  • Wessel Badenhorst's start in Australia was a bit rocky at first: losing his job, his marriage and struggling to see a way forward for himself.
But when he met Suzie, she helped him regain focus and see the wonderful opportunities that lay before him- a loving relationship, plenty career prospects, and an amazing country.
Fast forward five years, and Wessel says he would not want his life any different. He has built up his position in his current company and has helped the business flourish to even greater heights. He also runs a Springbok supporters Facebook group and have loved engaging with fellow rugby lovers in Australia.
Listen to hear how this lovely gentleman went from down in the dumps, to now being on top of the mountain.

Inspirational story! If Wessel didnt immigrate, he would have been either in a Krugersdorp squatter camp or he would have suicided. Five years later, he is an Australian success story. The margins between success and failure and life and death are so fine. Absolutely incredible. Keep up the great work Chamonix.

So true about the margins of error, hey @cooldewd35! Have you moved to Aus yet or still contemplating?
