      Well its not really the whole truth.. or for me at least the first week was awful and day by day it was getting easier.. till 6-7 months then when you start living life normal again and doing all normal stuff that you should in life, you start to forget about drinking. And then life is really nice living and Easy. For me it is, but i thing it is for everyone its just different time marks for everyone when and where.. cause for me when the cravings was like away from my life around the 7 or 8th month i was back at life normal. So thats just my Words and just how i feel and have it. But im sure everyone will get to that also at some point just have belief and give it some time.

      ​@Bellan8845 thank god you said that I'm only on day 8 I couldn't fight this for the rest of my life at this level glad you said it gets easier I was about to give up

      @@dg9015 i understand but you have to work on yourself.. and if you did get in this messed up shit you will also get out of this. Just how you came in to this type of game you will surely also be good😊 👍🏽 and 8 days is really good! The first week is toughest, and you will se by 1 month, 2 months and then 3 months how good you will be. And then just keep pushing. Im already now on 14 months and it feels like it was yesterday i quitted drinking. And i will keep without no problem. And belive me, my first 3 months were really messed up with toughts, lack of sleep and insomnia, nightmares, stress levels in the body, couldnt think straight, numb feelings and emotions and senses, then i had DPDR for almost a year which is a type of anxiety and then alot of anxiety, and today im totally free from everything💪🏽❤️ so you will make it also!

    You could have chosen a better addiction/dopamine comparison than Travelling. Travelling is so great for the mind and experiences. And especially in Japan ...

    Day 10 here. Quit smoking on day two. Have start jogging again and hit the gym more frequently. Will attend a long distance cyckling-race in June as well. Fells really good at the moment. Alcohol is truly a sneaky poison.😖
