@@hildevertessindi have you enable the intel virualization in BIOS ?.

if you have enable intel virualizaion in bios, follow this link to disable Hyper-V in Windows

@@cyberduckysg Thanks for reaching out again. So my issue is not with the installation itself. When i disable hyper V, i install cml but once i try to run the lab because i disabled virtualization to install the cml server on Vmware, im unable to run any lab on that server.
