    Thanks for the informative video. I think you've convinced me to have this done by a professional.

    It has a glass backing that breaks EXTREMELY easy. 170F to 212F is frustratingly difficult to maintain while attempting battery removal. Too hot to touch. Precision handling is worse wearing gloves. The adhesive is way stronger than these videos demonstrate. I ended up breaking the glass. Samsung has designed this phone to break easily if handled wrong.

      It probably took him 30 minutes though. I'm impatient and now the back of my phone looks like a car windshield that got hit by several bricks

    What about Battery Accumulated Usage Initialization procedure? I read somewhere on Internet what needs to be done and it is possible to do only by Samsung authorized serwis.

      Which would u say was the trickiest part? Planning on doing my own as well

    • @bradf3963
      @bradf3963 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@raztahking Plugging the camera back in was tricky, but the worst is getting it apart. If you use some heat and are very patient the phone comes apart ok, but you have to be very careful and be patient. The adhesive is very strong, so you heat a little, work the metal pick in small sections at a time. Re-apply the heat in the small sections as it cools off pretty fast. You have to remove ALL of the old adhesive once the phone is apart. It's a combination of peeling it off and some alcohol and a swab to get the residue off so the new adhesive has something to grab onto. If you don't remove all the old adhesive the phone won't go back together correctly as it will be too thick.

    I didn't see you replace wireless charging before testing new battery , I'm pretty sure note 9 can not be charged without wireless part installed ?

    Opening the smarphone is going to influence in any way software? There's the risk that after changing the battery or the finger tip sensor I would not be able to use banking apps?
