I have had this for a year now, and use it for camping. We love it! The only issue that I have had is the original seasoning. It wasn't nearly as good as I wanted it to be, and started to rust. We keep it at out camper, so exposed to the elements. I washed mine well with soap and water, then seasoned with grapeseed oil. I wish I would have done it sooner!
I think we all let them rust at least once. Sandblasting is the fastest way to restore. My griddle is sitting outside right now. It needs a bit of love again.
@@Indo_chef Yes, Pit Boss has them, but they are spensive! They do make a 2 burner table top version that comes with a cast iron plate, but you can add (extra cost) a ceramic version to swop out.
