例如巽寮湾,买一手容易,变二手后出货没乜人接盘。
惠州買樓主要原因得2個,一係衣錦還鄉退休,一係博深圳帶動起鐵路…冇第3個原因喇…完。

唔識就唔好亂咁噏。大亞灣發电廠,唔屬於大亞灣,更加唔屬於惠州。而是屬於深圳,自己做多啲功課,上網查下啦。我喺深圳住咗十幾年,日日返香港返工。水管維修有維,有修基金使乜你出啊?。大亞灣啲樓咁平,就算比稅都有限相數,比其他城市更平,而且過咗五年,就少好多稅,根本就唔係一個問題.大亞灣有兩大超級巨型商場Mall。一.大亞灣萬達廣場,二.是燦邦新天地,上網查一查你就知優勢何在,很多深圳人已經開始去哪裏發展,建造下一個深圳。
