- Musim ni kalau orang nak datang beraya, tapi tak tau nak masak apa, jom join saya masak Nasi Kerabu Ikan Pari Bakar. Lainnya dengan saya punya resepi ni, there's no budu, sebab saya tak reti nak makan budu. Kepada orang2 Kelantan atau pencinta Nasi Kerabu, maafkan saya🙏. Selamat Hari Raya semua! ✨
Ingredients - Rice:

✏️3nos - Daun Pandan
✏️6nos - Lime Leaf
✏️2nos - Lemon Grass
✏️3cups - Water
✏️2tbsp - Oil

✏️300gms - Ikan Pari
✏️1tbsp - Turmeric Powder
✏️Salt
Sambal
✏️20gms - Belacan
✏️10nos - Chili Kering
✏️6nos - Shallots
✏️1nos - Red Onion
✏️4cloves - Garlic
✏️1inch - Galangal
✏️200gms - Coconut Milk
✏️2nos - Assam Keping

Serunding Kelapa Udang Kering - Kerabu
✏️3stalk - Lemon Grass (shred)
✏️1cup - White Cabbage (shred)
✏️1cup - Red Cabbage (shred)

✏️1handfull - Laksa Leaves (shred)
✏️1handfull - Daun Selon
✏️1nos - Bunga Kantan (shred)

Thanks chef for featuring your gourmet nasi kerabu, nice twist with serunding kelapa udang kering. Resepi asli guna sambal kelapa dengan ikan ( isi ikan yg dibakar atau rebus). Kalau tak pandai makan budu, boleh juga masukkan budu ke dalam kuah tumis (dalam video ni, chef panggil sambal) semasa masak tu. Tak der budu pun tetap sedap. Yg penting mesti ada ulam2 - daun kesum, daun kadok, bunga kantan, serai, pucuk gajus, pucuk serai kayu ( yg ni sedap tapi luar Kelantan, tak der), dan lain2 ulam kampung.
Aside, I think there are mistakes in your ingredients list, the ingredients for serunding kelapa udang kering are listed under condiments.
As a true blue Kelantanese I can vouch you this is the best looking and most well put together Nasi Kerabu,, Sedakk do'ohh... Tahniah Chef Sherson
