A problem is that, as a society, we have established norms for age, gender, vocation, etc. Because of these norms, people act according to them - rather than according to their ability. We choose to slow down as we age because we think we should and then experience symptoms of that slowing down but we call it aging and just accept it. Our bodies are miraculous - they respond quickly to how we treat them. Give your body good food, exercise, positive thoughts, enriching activities and your body will give you good health and an active life into VERY old age.
I agree! Your body adapts to the environment - if it senses that it needs to use its muscles, it will. On the other hand, if there is the signal that it doesn't need to do something, it will conserve energy.
Best comment!!!! agree society puts you in a box Even some Dr. are programmed to teach society to that your going to be sick at this age. Your going to be having this and that... Feel your mentality about life in general makes a big difference!!!
Omg I am her, except younger! I had neck fusion in 2015 at the age of 40. Just had surgery again 36 weeks ago for lumbar at age 49. 16 weeks post op, I started lifting and walking/biking again, no running for me either. What an inspirational warrior she is! I can’t imagine starting 20 years from now with previous injuries on top of menopause.
This is exactly where I’m at meno, neck surgery last year and now lumbar area is really playing up. Thought it is really the beginning of the end for me. Still active but I am struggling.
@@nataliajones2748 I’m sorry to hear you are going through all of this too! I’m most likely in early peri right now. I was a late bloomer like my mom so I’ll probably follow her and face meno in mid 50s. I hope you find a solution for your lumbar. Mine was just too far gone with neuro symptoms like not being able to walk properly or feel the floor with my feet to try to be conservative about it. One day I was fine and then out of nowhere I woke up like that.
Thank you so much for this timely video!! I am 72 years old and have gotten very weak from a couple of bouts with Covid. I have terrible joint pain and had resolved to start on Monday (cause all health resolutions start on Monday) to cut sugar and bread from my diet and to get back to the gym. I will be bingeing Renee's channel for every bit of info and inspiration I can get. I need to lose 7-8 lbs but more than that, I need to gain strength. I will be going to Egypt in a couple of months and need strength to walk, climb in the pyramids and ride a camel! I have to keep reminding myself, "I'm not done yet!"
What an inspiration! I’m 45. I started going to the gym in my late 30s, and fell in love with being active. At the age of 40, I had a better physique than I had when I was overweight in my teens. Tonnes of energy. Then around the age of 43, I noticed that what I was doing fitness and food wise wasn’t working anymore which was discouraging. Then, I came across the age talk and witness women my age give up on fitness and start eating unhealthy because they don’t see the point since they are in perimenopause. But then one day I snapped out of it when I discovered women in their 50s and older looking amazing and showing what’s possible. I’m so glad! It took me ages to test what works best for me. It took lots of adjustments and changes. It was worth it. I feel amazing. Whoever reads this, please don’t give up on yourself, and if you want to start training with weights I cannot recommend Caroline Girvan’s trainings highly enough on TH-cam for free or on her app. Good luck! :)
This was beyond words. I am now so extremely motivated. Although I think I’m in pretty good shape for my age, she woke me up to the reality that I’ve been fooling myself. I could do so much better. Thank you for sharing this vital information.
Thank you! I am almost 58 and just had back surgery and I am healing and I’m set to go back to school and begin weight training! My sons and I have been through a lot and the youngest one has just start his fitness journey and healing journey with me and going to finally going to go get his GED and then go to college and make a life for himself after he had completely given up. We talk everyday and it is a miracle! I pray my other son joins our winds of change! Thank you for this inspiration!!!🏆❤️💪🏽💋
Love love love this interview. I search for women like her to follow. Thank you Clare. Look at the skin on her arms and shoulders they look so youthful. Weightlifting is the fountain of youth!! Thanks again for this interview!!
The hrt is all the difference. You lose 30% of collagen in your body in the first 5 years of menopause and then continue to slide. Hrt allows you to build collagen and stop loss.

I’m 61 and just started the gym 10 weeks ago, could never imagine myself at the gym. It’s been great for my over all well being!! My only regret is that I waited so long. Age is no barrier for anything!! ❤❤
Been lifting weights since 16. I'm 76 now and in spite of having a bad back look only a bit older . Nothing beats weights to keep one fit. I'm also a vegetarian.
OMG.....I was meant to find this today! She's inspired me to keep going and don't stop working out and be kind myself and age is only a number ❤ Thank you 🙏 both for this message! In a couple of weeks it will be a year since I started to get back in shape!
I just got my hormone replacement therapy a couple of months ago at age 65. I feel like a human again. It also helps with aches and pains, because estrogen is necessary for maintaining so many bodily functions. I guess my next step is to get busy and work out!
Doctors not immediately offering hormone supplementation at perimenopause should be considered malpractice. Women have been discarded by modern medicine - unless it’s procedures to make them look better for men.
Very uplifting, motivating and inspirational! Thanks for bringing us this interview, Clare. You asked really good questions too and it never got boring.I've subscribed to her channel. 🙂♥
Very inspiring to see and hear that women can make accomplishments like this later in life. I didn’t get serious about my overall health until a year ago at 57yo, I started keto and I’ve lost 50lbs. and now back in the 120s again and feel soooo… much better health wise. I’ve been lifting weights now for about two months and can really start to see definition in my arms and shoulders. It’s never too late to get fit, thanks for the amazing inspiration to keep going.
72 Always worked out since I was in my early 30s. Luckily never been overweight and pretty much eat what I like but definitely within reason. I try to eat healthy but don't skimp if I want some desert a couple of times a week. Probably too many carbs but oh well. Gotta love pasta and rice but always brown rice now. I still ride horses and started doing a bit more weight training online as I don't go to the gym. I use free weights at home. Not that heavy but I do have some muscle. I love HIIT the most. I also line dance 3-4 times per week for 2-3 hours. People get a shock when they know my age. I'd never have surgery and have line around my eyes but my skin is pretty good with no lines on my cheeks. I'm very blessed! Best wishes to you Renee. You're truly remarkable and look totally amazing!
I was fairly fit in 2020 but the gym closed and stress caused me to eat carbs etc. I felt crummy and this May changed my mindset and started working out again and back on low carb, no sugar nutrition. I’m 70 and feel great! Thanks for more inspiration 😍
When I was in my early 30's I promised myself to start bodybuilding when I turn 50. I'm 49 now. It's good to know that my plan may actually work! I definitely feel inspired, thank you for this interview 😊
That's the first thing I thought too. I wonder if she's taking supplements or hormones too. You can't get in shape like that with 45 min light workouts nor diet alone. I'm way younger than her & it's hard to build muscle when your over 40.
@@zenawarrior7442I got toned and had great muscle definition at 55 by doing BodyPump three times a week. They were 45 minute classes with stretching/cool down afterwards. Plus I ate healthy, and didn’t drink or drink soda. Also, when I did BodyPump, most women used heavier weights than me. I even did a little bit of yoga, step aerobics, running, and walking. I took no steroids or anything like that. I will never workout in a workout room again. My BodyPump classes were taught in a dance room. Because of Covid, I bought my own bar and weights from Les Mills, and started doing BodyPump at home. I also workout a lot with CDornerFitness. Her channel is great. I love working out at home.
Yes, progressive overload is very definitely the way to go. Mix it up a bit too.. It takes a good long while to build muscle after 40.. so dont be in a hurry.. lift safe/lift smart! The last thing you need or want is an injury to a joint or two.. you dont want set backs.
I cannot even tell you how much I NEEDED to see/hear this show today Claire! This lady is Absolutely AWESOME & SO INSPIRING!!! And she is Truly a Beautiful Soul! A LOT of people can perhaps have beauty on the outside, but she has Beauty on the inside as well, that radiates outward. She's an INCREDIBLE person! I hope that she has a TH-cam channel, as I'm not on Instagram.
What an inspiration! my 38-year-old daughter has been in fitness competitions and she's encouraging me to do it next year. I'm healing from a shoulder injury and I'm definitely going to do it. Great interview, except I don't agree with the eating regime, what she eats is fine, but for some of us into fasting and keto eating 5 times a day is not going to work. Fasting has been life saver for me under the guidance of a real doctor that has done the research and knows what she's doing.
I am so glad to see Renee’s story at this time. I am 63 and had back and foot surgery in 2020. I gained 50 lbs as I can’t stand or walk very long due to pain. I just signed up for Pilates and start Monday. I want to be strong again and be able to dance with mu husband again. He is 20 years younger. Thank you so much - what a great chat!! I’m 66, have lifted off and on for 30 years. I love it and I always feel so great when I’m consistent :-). For years i’ve thought it would be so cool to do a pull-up - to me that’s the ultimate accomplishment in the gym because it’s such an overall good indication of strength. I was just thinking today that maybe I shouldn’t entertain that idea anymore, but you just inspired me to actually make it a goal!!! Probably a couple years away, but you’ve shown me it’s a goal that’s within reach! So much fun - thanks!!

99% of the women she competed against will not look like her at her age. They will get burned out or they were in shape just to do a show. I ❤ Renee! Her IG is so inspiring.
I am so grateful to have been blessed to this amazing opportunity to listen to you two beautiful ladies. I just turned 70 and feel the best in the very best shape of my life!!! I use a variety of plant based sources of protein to insure adequate amounts for my weight! Love and blessings to each and everyone of you❣️💝💪🏼
I was absolutely riveted by this episode - very inspiring! Thank you Clare for introducing us to Renee (a fellow Texan!🤠) In my 60s, have always worked out, also pescatarian, use dumbbells at home (I see I need to work towards increasing the weights gradually). In June, I discovered the work of Dr. Casey Means (metabolic health) and Dr. Gabrielle Lyons (skeletal muscle integrity) so it was a revelation that I am not consuming enough protein (need at least 30g per meal - wow) so have made some diet adjustments. We CAN get better as we age and Renee is a vibrant role model!💖

I have been doing CrossFit, and also added in weightlifting a few months ago. I love it! I am 62 and now deadlifting 105. Each week I add 5 to 10 pounds. I love how I can see measurable progress so quickly! I feel great.
WOW - just WOW. I wish I could get my mindset right to do weights, but I just can’t. Although I do HIIT, cardio and walk everywhere, weights just elude me but I am now inspired as I’m close to 70 and want to look like her. Thank you, Renee (and Claire).
I need to step it up on the weights too. Just interviewed a brilliant strength trainer (coming soon to the channel) and he trains people as old as 97! He has some great tips around how to get started.
Love this! I am 62 started weights at 59 have similar problems and on HRT. Need to find a good trainer. However I have a phobia of gyms. This has been encouraging. My back is getting worse. Right now I am in the process of finding a good back doctor. It’s exhausting. Thanks for this interview.

So interesting and inspiring!! Best part, this was an interview! I’m so tired of podcasters who have a guest, then just talk and talk themselves! Well done, Clair! 🩷
So 3 important things happened to this woman in order to open the portal to body building. She got a much needed spine surgeon that did good work at 58 and then got hormone replacement at 60 and then she was introduced to very good trainer by her doctor that could work with her situation. Good to remember that. Very happy for her❤ And I do agree when she says to never let your age get in the way of your health and strength. ❤
She is so beautiful, I am 50’ years old personal trainer and I love the women’s with this type of bodies. ❤❤ I like how people keep their bodies in this shape.
I’m with all of these fantastic comments. Exercised and worked out all my life apart from between 17 and 23 - the most miserable unhappy time of my life and my worse body and diet too. I’m a mature woman now and in the best shape ever but mine is all yoga, Pilates and diet. I gave up gym and weights but yoga uses body weight so it’s the all round best for me. My flexibility as well as strength and muscle tone is better than ever before. My state of mind too. Renee is indeed an inspiration and thank you Clare. So awesome and encouraging. We women are incredible ❤
Clare thank you for the great work you do, always. I truly enjoyed meeting Renee Landers and hearing her amazing and inspiring story and success.
Hope your rehab continues to go well! ❤️
Wow! I love Renee's attitude. No "oldspeak" allowed. What a great inspiration ! Thank you for sharing this amazing lady with us, Clare.
🥰
Enjoy getting strong and climbing those pyramids! How wonderful ❤️
Ha ! Me too ! I have Covid right now and feeling very weak but I wanna start lifting , asap
Good for you 💯
You can do it! My camel ride was one of the best fun I ever had🎉
Wow. So humble. Love her story. She is a beautiful, amazing woman. Was getting emotional listening to her journey and her thoughts about it. ❤
Good luck! :)
Great to hear you're doing so well!
This is probably the best interview I've ever heard. All the right questions were asked and she answered all the questions in an open manner.
Thank you! Renee was a dream to interview ❤️
This woman is incredible! She inspired me to be better.
This was beyond words. I am now so extremely motivated. Although I think I’m in pretty good shape for my age, she woke me up to the reality that I’ve been fooling myself. I could do so much better. Thank you for sharing this vital information.
It’s so good to hear how much you gained from this. I knew Renee would be an inspirational guest ❤️
I went back to school last spring at 58! I finish with another degree this coming spring!!
Love love love this interview. I search for women like her to follow. Thank you Clare. Look at the skin on her arms and shoulders they look so youthful. Weightlifting is the fountain of youth!! Thanks again for this interview!!
You are so welcome! ❤️
The hrt is all the difference. You lose 30% of collagen in your body in the first 5 years of menopause and then continue to slide. Hrt allows you to build collagen and stop loss.
Am 44 and isn’t have half of the Enron stamina this gorg lady have, am in pain alll the time!! tired worn out after a very small effort although am fit with healthy nutrition but not working out really since I stared the ache on my knee… so this lady is a goddess and an inspiration…am starting my private coaching because of this vid it’s abt time
Go for it! So glad you found this interview inspiring ❤️
🥰🥰🥰
If u r on hrt it really helps
Thank you for interviewing her! I love her! She’s so sweet, intelligent, knowledgeable. She’s not crazy extreme in her views- just reasonable, sound information. I may need her support! She’s such an inspiration!
This woman is absolutely amazing !!! What an inspiration she is !!!
She sure is!
I’m 61 and just started the gym 10 weeks ago, could never imagine myself at the gym.
It’s been great for my over all well being!! My only regret is that I waited so long.
Age is no barrier for anything!! ❤❤
Excellent!
Been lifting weights since 16. I'm 76 now and in spite of having a bad back look only a bit older . Nothing beats weights to keep one fit. I'm also a vegetarian.
I enjoyed this video. Im 63 and have been doing resist training since last March. I feel great! 😊
Great to hear! ❤️
What a sweet interview ! Renee is such a great woman. This interview was so inspirational and empowering. You go RENEEEE 🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌 bravo 👏
🥰
This was awesome! Makes all those weight training sessions I do seem so worth it!!
OMG.....I was meant to find this today! She's inspired me to keep going and don't stop working out and be kind myself and age is only a number ❤
Thank you 🙏 both for this message!
In a couple of weeks it will be a year since I started to get back in shape!
Good job 🎉😊
Go for it! ❤️
What an inspiration! Absolutely love Renee. Thank you for bringing us this conversation Clare.
You are so welcome!
Much appreciated Val ❤️
Very inspiring to see and hear that women can make accomplishments like this later in life. I didn’t get serious about my overall health until a year ago at 57yo, I started keto and I’ve lost 50lbs. and now back in the 120s again and feel soooo… much better health wise. I’ve been lifting weights now for about two months and can really start to see definition in my arms and shoulders. It’s never too late to get fit, thanks for the amazing inspiration to keep going.
Incredible! Thanks for having her on your podcast!
I'm 61 at home lifting my little dumbells. This lady is an inspiration!
Really amazing! She looks like she’s in 50s 😃
No, she does not. She looks like someone in her 70s, yes, very fit but with boob jobs and lots of cosmetic stuff done.
When I was in my early 30's I promised myself to start bodybuilding when I turn 50. I'm 49 now. It's good to know that my plan may actually work! I definitely feel inspired, thank you for this interview 😊
Truly inspiring. Maybe there is hope for my flappy arms and thighs. I wish she would admit/mention her face lift and breast augmentation surgeries.
That's the first thing I thought too. I wonder if she's taking supplements or hormones too. You can't get in shape like that with 45 min light workouts nor diet alone. I'm way younger than her & it's hard to build muscle when your over 40.
Once I got on HRT and testosterone I could get fit and stop looking like a marshmallow.
I am so pleased you got so much from this interview Cheryl. I did too. Hopefully that YT link works for you now.
I am 60 and again fitness trainer after a long stop. So grateful for motivation gift. Will follow more inspiring people like you 🙏💙🙏🤩
I am so glad to see Renee’s story at this time. I am 63 and had back and foot surgery in 2020. I gained 50 lbs as I can’t stand or walk very long due to pain. I just signed up for Pilates and start Monday. I want to be strong again and be able to dance with mu husband again. He is 20 years younger. I understand what you say about our actions and not our age. I will follow Renee now for inspiration 🎉thank you. What incredible timing for me.
So glad this inspired you. I hope you love the pilates class and that you find your strength again. ❤️
OMG Renee!!! I know this amazing woman! A true inspiration for all of us "older" athletes and women everywhere ❤
❤
I'm 68 years old. And I will work out till the day I die. Never too late to begin. Earnestine Sheoherd is another one that began wiorking out later in life . She began at the age of 58. She's 85 or 86 today and looks amaziing just like Renee does.
Renee if you are reading this just want to tell you that keep your hair longer like this.🤗's
I love this! So motivating😊. How we think on a daily basis does matter. Believe in yourself ❤
💯 🥰
Thank you so much - what a great chat!! I’m 66, have lifted off and on for 30 years. I love it and I always feel so great when I’m consistent :-). For years i’ve thought it would be so cool to do a pull-up - to me that’s the ultimate accomplishment in the gym because it’s such an overall good indication of strength. I was just thinking today that maybe I shouldn’t entertain that idea anymore, but you just inspired me to actually make it a goal!!! Probably a couple years away, but you’ve shown me it’s a goal that’s within reach! So much fun - thanks!!
I love this woman! I follow her on Instagram and she's really friendly and happy to talk to people and reply on the comments. She's a huge inspiration 💜
I've been trying to motivate myself to do more exercise to resolve back problems. I'm 70 and have no hope to achieve what this woman has - she's always been thin and fit but I hope to lose the excess 40 lbs and feel strong and energetic again!
You can alter this. HRT is a definite start as I was menopausal for 21 years prior to HRT. HRT and getting to a gym where the energy is infectious. Dr. Jason Fung is a wealth of knowledge regarding how food affects our mood, inflammation and hormones. You can be your own best advocate and it is not too late.... ever!
Renee
I absolutely NEEDED this interview this morning ❤ I’m 53 and just beginning my bodybuilding journey. I feel alone in my journey because of my age and not “knowing” what I don’t know!!!! I’m now your biggest fan. I look forward to learning soooo much from you. ❤
❤️
I want to be like Renee when I grow up!💖 Actually, I want to be her now.😍She is so inspirational, smart and beautiful. I so love her positivity and outlook on life. She is such a breath of fresh air. Followed her on TH-cam and Instagram. Renee, you inspire people of all ages, thank you! I look forward to following you on your journey.🌻🌸
I'm 47 and into fitness. Been in a funk lately. This is incredible inspiring for me ! ❤❤❤❤
What an inspiration!! Thank you for sharing your story.
I’m now 71 and have a goal for next year to climb a 300’ pinnacle that I climbed back 50 years ago. This time with my teen granddaughter. Working on hanging and doing my first pull up! This re-inspired me as I have a minor physical setback.
Thanks for the inspiration!
This is so great to hear ❤️👏
I earned my IFBB Pro card at 50!! Placed 2nd in the 35 and over pro contest in 2017.....never too late!
Fantastic! 👏
I'm 60 years old and just started lifting weights. I am so inspired by this interview... Renee you are delightful! Thank you Clare for bringing this to us!
Just great that you’ve started working out with weights 👏❤️
I love Renee! Been following her on IG for a while. I’ll just go ahead and click like at the beginning. ❤
🥰
Wow ! What an inspiration, I’m 55 always been fit, for the first time ever recently joined a gym! And I’m loving it, it has boosted my confidence and given me so much energy and strength ❤❤
What an inspirational lady. I'm 77yo. and will be following her advice starting now.
I am female 76, I wondered if it is too late to try to build some muscle at this late date🙂?
What a wonderful woman, so motivating! Thank you for letting her talk without interruption, so many interviewers talk over their guests and try to put themselves front and centre. Im subbed.
Thanks! And great to have you as a subscriber ❤️
I am 62, former model and gymnast and body builder…and was diagnosed with a lateral fracture of my sacrum and 2 lumbar. The doctor wants to fuse the three together. I’ve been afraid but after watching this…I am jacked to get my surgery!!! Gotta get back to my best self.
Hope you make a full and fast recovery!
99% of the women she competed against will not look like her at her age. They will get burned out or they were in shape just to do a show. I ❤ Renee! Her IG is so inspiring.
Wow! I started healing a year ago but you just reaffirm that everything it’s possible
I am so grateful to have been blessed to this amazing opportunity to listen to you two beautiful ladies. I just turned 70 and feel the best in the very best shape of my life!!! I am so excited about my future. I have been working out for the past 2 years. Going vegan has been the game changer for my stamina and energy. I use a variety of plant based sources of protein to insure adequate amounts for my weight!
Love and blessings to each and everyone of you❣️💝💪🏼
Sounds like you are doing brilliantly! Thank you so much for being here ❤️❤️
What an amazing woman. Thank you Clare for this video!
Thanks for watching!
Hi Claire! This is my Fav interview so far .. we All need inspiration ! Bravo Beauties 💗💪💗
Great to hear this ❤️
I was absolutely riveted by this episode - very inspiring!
Great to hear you are working on your strength and following these inspiring women! 💪
She’s gorgeous on a cellular level which translates to the physical. Mind, body, spirit. Such an inspiration!!
I'm 69 and have good health, I lifted weights in the past. Circumstances in the past years with hip and knee pain have cause me to get the old speak. Renee was highly inspirational and has given me a role model to aspire me to live with good self-esteem and believe in better health outcomes.
You have such a great persona, no way would I think, in a million years, that you are beyond 65. You have such a humble approach with your program and I think that is what is so encouraging.
i love her personality, testimony, and energy. And the manifestation story. wow!!! So inspiring.
Absolutely Amazing and Beyond INSPIRATIONAL - I am a 59 year old man and am so uplifted to see your energy and zeel for life - THANK YOU ! May you continue to be blessed and bless others - You have certainly found purpose at your age ...
I have been doing CrossFit, and also added in weightlifting a few months ago. I love it! I am 62 and now deadlifting 105. Each week I add 5 to 10 pounds. I love how I can see measurable progress so quickly! I feel great.
Great to hear this!
Same! I found a couple of ladies online that do strength training workouts and I follow them.
Omg yesssss!!!! thank you for this video, for this fantastic interview!!!! 😍😍😍🙌🙌🙌🙌
Glad you enjoyed it!
Love this! I am 62 started weights at 59 have similar problems and on HRT. Need to find a good trainer. However I have a phobia of gyms. This has been encouraging. My back is getting worse. Right now I am in the process of finding a good back doctor. It’s exhausting. Thanks for this interview.
I'm 66 and getting ready for my 5th spinal surgery. I am so damn frustrated. I've been a gym rat my entire life. I love this woman and extremely jealous...in a good way!! If I looked like her, I'd wear that sparkly bikini to the grocery store!!
Hoping this 5th surgery goes well for you🤞❤️
So interesting and inspiring!!
Best part, this was an interview! I’m so tired of podcasters who have a guest, then just talk and talk themselves! Well done, Clair!
🩷
Thank you ❤️
Im about to turn 41, she is so inspiring thank you
Wow !!! Beautiful and strong at 72 !!!👋👋👋👍💪
I love this - thank you! I'm 55 and gotta up my game. Thank you!!!
❤❤
I like how people keep their bodies in this shape.
Wow! If I could like this video more than once I would. What an inspiration Renee is!
🥰
I’m with all of these fantastic comments. Exercised and worked out all my life apart from between 17 and 23 - the most miserable unhappy time of my life and my worse body and diet too. I’m a mature woman now and in the best shape ever but mine is all yoga, Pilates and diet. I gave up gym and weights but yoga uses body weight so it’s the all round best for me. My flexibility as well as strength and muscle tone is better than ever before. My state of mind too. Renee is indeed an inspiration and thank you Clare. So awesome and encouraging. We women are incredible ❤
Yoga and Pilates are terrific. I used to go to a regular yoga class but stopped when I joined a gym. I need to get back to it.
Clare thank you for the great work you do, always. I truly enjoyed meeting Renee Landers and hearing her amazing and inspiring story and success. I wish her all the best success in her future bodybuilder competition. I wish you all the best learning and sharing all the great things we can do to improve our health, longevity, and improve our quality of life.
It is my very great pleasure to introduce wonderful, inspiring people like Renee to you and others. Thanks so much for your kind words.
You should have Joan MacDonald on. She’s a fellow British isles gal who went from fat unhealthy menopausal mum to ripped, healthy, and beautiful. Gals like her and your guest are so inspiring.
I will look her up - thanks for the suggestion!
@@thehonestchannel I misspoke. She’s Canadian.
I want her hair tips if that’s not a wig. How she keeps hair like that is a miracle.
I know Renee. It's most definitely her own hair ❤
Awesomeness!! Love it and very inspirational!❤
🥰
She is on fantastic shape and an inspiration!
Wendy Ida is another woman that started weight lifting in her 50's and looks AMAZING now in her 70's
You inspire me. I’m a Jazzercise regular and in the best physical and mental health. But I’d love to have some muscle definition like you. You, and Ernestine Shepherd are my role models! Thanks for sharing. P.S. I’m 71.
Love her honesty humor motivation determination values youthful outlook on life and beauty. She’s strong honest and inspiring. She speaks the truth. Wishing only continued success health joy flourishing
Love it “ NO OLD SPRAK”💕💕💞💞🥰🥰💐💐🙏🙏🔥🔥
❤️
Yes amazing. I am working out with my grandson 😅
