I have s10 plus and battery started draining reak fast. The problem started after I downloaded software update on 13 July. I looked online help but all of them kept saying something, turn off features, reduce brightness. I messaged Samsung and they said boot your phone in safe mode to find out which app/s is causing this. I am quite sure the problem isn't the apps. I installed the latest app about 2 weeks ago.
Same as me, after facing this issue, I factory reset the phone and do not download a single apps but still drain even when I don't use the phone.... Ever worse, I charge 100% before sleep, n the phone die to 0 % next morning, but the battery life still good
Y my chargingspeed has decreased even in fast charging taking much longer time..please give solution or how do i undo these as my charging time has increased..please help
It worked for me my phone now last 17 hours to 18 hours depending on my use Samsung galaxy a52s 5g and also put unused apps to sleep and update your device when update available
@Team Viv Same here if I knew this would happened I'd rather stick to old ver than having battery drain without using your phone. Oh btw did you follow the tips in the video? Did you still have issues after doing it?

Did thus process over 20 times.even did factirt reset.hard reset.even sent it to samsung south africa...no use battery still drains no matter what.if i charge it to 100% and have no wifi or data or bluetooth switched on.in 24hrs it drops from 100% to 30%.and i basically just have the phone kept on the desk.not use it

usually are capacitors on the charging region that go on short. they help the battery from disscharging.
