

Hi Guys

That alone brings up the quality of life substantially from a regular person on the street. You talk about college, but it's just as possible college wasn't an option for her in the first place. Chad this is a great interview with Monty and inspiring to hear his story
The thing is his wife is what we all hope we find in a wife and she must be a genuinely amazing person 😊
Monty, 11yrs ago I found out I had had 12 strokes. I had 10 minutes of mobility ability at that time. Here 11 yrs later I can work up to 2 hrs with breaks and the improvements I take as a blessing. I'm your age and feel confident that with time you will only improve more and more my friend. Take care and Salamat Chad for the sit down. Amping!
She’s one of a kind. I’m happy for people who found true love and happiness. Experience how to be loved and know how to love others genuinely, then you’ll see the good side of the story.
I am from Indonesia, married with my husband 2009 until now. I love him deeply He is a soulmate from Jesus Christ, No matter what happen as my vow I will be there for him and take care for him .Sex is not the most important, knowing that he is beside me and I can see him , I know he is fine. It is happiness for me. Sometimes he does not believe me, but I do not care I know my action will prove everything, Afraid with Jesus and loves Jesus is the key for everything. Specially I am raised as a Catholic , we both are
Another beautiful love story
You're blessed, Sir, to have this Filipina wife, my kababayan! She's an amazing woman! I know you love her too as to give her freedom if she wishes to be freed...but her love for is not a skin-deep thing. It's real love! Congratulations!
I’m from the Philippines I met my husband Year 1997 his American and we got married Year 2001 And I came to the U.S.A Year 2002 We had a child 2003
The married couples are not always perfect.especially we have a lot of differences and culture. But the most important thing is genuine Love, Respect and honestly.the gaps of our age 22 Years. But we’re happy couples.
We’re been married for 22 Years our daughter she in college now. And I been taking care of my husband for almost 4 Year because of health issues. And
My husband just Passed away Dec.21,2023
It’s not that easy for us this holidays season I missed him soo much..😢
I'm very sorry for your loss.
Hope you're well ❤
I've followed this man for several months after his stroke. He looks a lot better today 🙏
I have always liked Monty and his wife from the first time I have seen them.. first time I saw him he had a yellow house he was renting in Valencia and his wife gave us a tour of the place and it was cheap and beautiful.. I was sold on the Philippines when I saw that video of a house that cheap in the mountains of Valencia and such a nice and beautiful wife.I think it was 200 or 250 dollars a month.. great guy great girl and now they have a wonderful and beautiful little girl..😊😊
Excellent video. I appreciate you both for your honesty.
Yes, most of the time it's about dollars and cents and having a support system.
I have worn a shirt that said on it Proud KuriPot. They get the idea real quick. One of the first lessons I teach is that I am not the bank. GET A JOB. SO the gravy train does not stop. It takes a while but I teach them that we are not rich. THe numbers are just may times larger than theirs but we have all the same problems.
@@khenglim - You just have to let them enjoy the fruits of their inaction and forkery. I have said before, I do not care who is whining crying or dying... Tell St Peter at the gate I said hello. Don't delay, Be on your way... Says Mr KuriPot.

Agree... But what if they view and expect these men to be their ATMs? Quick run, I suppose. Haha....Fact is....many of my country men (especially the older folks) have fallen prey to these love scams and robbed of their life long pensions (in tens and hundreds of thousand) to women not just from the Philippines but also Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, China etc. It's sad but the reality is that money matters and everything comes down to dollars and cents. Of course, there are success cases of marital bliss and I truly applaud these unions and wish them well.
@@khenglim - Agreed. If she is gold digging, then you need to set the boundry. If they don't let up, replace them like a burned out light bulb. You cannot fix that problem. Tampo is another big problem. I tell them No Chismosa No Tampo No BS No crazy relatives etc... They get that speech so they know I know what is up and its off limits. One girl did tampo and I said, OK. Time to go. Headed to the Jeep station and was talking to another... Oh my did that situation get turned around quick. But if they do it once they will do it again when they are comfortable. Just get out and find a peaceful one who does not engage in that shit. So much better that way. Its OK to trade some looks for a good woman who does what is right. ITs a No Brainer.
That's one fortunate guy who happened to find someone who happened to love him for who he is and is willing to stick it out to the end. I'm happy for you sir, You're blessed.
Huh
18 to 80 nothing over 300lbs blind cripple or crazy all is ok hes a good man let him rock in roll in the good life
We Filipina really takes care of our partner because what are parents treats us and we've seen from them. I love my parents and to my future husband your lucky😊❤🇵🇭💚
Das the most important thing in life 🎉🎉❤
So nice to hear your story, honesty true not everybody is the same, majority Filipinos if you respect them they will RESPECT you. Filipino values are Our no. One that we carry wherever you go. Thank you for sharing your story.👍
Very happy for Monty. He’s such a down to earth guy. He did do everything wrong and did get very lucky; but if a gf is frugal with your money or even refuses gifts, you might have a keeper. My wife is 24 years my junior and I had concerns about it but we are madly in love after 5 years. She was 29 when we met. You’re very blessed Monty and you deserve it.
She married him out of necessity, she's poor, desperate, uneducated looking for a ricket out of poverty, so she took what ever guy that came. Look at this guy he has no looks, Filipina ladies are very desperate, these white men come here to prey on these 3rd world country poor ladies.
Hey Chad, nice interview with Monty. I salute Monty for his honesty. He’s a very down to earth guy. God bless him more!
May Monte's days continue to blessed with Good Health, God speed to Monte's healthy recovery,
Chad, you are great at this youtube gig! I have watched you on other channels as well. Keep up the great work and I hope to visit there soon.
Your filipina wife have a pure love to you and get well soon
Good to see he is doing well.
Excellent information Chad! This guy Monte is very honest and inspiring! Thank you
Every Filipina is different from another Filipina but Filipino women have common denominator. They are sweet, loving, thoughtful, and make responsible wives and mothers. ❤️
This is one of the best inspiration stories from Phillipines. He is very lucky man. His young Filipino wife didn't see him as walking ATM. Good luck to him and his family.
Very nice story,,thanks for sharing Chad😊
I was at dinner in Quezon City with an expat friend. We were talking about this channel and others and we both agreed, "St. Luke's" -- we are 8 km from St. Luke's... Just another view of living in the Philippines. AND WE TALKED ABOUT ASYMETRIC FILIPINO STEPS. You guys read our minds!!!!
So many old men age above 50 marrying young girls age 17, 18, 19. What a shame!
Cant really say bad about it as long as they marry them and builds a family with them. Rather than an old man lusting over young or children.
Wow. Thank you for sharing this beautiful story. May God bless you, your beautiful wife and your daughter
When you find a Filipina girl who practices her faith she’s a real winner!
Ok ,,,Where do you find such a Beautiful, Wonderful, Woman????
Out of all the stories I’ve heard from the Philippines, that was the most inspirational😳
She is a special woman you have there love her with all your heart as she loves you with all her
Yes I have a story very similar.
Chad, thank you for this interview. I love the Crew Family, Monty is a great honest man and so is Aragel. And their lovely doughter Faith. I contacted them, they always replied. Now, I am soon getting married to a wonderful Pinay babae. God Bless
You are a good husband and I wish all foreigners wishing to marry Filipinas are like you.
U are one of the few that found a single young woman and she fell in love with u stayed with you after all these years I beenmarried 40 years to filipino changed so much the last 24 years it's been hard to live withher.
Every relationship is its own. I know many people judge others and I ask why? We all just want to be happy. Monty and Aragel are great people and proud to say they are our friends!!!
But I heard the doctors give Monty only 2 years to live. Then what will she do?
@@iluvmoney6767 , if the doctors gave you one to three years to live wouldn't you choose to be with the ones that love you the most? Monty we'll have social security for his daughter
@@iluvmoney6767Have nothing to answer? No solution to provide?
@@AngeloGene Doctors told him.

I heard Monty say after another check up including an MRI his health has improved so much the Dr later took back what he said initially that he had only 1-3 years to live. He also said he's more impressed with his Filipino Dr that took care of him.
Hi Monty, I’ve been following your videos! Loved it!!! Pls continue to do more !! Always pray for you in your journey of good health & enjoife!!
Awesome video! I appreciate the frankness! Thank you! 😊
Thanks again sir chad and sir monty for sharing this episode of life 🙋♀️salute you guys and Godbless u more!🙏🏼
Wow similar name to my daughter - Julienne 😊
@juliusjuispais7926 😍oh that's cool, sir🙋♀️but I'm from the northern part of the Philippines 👍
@@julieann2546 In the West, we do not treat these loser men with respect.
As an expat here 17 years, we old guys are so delusional, so desperate for love, if your dating a teenager your gonna get eventually what you deserve .. to be ripped off. No to simps.
Yes, sorry ripoff
Lots of videos about them.
Asian women only care about money security. They are clever don’t fall for their games.
I cannot believe how gullible and desperate these men are to Settle?! Woman like this are everywhere and they are not the most attractive They think they are for some reason lol
Speak for yourself. I'm 58 and my Filipina asawa is 26. I could care less who doesn't approve. I march to my own drummer.
This gentleman's story is so moving. I am sure his wife loves him so much but I am also quite certain that this man's kindness, love, caring, open-mindedness, and trust are some of the qualities that made him a 'hero' in the eyes of his beloved wife. Both of them, in my opinion, are exceptional in so many respects. Thank you Mr. Chad Foster for this story. A big thumbs up also to the gentleman who is continuing the fight to get back to health. I admire his strength.
Chad nice line-up of questions.
Very good flow to the interview 👍👍
Great video guys... i too got very LUCKY with my Beautiful filipina wife.. we now have a 2 year old daughter and we're living our best life. Cheers Monty

I found your video most interesting. I am married to a filipina for 23 years and we reside in Siquijor. Thank you for sharing your information and knowledge with us. We travel to Dumaguete at least once a month primarily for my health issues. Would love to know who your cardiologist is. At present, I have none.
Love this interview. You describe my Filipino wife to a tee and I consider myself very blessed
A young girl with a old man. Ask any young girl they laugh at you. Yuk
Sorry . Very obvious. Like a old Woman with a young boy . Blah blah . Wake up people. The World lost there marbles.
Have a speedy recovery sir, sure you're lucky enough for some other guys out there. God bless always and your family.
Wow, 4 in 1, husband, father & grandfather & provider.
But as long as there's LOVE, RESPECT, DEVOTION & FIDELITY in the RELATIONSHIP.
Makinig at intindihin😂😂😂 nag partime nga daw asawa nya para sa kanila paano naging provider??
She’s definitely a treasure worth keeping, one in a million
I heard facial exercises help with stroke patients. Lovely story!
