I love my 2017 Nissan Murano SL AWD. Great review. Got mine for a month now and enjoying the ride every second, told my wife...ask me anywhere to drive you I will drive.
Bought a 2018 MURANO SL Back in Feb and we LOVE IT,Pearl White w Black Leather Interior, BOSE AUDIO,Heated Seats,Steering Wheel and Manual Shift Mode and 18 inch Wheels and Tires
I've watched a lot of Nathan's car reviews, he is, after all, my favourite reviewer, but I've never seen him so pleased with a vehicle. It could have a lot to do with Nathan being a family man, insomuch as he appreciates a car that is comfortable, quiet and provides all the space needed for his ever growing family, but, to satisfy his " single guy " dreams, it also provides great handling and performance, together with a headbanger sound system. O.K., there's no off-roading, but when do family guys have the time ???? :-)))
+MrKeyboardCommando And yes this is not a car for the boy racers of the world. There are plenty of other vehicles to please them - but not in the SUV category.
+Jonathan Washington 100% agree, but... and this wasn't addressed in the review... the sloping roof line looks like the headroom in the back seats might be very compromised and the rear quarter windows look tiny, creating MAJOR blind spots. The 360 degree cameras help with that, but only if you have the higher trim level car, since it's not even available on the S. It reminds me a bit of the BMW X6, which has all of the same problems.
Nathan Good Video, thanks for Posting. Agree with you on the design. One has to see it personally and not opinions based on Pictures. Took 2 test drives and I'm sold. Will be getting one in a month or two. Currently driving a 2012 Murano and the new one is Head and shoulder above it... The 3rd gen CVT is actually good (feels more like a normal automatic), no lag on my test drives. my 0.02 cents. Thanks again.
I'd pick the 2015 Ford Territory or the 2015 KIA Sorento over the 2015 Murano. Since I want a reliable SUV that looks good with decent engine power, I would highly consider the 2015 Sorento over anything else in this segment.
+Gianluca Cannavo ALL new and used reliability ratings rate Nissan above Kia by A LOT. Resale values are also MUCH higher on Nissans than Kias. When it comes to Ford Territory, it's an Australian car and it is no longer in production. The Territory is being replaced by the Ford Edge.
Hi Nathan, it was really a good and helpful review of the New Murano. Thanks you for a serious and consumer oriented review. One request, can you folks please get your hand on the 2015 VW CC? and compare it with passat and also with other similar german products? Thanks. Tarek Hossain
Nathan looks like a really cool cat that you can go to the bar and chop it up and have a good time over some beer. Why doesn't the other tall guy (can't remember his name) do reviews with nathan anymore, it was fun seeing them together, one driving, the other in the passenger seat. Anyways saw this car in person at the Washington auto show and man what a thing of beauty. You really have to see it in person to appreciate it. It feels like a cockpit inside
Just had the same thing happen to me! Driving down a snow covered interstate 89 in upstate vermont and a woman went by me in a honda civic and hit a patch of snow and went sliding into the left side wall and then came back across and hit the right side guard rail (which had a very large plow berm) and then bounced back into the lane before sliding to rest in the berm on the right side once again.. my 2010 nissan murano handled very very well on the very slick highway.. it braked well and when I had to turn hard to avoid hitting her, the traction control kicked in and worked it's majic on all 4 wheels and kept the car straight!!! We stopped and the lady was fine.. the civic had a flat tire but that was all.. the deep snow she hit reduced the damage dramatically, but man... it's a damn damn damn good winter car!!
I have never really like Nissan or even considered one. But after watching this, you guys have convinced me to finally consider a Nissan, Although there are better options. But Keep it up tho! I'd love to see more reviews on manual transmissions!
I was on the market for an SUV, and test drove the Nissan Murano platinum, then i couldn't sleep thinking about how nice it looks and drive those gravity seats are amazing to make long story short, I went back to the dealership 2 days after and bought the 2016 Platinum and so far no complains
+Vulgora The Murano AWD is listed as 21mpg city, 28 mpg highway. The Subaru's only 6 cylinder engine is on the Outback and it is the 3.6 V6 with 20/27mpg, so 1 less mile per gallon.
Based on what I saw on Consumer Report, and what I saw on this channel I went to see the Nissan Murano. The one I saw was 40K the visibility was very poor rear window practically none existent, if you are a 6 footer + you're going to have a tough times with the windows, I guess they are highly dependent on all that fly by wire stuff (sales person kept pushing fly by wire) but if you can take a trip let's say the Pacific Coast Highway you're not going to see much of it. The interior wasn't bad but not great either, if your budget can take a 40K hit there is a lot more choices out there.
***** Yeah I was really interested in how good the headlights were. I didnt like the placement of the emergency brake pedal, and I dont understand why on the orange one, the drip rail on each side is painted white?? Im torn between the Murano and the 2016 Mazda CX5.How long is your wait to get the one you ordered? Thanks and congrats.
***** Well if you have the orange, you better look again. On both sides of the roof where it is welded to the rest of the body, there is channel that runs the length of the roof, and it is covered with white strips....not the same color as the car. You can even see it in the above video on the black one, although it may be grey or silver here. The sahara sun one's are white. Just saw one at the auto show. In my mind they should match the color of the vehicle. They are sweet suv's. Congrats on yours!
***** Under the BRIGHT lights at the auto show they looked white. Its not a deal breaker, but I would rather it be black if they cannot make them to match the car color. Thanks for the update.
+remelsheikh Its definitely a chick magnet for young guys who are looking for a woman who is looking to get married settle down and start a family. You've already got the perfect vehicle!!
Just subscribed. Do an update on the Dodge Durango rt. They actually have a real gearshift this time. Do an update for the Nissan Titan 2020. Can you do some comparison shopping for vehicles? Frugal pricing and rebates and end of the season type stuff. The Toyota sequoia platinum is still an awesome SUV. Google and apple carplay is not that serious. You have it on your phone. Google don't need to know everywhere we go and when we go. How about some towing between the tundra and the titan?
The front still looks ugly in person. And the underpowered engine coupled with the CVT still means that the 2015 Murano is an underpowered, and low rev driving experience. Disappointed overall. For me, the 2015 KIA Sorento is the best crossover SUV in this price range.
+Stefan Schmidt You can't compare until your drive them one after the other. And if you haven't driven both then why would anyone care about your opinion?
+Stefan Schmidt "Ugly" and "underpowered" are very subjective terms. The Kia Sorento comes with a 4 cylinder engine and it's tremendously more underpowered than the Murano. The standard engine is a 185bhp 2.4 engine. The turbo 2.0 liter is at 240bhp, but it's noisy and very thirsty for fuel. The Murano's 3.5 liter V6 is quieter, smoother and more economical. Don't forget, you guys in Europe have A LOT less options of SUVs than North American, for whom this review was created. In this class, we have the Toyota Venza, Toyota Highlander, Honda Pilot, Ford Edge, GMC Terrain/Chevy Equinox, Jeep Grand Cherokee, Hyundai Santa Fe, Kia Sorento, VW Touareg, and Dodge Journey. Then we even have a luxury class of the same size that includes the Volvos, M-B, BMW, Land Rover, Lexus, etc. Kia Sorento and Hyundai Santa Fe (both built on the same platform) are some of the worst in terms of build quality. They tend to have the worst fit/finish, noise levels on and off road, long-term reliability is horrific and customer service at dealerships is low. The resale value of South Korean cars is probably the lowest of all cars in the U.S. and Canada as well.
thanks for sharing the video, i my opinion the mileage per gallon is decent, but i certainly wouldn't choose this murano over the grand cherokee laredo, this one is so beautiful , do you have any Thoughts between these two??
+Melanie Cesar I can never figure who buys Chrysler products (now Fiat/Chrysler I think.) They always always always have terrible reliability issues across the product lines. And now Fiat (Fix it Again Tony) owns them. And Fiat has proven over the many years to be even less reliable than Chrysler. But maybe that is not an issue for some.
+rrrogster You're mostly right, but the Grand Cherokee has been one of the very few exceptions (the Wranger 4.0L being the other.) They're really well known for being reliable and their resale value is tremendous.
+Bruce Solomon You must drive this vehicle before forming an opinion. I guarantee the CVT on this vehicle is the state of the art and far superior to the old technology. Just drive it and see for yourself.
I just test drove the top of the line Murano. This is my take. The chrome bar underneath the front end seems out of place. Although it looks narrow on the outside the inside is big. Uneven chrome lines separating the doors and the body when the doors are closed. The front seats are very narrow, compared to my 2013 VW GTI leather seats. The center console separating the driver n passenger was flexing when I rested my leg against it. The push start button area flexed when depressing the start button. I didn't try the back seat area. The stereo sounded good. However the finish on the radio/nav screen and the silver accent around the stereo was blinding me as I drove towards the sun. The screen is difficult to see when the sun is striking it. The ride quality was very good and no harshness was noticed as I drove on some very bad surfaced roads, that's with 20" wheels. The same road is terrible in my VW GTI. Over all this version of the Murano is not bad. However it will probably be an outstanding vehicle after they work out the bugs. Nissan normally needs three to five years to work out the bugs. Besides the Murano I drove the Audi Q3 and was surprised at how well it did against the Murano. However its much smaller on the inside. I also drove the Lexus NX. The Murano is quieter than the NX. The Lexus interior is better than the Q3 and its quality is better than the Murano. The Murano interior is better looking than the Audi but again the Murano has some cheapness associated with solid feel. I think the outside of the Murano and NX are too sculptured for my tastes. The Murano and NX are more of a feminine biased shape. I prefer the stately Audi SUV's at this point. I recommend you test drive the NX and Q3 if you are considering the top of the line Murano though.
+CarrotChewinCoyote "Nissan normally needs three to five years to work out the bugs." Nissan replaces models every 5 years, so that's not very good. The Murano isn't in Q3's class. It's in the Q5 class. The other car to compare it to would be a Ford Edge or Jeep Grand Cherokee or Toyota Venza.
man oh man I would really love to see the review for the Nissan murrano crosscabriolet vs the range rover evoqe concerto on gold mine hill now that will be awesome !!! NOW the only competitor for the Range Rover Evoque is the Nissan murrano crosscabriolet convertible
+TheMagnumb I believe the CVT was out on the Honda Civic before it was out on any Nissan, at least in the U.S. Jatco is the company that makes the CVT transmissions for Nissan and they own the controlling stake in it, but it also makes transmissions for Chrysler, GM, Mitsubishi, and Suzuki... are those known for reliable transmissions? Audi, Honda, Subaru, Hyundai, and Toyota make their own CVT transmissions... are those known for reliable transmissions? I think those two lists speak volumes.
I'm just wondering if there is any talks or future for substituting those CVT transmissions with something that has a more natural feel to the way the vehicle drives. I do like that stylish Murano as much as the new Rogue, not sold on the cvt though.
I've heard from a few friends I know that work at Nissan, that they are eventually going to do away with the old traditional transmission (with the exception of the Nissan GT-R and 370Z... the old "natural" norm is just that, old.. eventually the natural norm will be CVT unfortunately.. I honestly think it's a shame, as I think that it is possible to make the old method of changing gears, very energy efficient and better. But sadly, the amount of cars being sold with traditional transmissions are getting less and less, and since there is less money with that, less interest will be put in making them... which sucks.... nothing is more exciting and fun than driving a car to it's limit, and changing those gears, and doing that foot dance all while taking a corner and accelerating out of it... now its just, plant your foot and the car will do the rest :(
Bitch please, Murano has been using CVT since the first generation and most of the CVT is made by Jatco partnered with Nissan, which basically means No, if don't like it, sod off
which segment does the murano fall under exactly? I know it's definitely not in the same segment as a Rav4. so then does it make the same as a Highlander?
+VpY22 I think it's probably more in the Toyota Venza, Ford Edge, Kia Sorento, Dodge Journey segment. The Highlander is a bit bigger and long enough for a proper third row seat, which falls into the Pathfinder, Pilot, Envoy, Durango area.
Nearly 40k and there is no standard panorama roof? The mpg is just paltry and they need to ditch the V6 and slap a turbo 4 in there. The styling is definitely subjective and the interior looks kind of dated already. Spend a little more money and get an Audi Q5 or BMW X3, they look better.
Scrublord McCunt 1. Your username tells me anything you have to say is going to be bullshit and 2. replying to your comment is probably not worth my time.
The BMW X3 is very dated from an exterior and interior standpoint. I think Nissan knocked it out the park with the new Murano. I'll also add that i'll take an all around view camera system over a panoramic sunroof any day. Good job Nissan. Can't wait to see the new Maxima
+Ninja 87 I think that depends on what you mean by "light off-road." I think this car will do just fine off paved roads as long as you're not throwing deeps sand, mud or rocks in its path. It will tackle snowy and dirt roads just fine, as long as the roads are somewhat even.
***** I have not driven the Murano. I have recently driven many different Nissan cars while our Jeep was getting repaired (repeatedly). Every Nissan vehicle I drove was a 2014. Everyone of them were horrible. One BT equipped vehicle allowed media streaming, no phone calls. Another BT equipped vehicle allowed calls, no media streaming. I have a Galaxy S5. A family member with the Iphone 6 also had the same BT issues with a Nissan rental. A different Nissan CVT equipped vehicle had an unintended vehicle acceleration event. It tried to kill my daughter and I. The Nissans had odd controls. Weird lighting controls. Uncomfortable back seats. They seemed to be 10yrs behind Honda.
+wcjeep How does the Civic compare to the Maxima? The Murano and Highlander aren't in the same vehicle class. The Highlander seats 7 actual adults. Murano seats only 5 (no third row at all.) The Highlander has 82.6 cubic feet of cargo room with the back seats folded to Murano's 69.9 cubic feet. The direct competitor to the Murano is the Toyota Venza.
+Juan Zingarello You really can't tell reliability for years. If you're talking about perceived initial reliability, then it's really just marketing BS.
100% agree about black cars. Can't see the detail and the interesting rear pillar on the Murano is totally lost. Also agree on the front end. It's overwrought and easily the worst element on the car...next to the piddly little sunroof. Panorama or nothing!
+eurouc I personally like the front end and I think it works well with the res of the vehicle. JMO. And I won't be ordering mine with the panoramic sunroof. When my SUV flips in an accident I don't want a bunch of glass on top of me (or is it bottom) . That IS what Suv's do - roll over in an accident because of the naturally higher center of gravity. The national highway accident statistics bear me out - check for yourself. I personally never use them. The wind noise completely eliminates the quiet ambiance of the cabin, ruins the stereo sound, and the sun is HOT on my head. For an extra two thousand dollars they can keep it.
+rrrogster you must don't drive very well why would you flip over or have an accident at all? Keep your eyes 5 cars ahead of you when you drive ( especially highway driving ) it will help you avoid so much trouble
I don't get how Nissan can get it so right with the design of the Murano and Rogue, but so so wrong with cars like the Versa Sedan, Pathfinder, Sentra and new Titan...
well at least for you its not easy to understand but its different strokes for different folks.. i know a lot of people who love the new Titan's design and the design of the new sentra and pathfinder.... they're not for everyone I guess... to each their own as they say hahah
Nathan, the birdseyeview feature has been used by BMW since 2009. So it's wrong to state that they are copying it from Nissan. Check your facts next time ;)
I did.... "Breaking New Ground Infiniti’s Around View® Monitor [*] broke new ground in onboard camera systems when it debuted in 2007; " - - Infiniti I tested it myself over two years before BMW. You were saying?
+Thomas Gawlowski Maybe you should check YOUR facts. Nissan put the birds eye view into some of their Nav systems prior to 2009. The Murano model got it when the 2nd generation was introduced in 2008 as a 2009.
+Thomas Karl I have owned 2 Infinitis in the past. Great cars, but dated. And now they seem to have lost their way completely. I wish Nissan would put some money into the Infiniti product line like they obviously have with their new Nissan models such as the Murano and Maxima. These vehicles are winners in my opinion. I can only wonder what the Murano would like with an Infiniti badge. They certainly wouldn't have to do much to the interior. It is 90% luxury level already.
I had 2013 murano is good cross ever but CVT sucks. Due to cvt it is unreliable vehicle. Nissan knows the issue with their transmission but they keep selling CVT. Go google it murano cvt issues and you will get the rest story. I sold mine because of every 40k km it had transmission fluid leak and they fixed twice but never got fixed. So got rid of murano and never going to buy Nissan ever.
+YYC-One I cannot speak for you experience but for the vast majority (over 99%) who respond to the annual Consumer Reports Survey this V6 engine with CVT has been a VERY reliable performer for the Murano since the introduction of the second generation was introduced in 2008 as a 2009 model. This new Murano has an even better CVT than the previous gen according to what I am seeing and hearing. I personally have had problems with many different brands of cars - all years ago when they were ALL much less reliable.
+Tarun Masimukku It is actually the same engine. The engine was tuned to supply more torque and less horsepower because the Murano is a heavier SUV that is more likely to tow trailers and less likely to be driven fast.
This just shows how the 90% of consumers want cars like these. I don't care how much it is I would buy my Cadillac for the price equivalent now over any new car. they're built cheap, overpriced, performance lacking, and hideous in styling and sadly My v8 Cadillac will get 30mpgs highway.
+Mike Will Old old old old school. Have you looked at any new Cadillac designs lately. They have been dragged kicking and screaming into the 21st century, barely.
+satish kumar Infiniti's cutomer lounges are nicer than Nissan - fact. There are a very few things Nissan could do to truly put this new vehicle in the luxury class. And they are quite small really. For example the passenger side seat has no height adjustment - small but something you will see in true luxury class category. A few other things equally small. Maybe they waiting to put that stuff into the Inifiniti version - and charge $10,000 more in the process. And don't forget the curtomer lounges.
Is the fuel consumption "mediocre" or "pretty impressive?" It can't be both, unless you're impressed by mediocre. If you are, we have no reason to watch your reviews. Also, is that consumption for FWD or AWD? You're also too excited about "a little bit of curb appeal." Bose is a company out of Boston, MA (Framingham technically), not Germany or Holland. No need to mispronounce it in a fake European way. "Low, low vehicle"... how low is it? "Low" is subjective. Ground clearance is measured in inches or centimeters. Not in "low", "medium" or "high." When you're comparing SUVs' ground clearance between vehicles, that info is important. How tall is Andre? With his freakishly long legs, he might be 5'5 for all we know. Give us something to compare to. When you guys do reviews, you need to remember that you're speaking to a viewer who knows NOTHING about this car and needs true comparisons or at least info that can be used for comparisons. We don't watch because we're just so excited to hear about your feelings today. We want clear, concise and useful information to be presented in a fun and understandable way. That's your goal. This presentation seems to have fallen well short of that goal.
The styling sucks. I looks like a child's toy in my opinion. The rounded off edges EVERYWHERE are a little too much for me. Hyundai/Kia and even Toyota have good styling. Jeep, Chrysler, dodge of course all have great looking vehicles. Nissan is meh.
+Ivan Vojt It works well for hauling people and for lots of other applications as well. After all SUV's are your grandfather's station wagon. They are flexible in use, practical, easy to get and out of, provide better and higher visibility (safety) and roll over much easier in an accident (not safety). I have always found the seating position to be more upright and natural and not as fatiguing. But that is just me. And while we are on this I personally will buy any color vehicle - as long as it is white. Why? Much cooler to get into on a hot day, and much easier to be seen by others especially around dawn or dusk when most people forget to turn on their headlights. The dark and gray shades blend to easily with the road surface - have you ever noticed? Being seen by others is a safety issue for me. Have you ever wondered why Fire trucks are no longer red ( dark color)? For many years now they have been painted white or chartreuse or some other light color easily seen by others. Safety.
I love my 2017 Nissan Murano SL AWD. Great review. Got mine for a month now and enjoying the ride every second, told my wife...ask me anywhere to drive you I will drive.

Omg Nathan. That was the nicest (on many levels) review I have ever seen. Period.
Improved overall...YES! the operating system is so much easier to use now too, its just like my smart phone.
When I first saw this I was like WTF is that? Than I've seen one in person and it actually looks great!.
Exactly bro pictures lie and i agree it's amazing design
+Jonathan Washington Yep same here. Its actually a head turner. The profile looks great.
+Jonathan Washington 100% agree, but... and this wasn't addressed in the review... the sloping roof line looks like the headroom in the back seats might be very compromised and the rear quarter windows look tiny, creating MAJOR blind spots. Great car and great review. Wish you could have shown us the awesome 360 view camera in action as I think that's a brilliant feature from Nissan.
This is definitely one of your best reviews. I really can't wait until they revitalize the Altima with this new design language.

Well I definitely wouldn't lol

Greatings from Berlin, Germany
Wow....Nissan finally came right. I love Nathan reviews but without Roman, it feels kinda incomplete. Come back Roman? :(
about the same mpg as subarus cvt 3.3 H6
great review nathen!

This has to be the first review that I have seen Nathan do on a CVT
transmission and not be critical of it.
Great review love you're work.
Are we going to see a murano mush up i hope so
Never heard a reviewer praise murano for it's handling. Thanks nathan. always suspected thatnwith a multi-link suspension it would be very capable.

But here in JAPAN, nobody buy the SUV. If people buy SUV they buy German brand car.

It's the tires that made the move?
Good review!
thanks for sharing the video, i my opinion the mileage per gallon is decent, but i certainly wouldn't choose this murano over the grand cherokee laredo, this one is so beautiful , do you have any Thoughts between these two??
+Melanie Cesar I can never figure who buys Chrysler products (now Fiat/Chrysler I think.) They always always always have terrible reliability issues across the product lines. And now Fiat (Fix it Again Tony) owns them. And Fiat has proven over the many years to be even less reliable than Chrysler. But maybe that is not an issue for some.
+rrrogster You're mostly right, but the Grand Cherokee has been one of the very few exceptions (the Wranger 4.0L being the other.) They're really well known for being reliable and their resale value is tremendous.
I've always liked the Murano. I'll have to try one out as I'm still not sure that I'm ready to go CVT.
***** I agree, I am avoiding 4 turbos. The four turbos are a turn-off. I like sixes.
+Bruce Solomon You must drive this vehicle before forming an opinion. I guarantee the CVT on this vehicle is the state of the art and far superior to the old technology. Just drive it and see for yourself.
+TheMagnumb Yes, I agree. Turbo 4s, are cool. in WRXs, Mitsubishi Lancers and Lotuses.
+TheMagnumb I have a 2012 Murano and have had absolutely no issues with it. No CVT issues at all.
I absolutely love to own this but the recent Pathfinder CVT stories kinda makes me nervous.
What is with the obvious square within the front bumper?
But sadly, the amount of cars being sold with traditional transmissions are getting less and less, and since there is less money with that, less interest will be put in making them... which sucks.... nothing is more exciting and fun than driving a car to it's limit, and changing those gears, and doing that foot dance all while taking a corner and accelerating out of it... now its just, plant your foot and the car will do the rest :(
Bitch please, Murano has been using CVT since the first generation and most of the CVT is made by Jatco partnered with Nissan, which basically means No, if don't like it, sod off
nathan adlen can you please review the 2015 Nissan 370z Nismo?
which segment does the murano fall under exactly? I know it's definitely not in the same segment as a Rav4. so then does it make the same as a Highlander?
+VpY22 I think it's probably more in the Toyota Venza, Ford Edge, Kia Sorento, Dodge Journey segment. The Highlander is a bit bigger and long enough for a proper third row seat, which falls into the Pathfinder, Pilot, Envoy, Durango area.
+George Lurye ahhh. Gotcha. thanks!
I like the monaro
The city mpg estimate really isn't that bad, pretty much as good as an Accord, Camry, or Altima v6
+TheMagnumb Yes, all true. Also, those numbers are for the FWD version.
I can't believe how much the black paint tones down this car!! which might be good for some people
Nearly 40k and there is no standard panorama roof? The mpg is just paltry and they need to ditch the V6 and slap a turbo 4 in there. The styling is definitely subjective and the interior looks kind of dated already. Spend a little more money and get an Audi Q5 or BMW X3, they look better.
might as well slap a 6 liter v8 cause americans just love oil
Scrublord McCunt 1. Your username tells me anything you have to say is going to be bullshit and 2. replying to your comment is probably not worth my time.
Anthony Cuda Yours doesn't tell me but you still say bullshit. Get a top of the line 2015 Honda CRV for 37k.
The BMW X3 is very dated from an exterior and interior standpoint. I think Nissan knocked it out the park with the new Murano. I'll also add that i'll take an all around view camera system over a panoramic sunroof any day. Good job Nissan. Can't wait to see the new Maxima
BCJDM I could have put a long list of alternatives, those were just two examples.
So no go for light off road? DAMN IT! Do they make a midsize suv able for light offroad?
+Ninja 87 I think that depends on what you mean by "light off-road." I think this car will do just fine off paved roads as long as you're not throwing deeps sand, mud or rocks in its path. It will tackle snowy and dirt roads just fine, as long as the roads are somewhat even.
21 mpg City, that's is great, what do you drive, a Prius ? Also, the Murano is a larger Rogue? You lack product knowledge...
Did the f150 not come up with the 360 view camera?
Yes, recently. Nissan built the first version back in '07
A serious Nathan. not a single smile nor a laugh. who so serious man.
what about the new maxima ?
4K?
How does the Murano compare to the Highlander?
+George Lurye I probably asked this question before I drove the Highlander. The Toyota Highlander had uncomfortable front seats.
What about reliability? It appears that Nissans reliability went down with their two newest models the Altima and Pathfinder.
I have that car but white and tan inter
I don't get how Nissan can get it so right with the design of the Murano and Rogue, but so so wrong with cars like the Versa Sedan, Pathfinder, Sentra and new Titan...
New titan is not that bad imo
what abou the GTR or the 370Z
well at least for you its not easy to understand but its different strokes for different folks.. i know a lot of people who love the new Titan's design and the design of the new sentra and pathfinder.... they're not for everyone I guess... to each their own as they say hahah
I didn't say it was everyones opinion.
Nathan, the birdseyeview feature has been used by BMW since 2009. So it's wrong to state that they are copying it from Nissan. Check your facts next time ;)
I did.... "Breaking New Ground Infiniti’s Around View® Monitor [*] broke new ground in onboard camera systems when it debuted in 2007; " - - Infiniti
I tested it myself over two years before BMW.
You were saying?
Howdy nathan :), love your wokr brother
juan tafoya Thank you my friend!
Sorry man... didn't know that. Over here in Europe Infiniti pretty much doesn't have any market relevance. You were right.
+Thomas Gawlowski Maybe you should check YOUR facts. Nissan put the birds eye view into some of their Nav systems prior to 2009. The Murano model got it when the 2nd generation was introduced in 2008 as a 2009.
Reminds me of my Infinity but cheaper!
Nathan seems depressed. He used to be so much more animated.
Was it a review or advertisement? So there is nothing worn about the car??? come on!
At least get a car wash before a review.
We did. Even a mile on snow-covered roads can make a vehicle, especially a black one, look filthy.
Transmission sucks, and problems down the road. In 2017 was last time Nissan uses the CVT TRANSMISSION.
I believe it does have "A quick pull of two releases folds the 60/40-split second-row flat"
th-cam.com/video/zYaOK3j8SQs/w-d-xo.html#t=229
still don't know what the whole car looks like after the watching the entire video......LOL
Ugh, looks like the dualis, which looks like the x-trail, which looks like the qashqai.
It's called the fast lane car and the only cars they're testing are slow, wtf
Sooo, has the same size engine as the Maxima, but has 40 less horsepower. Why. Makes no sense.
+Tarun Masimukku It is actually the same engine. The engine was tuned to supply more torque and less horsepower because the Murano is a heavier SUV that is more likely to tow trailers and less likely to be driven fast.
Awd
Not bad. But the face is way too awkward.
They have been dragged kicking and screaming into the 21st century, barely.
rrrogster exactly why I don't like any 1994+
if only this was an Infinti, i would be willing to spend that kind of money and that too apprehensively.
for NIssan, i will pass
+satish kumar Infiniti's cutomer lounges are nicer than Nissan - fact. There are a very few things Nissan could do to truly put this new vehicle in the luxury class. And they are quite small really. For example the passenger side seat has no height adjustment - small but something you will see in true luxury class category. A few other things equally small. Maybe they waiting to put that stuff into the Inifiniti version - and charge $10,000 more in the process. And don't forget the curtomer lounges.
+TheMagnumb You do know that the Murano has its equivalent in the Infinity line, right? It's called the QX70. It puts out 325hp.
Is the fuel consumption "mediocre" or "pretty impressive?" It can't be both, unless you're impressed by mediocre. If you are, we have no reason to watch your reviews. Also, is that consumption for FWD or AWD?
You're also too excited about "a little bit of curb appeal."
Bose is a company out of Boston, MA (Framingham technically), not Germany or Holland.
A fat Altima XD.
This will still be the middle aged female Real Estate vehicle.
Safety.
No off roading, dude a it's a car base Crossover, I recommend you find a different job...
It's ugly.
IG:Chadmiami prettier than you.
Looks like a whale
