Alot of great work Charlie. Your customer should be very happy. Hopefully he can do a good job tuning. Will he have to use bigger injectors than stock?
Still learning on tuning but Brian S and Jim Hall have both offered help. She shall be tuned like a champ and yes, I will do a complete video for the dyno. 👍
Nice work, Charly! On another topic, is it necessary to install valve seats on a Ford E7TE when installing the next larger valve size ( 1.84, 1.54), or will it last if you just open up the existing as is?
@@servediocylinderheads yes the divider on the 52 would be much wider it was hard to tell bc you ported it but i had a feeling it was a 58mm. that 58 ported the way you did will flow more than a as bought 58mm and that makes the 48mm numbers even more impressive no need for bigger throttle bodies best to put those funds to heads cam intake or exhaust
Nice job, interesting how the flow didnt back up after .500 with the manifold.
Bigger port made more low end torq? 🤫
-juhana
Yes, even D.V. thought it was strange. I have seen it before where the bigger port gave better low end torque.
@@servediocylinderheads Could possibly be a better port shape that improves cylinder filling more than the decreased velocity lowers it
@@Mrshotshell Could be. It also had a 40cc bigger port.
really really nice results on the 007 heads Charlie! thanks for sharing this all

@@servediocylinderheads That's awesome.
@@dondotterer24 I agree! He said he would video the dyno for us as well!

That Throttle body looks like its a 58mm not 52
@@Madmax.3 You may be right. I will check
You are correct 58mm!
Thanks!
