I would suggest with any pto attachment, engage at a lower rpm like 750-1000 then add power to operating rpm

Definitely never had one before or knew what to do or operate it
Deere says it's made to run full RPM. That way you don't bog the engine. It's best to run an RPM that can handle the PTO.

I would put some coating on the windshield .
The windshield wiper doesn’t seem to be doing its job.
