😂 Comedy. I one upped you Jimmy. Originally I was changing my water pump, and that went sideways, so I also had to pull my timing chain cover because 4 of the 5 heads broke off of the bolts for the water pump and there is no room to work to tap them, so I luckily had an extra motor and pulled the cover off it and switched them and installed the pump on it, since I had to pull the pan to do that I ended up finding this video. Because after doing a search yours was the most user friendly and informative. The comedy helped keep me from losing my shit. There is no video's anywhere for pulling a timing chain cover while in the vehicle, so I was on my own on that ! What a shit show that turned out to be. I managed to remove everything off of the cover, alternator, power steering pump, a/c pump, and put it back together without undoing any lines. And I liked and Subscribed for you!!!

Love this tutorial. As i Canadian myself (Montreal), I enjoyed the "profanities" by the way 😉😁
Im planning on doing it myself as I have the same exact car. My question is, isn't this pan thats supposed to have a magnet inside of it or im I confusing myself with something else?

Some of the bolt heads on mine are rusted so bad they’ve lost their edge. Any tips for removing bolts with rusted heads. 10mm is just spinning on ‘er.

Use a bolt extractor is the cheapest way to go.
If that don't work, weld a nut on each one, stainless is the best!

Hi guys! Can anyone help out?
I’m looking to buy a 2014 dodge caravan with 118km from a Honda dealership. Sales rep noted that it has an oil pan leak & a rear valve cover gasket leak there going to be fixing after pre purchase, is this something I should be concerned about? or is it normal?
Thank any help would be much appreciated!❤

Noob here. what do you meen by Silicon what kind?

Hey, no worries. Silicone is basically a gasket maker it is most important that you get the correct type. What I use for almost everything is Permatex the right stuff. There are two different colors gray or black I'm not sure if there are any difference between the two in terms of performance but you can take a look at the Permatex website to figure that out. The right stuff is what it's called and is it good product. Expensive though LOL. I hope this helps good luck.

Good information 👍 but too much profanity

Hey Daniel thanks for the comments. I hear you, even I think I swear a bit too much in certain videos when I look at them. But it really just depends on the day and what's happening at the shop. There are some videos where I don't swear very much. Maybe one day they'll be one where I don't at all lol. Thanks for watching I appreciate the comment.

Thanks for the feedback. I've been trying to cut down but being a Rust Belt mechanic sucks. I think the only solution would be to move out of the Rust Belt and stop being a mechanic LOL. Thanks for watching my friend.
