@zWooTWooTz runecrafting is so chill, though. Don't listen to Leddit. 92 construction is my lowest skill and that's because I don't want to make the planks, lol. 97 agility and woodcutting are the only non-max I've got ledt.
I found your channel because of your Runescape content last week. I really really enjoy your commentary in general, not just about Runescape. I know you said you're not a "Runescape TH-camr" but I secretly hope the Runescape content never ends.
This vid got me to sub. I know a lot of people disagree bro but I vibe with this list. When you said woodcutting, I said out loud “s-tier” and then you said it and I knew I was subbing then 😂
I started watching this video because I saw the opening to the follow-up video saying you got dragged. Can confirm, it gives midgame. Hating slayer is fair until like level 80. After 80 slayer starts shitting money into your lap. I made 375m from 98-99.
Just came accross you last night. Found you from the wow player tries runescape video. I love the way your passion for gaming comes out in the way you talk. I couldnt click the sub button fast enough. Keep it up!
Hey, I'm really enjoying your series right now! It would be nice in the future if you wanted to redo the tier list. As an almost max skiller I have different opinions about the perks. enjoy scaping!
Farming was my 2nd 99. It also became my FAVOURITE skill. I wanted to be able to just sell any seeds I got and make bank, so I actively trained it to 99. Plus it’s a budget Crafting/Cons cape, it’s such a good cape with the guild teleport. I encourage people to rush Farming now.
farming's absolutely S tier brother! it's my first 99 and as someone who has never spent on membership, it got me most of my beginner bonds back then also i personally believe if you're putting construction in S tier, magic should be in conjunction with it. the teleports alone are such quality of life upgrades it's insane!
There are ways to circumvent early slayer sucking, most ppl just get high combat from afking sandcrabs/nightmarezone/whatever you choose and then start doing slayer seriously around 80 ish combat stats, and if you get a steel dragon task you just hit up turael and kill 15 goblins to get a fresh task that hopefully doesnt suck 👍
Cooking is S-tier because what you see go up is your stacks of gp and food. Especially if you cook from 0 on a fresh account, or as a noob starting out, it's uber satisfying to see the size of the stack that you're cooking grow and grow. Dump all your cash into raw thing you can cook, cook it. Sell your cooked food, dump all that cash into more raw food, cook it. Your cash stack and raw food stack grow with your level, and it's beautiful.
Higher level slayer is fun because you're not staring at the same area in the game for hours at a time. It can be AFK/Profitable/Engaging. I prefer to AFK my skills and go hard at raids/bosses. Slayer gives me both. I will say though being max combat and having lance/tbow/rapier makes it a lot more enjoyable. Especially rn with the price of dragon bones. Brutal Black Dragon tasks are so chill with tbow.
Runecraft was my 3rd 99, I afk’d that through leagues which is the perfect time to do it if anyone needs motivation. Just do it through leagues and save your sanity. GOTR is also goated and I almost have it greenlogged. (3 pets, no lantern and I refuse to get it now because it’s unfathomly bad rng.)
@@Eddeong you can use a current members account to log into a dedicated Leagues world, where you will be given a Leagues new character. It’s a fresh start with reward points or cosmetics from previous leagues carrying over. It might be a fresh start but XP gain is insanely fast, and gets quicker as you move up the Tiers/Relics to eventually getting 16X xp. So if you save something like Knights Waves and iirc Kings Ransom you can end up getting like 700k prayer xp just from the 1 quest. You also get massive damage multipliers of powerful relics to make the game go so much quicker. E.g a recall crystal to return where you last Tele’d from or instant produce like making a whole Inv of pots or whole inv of bars etc. Massively sped up. It’s great fun.
This man is unhinged i say! My hot take is that runecrafting is underrated. It's a slow skill to train, but it's as profitable as vorkath without needing attention or excessive clicking.
Don’t sleep on Lunars too. Plankmake is nice profit and NPC contact is insanely good particularly for Mahogany Homes. Super glass make is essential for irons too.
Late game agility with the hallowed sepulcher is straight up A tier, if not S at a push. Defence is incredibly quick because you can train it with both barraging and chinning. And saying fletching is incredibly slow is just objectively wrong when it is THE fasted 99 if your willing to spend some money doing it. And saying magic is basically pointless is just wild
Talking about agility and not mentioning seplucher is WILD. I am excited that you will get to it though. Unironically best Skilling content in the game. Slayer needs more unique and interesting slayer masters. Konar and wildy slayer are really cool. Fletching is not slow! There are a bunch of ways to train fletching. The one you probably did was the afk/slow one but you can also profit by attaching bolts tips to bolts for some pretty good exp and if your insane you can just get dragon bolts and feathers for less money then stuff like construction Crafting is not that expensive if you do air battlestaffs its like 75% of the exp... If you do fletching by bolt tips then you will save enough time to do air battlestaffs and have some time left over.... Otherwise good list. I would do stuff differently but that's all personal preference!
Every skill has its own vibe, and sometimes you just click with a skill no matter how much you normally dislike it and start grinding. Hate agility? One week you may just be in the mood to grind 2k laps then bench it for a while.
Oh man, so many words about this. Okay, I have like....2 major gripes with this list and that's about it I think. First one was fishing, I found fishing fun, you can skip the trawler for a bit and run Tempoross, I ran it solo for so long, that's how much I enjoyed it, got my fishing up to 80, then cooked Karambwans up to 80 to cook the sharks I was catching. It was fun as hell. And similarly Runecrafting was the other gripe, Guardians of the Rift has done so much to make runecrafting probably the most enjoyable skill to train, tons of runes, good rewards. It's just good stuff all around. Magic I believe belongs in A tier, I use magic a lot now since the combat updates which give monsters elemental weaknesses, I find myself using it constantly. Also you've GOT to be crazy, s tier woodcutting? Get out of here lmao. I lose my mind in the woodcutting guild lol so I guess I'm biased too there.
I would say crafting is A or S crafting green d hide bodies is pretty good xp and only costs like 25m atleast when i did it and 25m for one of the best skillcapes in the game unlimited teles to the closest bank is worth it
I agree slayer can be middle-of-the-road B tier, it sucks to train and gets good after a long period of time. Max/high level players like myself need to try and remember those early slayer days Construction is A tier in my opinion, the high tier is for the benefits (invaluable benefits), but it shouldn’t crack S due to the cost and tedium of training it. Mahogany homes definitely helped.
Im doing an hour a day of mahogany homes and its actually a pretty decently quick 99. Way cheaper and less boring than building tables for 20 hours too. Only 27ish hours left
Farming and slayer should be S tier (especially for iron men) as they will massively help make bank and get herblore up in the long run and with magic update its S tier to me.
Metal dragons are one of the fastest tasks. Usually very low numbers and the fang is super super accurate. Essentially very fast points. Never skip metal dragons, skip longer low gp tasks
You didn't mention some god-tier content (relatively) of some of the skills. Sepulchre for Agility, Tempoross for Fishing, Hunter Rumours for... Hunter are all peak (and recent-ish) content for their skills.
Basically nobody trains using dragonstones tho, when done right, crafting isn't that expensive, sometimes you can make money if you craft some stuff like battlestaves for example. Nonetheless, cool channel!
SLAYER IS A B TIER SKILL??? lol I agree slayer even as an iron was super dull till you unlock like.. gargoyles at 75 which takes forever! They need to speed up the xp rates to get to that "fun" point. For example, let players get double the slayer xp of early game monsters if they kill it by using one it's weaknesses. I think that would help speed it up as well as letting the player really feel like they are progressing as a "slayer" master. Thoughts?
My fav things to do are woodcutting, fishing, firemaking, and cooking - but that might just be my undiagnosed autism talking. Maybe mining (but not blacksmithing.) I'd play Runescape without any combat for just those. Most of my mid-teens were spent catching and cooking lobsters. Maybe I should try Runescape 3 but only level non-combat skills.

@@casual_studios7178 any content osrs related is still good for the games footprint online and it’s good to see people embrace it, I certainly won’t put the guy down but it’s just my two cents that this is quite a poor tier list
Fletching is slow? Lol it's the fastest 99 in the game bro 😂
Terrible tier list get real
Lol Hunter s tier gtfo
Slayer is S tier no doubt
Slayer is easy F tier.
Literally hunt x number of mobs. terrible quests from all other games
Only reason to do slayer is for quest and diary requirements. Im basically using Tears of Guthix to train slayer. Legit no reason to invest in slayer.
