Hi! Please make a video on how to treat blisters scar on facial skin. I was curling my hair the other day with my curling iron and I accidentally lost grip and it touched my nose and formed a blisters. It's 2 weeks now the blister is cured but it left a dark mark behind that area. I tried to find the solution on TH-cam but there was no video on this . Please help me out 🤧

@@silviarahim90 :) I wash my hands all day, so, most of the time, I’m applying it to my hands. I also like it on my feet, neck, and chest. About twice a week, I’ll apply it to my body immediately after a shower.

Is this only available in the US? I’m in Canada & can only find something similar but it does not contain retinols and is marketed for use on the body only.
The cerave hydrating foaming oil cleanser makes a great hand wash during the winter here in MN. Thank you for that tip, Dr Dray!

I LOVE using the Cerave cleanser to wash makeup and tinted sunscreen off my hands after applying. It works so well and doesn’t strip my sensitive skin (plus I have eczema).
cerave has a lot of microplastic and its just loreal brand

Cerave does sell cleansers in bar form. No plastic bottles or microplastics.
I have been using the Gold Bond retinol lotion and the Cerave cleansing oil since you first mentioned them. I love them both. A few weeks ago I bought a big tub of petroleum jelly and have been alternating that with the Gold Bond. A few days ago I took a tumble on concrete and got a nasty, deep scrape on my knee. I've been keeping a thin layer of petroleum jelly on it and it's already healing and barely sore! Thanks, Dr Dray, for all you've done for my skin, by so freely sharing your knowledge. I love Amlactin! It keeps my skin soft for about a week so I only have to use it that infrequently.

I found the retinol GB because of you this year and I was and am shook! Not only do I have crazy dry skin, I also have psoriasis AND full body, bright red, kp. This stuff helps with it all! I actually have patches of skin that doesn’t have kp anymore, and where I still have it, it’s not so red and is smoother. I am hoping with continued use in the coming months to knock most of it out! As for my psoriasis, it doesn’t burn it, and helps keep it in check, especially since I am forever forgetting to put on my prescription for it. 😂 I also notice my skin just looks healthy and bright, not dry and itchy. I have never gone through a winter without bloody cracks on my hands, but so far this year my hands have that healthy summer skin feel. Not a crack to be seen. As well as all the actual benefits, it also feels great, doesn’t leave you feeling greasy. Sinks in fast, and leaves skin feeling baby soft! I could wax poetic all day!!!! 😍😍

Ooh nice to hear it works for kp. I've been using eucerin advanced repair and it has atleast improved the texture for kp. Should try this out. Does this cause purging and irritation?
@@IllonoD-nz7wk I have not experienced any purging in the acne sense. But, I never get pimples so I may not be the best judge for that one. It didn't cause me any irritation (I use it on my face too). I do have allergies to some skincare ingredients, and for me this is ok. But of course, your milage may very. But, I would highly recommend giving it a shot! I started with the smaller squeeze bottle size, and before I finished it, I went to walmart to get the larger pump bottle. :)
@valeries3392 ooh thanks! Purging in the sense I was talking more about the irritation and intense peeling in the beginning. I have dry skin so I am not acne prone in general as well! Nice to know it doesn't cause any irritation

Agree with your choices! I would like to request a future topic. I have been concerned about what seems to be a trend with preteen girls thinking that they need pretty aggressive and expensive skincare. My 10 year old granddaughter requested some Glow Recipe products and my friend’s granddaughter of the same age has requested those and some Drunk Elephant items. I have suggested to mine that a cleanser and sun protection should be sufficient at this point, especially if the the sun screen is moisturizing. So far she has not had blemishes.

Thank you for the Up & Up moisturizer recommendation! I've always had skin on the sensitive side but I've gotten more sensitive as I've gotten older. Recently my under eyes especially can't tolerate any of my usual products anymore and I could only use vaseline. I picked up the Up & Up moisturizer and even my under eyes do just fine with it. I feel like SO many products these days are trying to load up on fancy ingredients so its nice to find something that's very basic for us sensitive skin folks.
Really appreciate the lower cost favs u routinely present. I'm on a strict budget but still want good skincare

It was rose scent but I didn’t care I was so excited 😊 Also been loving the GB retinol since July. My face and body love that stuff and for the $$ it feels lux. Why do you recommend cosmetics with microplastics in the composition and donors of carcinogenic formaldehyde? In addition, produced in an unethical way by the L’Oreal brand, which tests on animals and is practically the equivalent of Shein in terms of treating employees?

I found the absolute BEST hand moisturizer! Its the Neutrogena Norwegian Formula Hand Cream. There are fragrance free and scented versions. Its makes my hands feel sooo soft and it lasts a long time!
I have used it for years. I put it on my feet at night with cotton socks
I LOVE Kroger's Shimmer Sunscreen, and I also love the Gold Bond Age Renewal.
I have repurchased both items many times for myself and others.

I’ve been using my original Aveeno fragrance free body lotion over every inch of my body including my face and I’m loving it. It’s lightweight but very moisturizing. It’s my go-to in the winter especially.
The CeraVe Cleanser and Gold Bond retinol lotion are definitely two of my faves this year too, I started using them based on Your recommendation. ❤ The only sad thing is that I can't really put on the lotion right after shower as I experienced some itching, which makes sense since retinols can be sensitizing when applied on damp skin. So I just have to make sure my skin dries off completely before I apply it. Otherwise it's a brilliant product. Thank You and Merry Merry Christmas to everyone here. ❤

I love the cerave oil cleanser!! I also have used the Gold Bond retinol lotion. I know it’s unscented, but I don’t like the scent😂😂😂 it also is kinda thick and doesn’t spread a ton so I add a little bit of a body oil to it so it goes further and smells good

STOP. I was so mad at Neutrogena for discontinuing some sort of "sensitive" or "non comedogenic" moisturizer that was a go-to for me that my skin loved, and that my skin has been off balance without ever since I ran out of my last bottle following the discontinuation.
You have just made my day at even the possibility that the Up&Up/vaseline extra repair lotion is similar/reminiscent... I'm so excited to look for this now!!! Thanks Dr Dray.

I tried the Tree Hut shave oil on a whim.....OMG...it leaves my skin fabulously smooth and soft after shaving! My skin on my legs was still moust the next day! This was a great find for me. The Gold Bond Eczema lotion has colloidal oatmeal and is GREAT on my neck which gets irritated from wool sweaters in winter
On a side note in case you haven't been to Dollar Tree lately, b pure has come out with a line of neutragena dupes. I haven't found them all yet but I did try a hydrating lip mask in a squeeze tube. It's very good! My daughter got a crack in her bottom lip that was very painful and this healed it up in 2 days!

The Gold Bond retinol is the best. I need to repurchase it after I finish the Advanced Clinicals retinol cream (this one is ok, but does not compare to GB)
In the comments the gold bond crepe corrector gets a lot of love. I’m curious what Dr Dray’s thoughts are. Seems high in urea but has a lot of plant extracts that scare my sensitive skin.
