Starting a 2 day 5/3/1 template tomorrow (based on your 5/3/1 & MMA article you wrote). Excited to get started! Doing squat + bench day 1 then deadlift + press day 2. Any tips on programming accessories?
I generally recommend 2-4 assistance movements/workout. How you divide that up - that's up to you. We always do full body because we are developing dudes and are athletes. Raise GPP and everything follows.
