@@AkiraHDR50very proud of you, you can do it! I have made it part of my day, mark each day in my log! One day at a time! I just wish I would have kept track of the money 💰💸🤑I have saved! 😊 But my bank account gives me some idea! Stay strong, you got this!
Passed 2 summers without a single drink. 3 + drinks a day x 365 days. 1100 drinks hasnt passed thru my lips,, not soak in my liver, brain, lungs, blood , pancreas, etc. Alzheimer's signs going away. Liver number improved. Blood pressure normal. Cholesterol normal. Decrease chance of cancer. No more med of any kind. Unfortunately cravings are there, boredom, sleeplessness,
Keep it up. Sorry about your sleeplessness. My sleep was always hardest right after I stopped drinking. I'd suggest to try and develop a routine. Which is super hard if nothing is working. Congrats on not drinking and good luck with your sleep!
Been sober for decades... It's not as hard, as you think it is. And no, I don't miss it one bit. In fact, 80% of the American economy revolves around, alcohol/smoking & drugs.
Instead of my usual 2 beer or 2 glass of wine a night , and that's it. Go to sleep.... I spend the whole night eating candy, chocolate, pizza. Chip, cooki, now I'm over 210lb!!!@..I'm bored can't sleep eating pizza, raisenets, chips. Till I go to sleep
All I know is I haven't killed anyone in a DUI accident or gotten my wig split in a fight because of alcohol consumption. Those two things alone make being alcohol-free for five months worth its weight in gold.
I’m currently at day 4 without any alcohol. Drank two Henry Weston’s ciders on Monday and it’s now Friday but was drinking 8 of the 8.2% ciders each day and was detoxed in hospital about two years ago. I don’t have a problem with alcohol as I realise it’s poison and causes more harm than good hence why these days I have full control over my drinking and can stick to one lager or cider, very very rarely touch spirits. I found the zero alcohol thatchers cider helps if I get cravings for cider and Heineken alcohol free helps cravings for the taste of lager. 😊

I find sparkling water suppresses my hunger.
8 litres for £1,55 at Aldi.
I don't work for Aldi by the way.
XD
@@AkiraHDR50yes, for me it’s seltzer water instead of beer with dinner. Stay strong💪
@@AkiraHDR50 Same!!
Liver failure by other means.

In 2 weeks just 1 beer and a shot of whisky. Already a win
👍🏻:)
Also there is the aging effect on your face. Hence the expression "getting shitfaced".
Why do you only want to help professionals and business owners - because they have a lot of money to pay you?
