I just brought this machine for my birthday and let me tell u if u like ice creams get this now it’s the only ice cream that works the noise is worth it trust me
Great video guys. It's so wholesome to see you guys make ice cream as a family activity. The icy texture you see is due to the nature of the way the creami works. The mixture is not continuously agitated as it freezes, unlike traditional ice cream, which leads to large ice crystals instead of tiny ice crystals. That is why it has an icy texture.
I believe that fat and sugar plays a pretty big role in the ice crystal formation, so by increasing the amount of those two, it should lead to a smoother ice cream. But ultimately, if you prefer the texture of storebought ice cream, then a traditional ice cream maker is the way to go. I personally wouldn't say that either is better than the other, because some people like that texture from the creami.
Thanks for the kind words and the lesson in ice cream making 🙂
Overall Recipes need to be R&D a few times.
Trial and error is basic important of moving forward.
When making ice cream we like to measure the sugar in brix, aiming 28 to 32%. Fat is important but not to much.
After getting the recipe right Pacoing ice-cream. The ice cream should be freeze or refrigerate to build the right consistency normally 15-45 min
That was a good honest opinion and I appreciate that! Thank you for sharing
Thank you for the real and honest review! I appreciate it :)
Thanks!
Love your review, you answered questions I didnt even think about :D Now I am well informed, keep up the great work
Thank you!
Very helpful review, I understood that if you are practical on ice cream you can make a good one with this machine.
There are a lot of recipe you can do to make similar to a cream, and if the result after churn it’s to loose, just put it back to freezer to set and will be like a ice cream
Thanks for the info!
This is suuuper helpful! Thank you!
"It's like a frosty guys," that's what I was looking for! Sold!
So... consistency taste good but flavor needs work is what I'm getting. The tips you gave are great. Still on the fence. EDIT: Never mind I'll pass. Thanks bro 😂
Get the Cuisineart ice cream maker.
Because of this review i subscribed. First time here and i will say this, i watched a review from a dedicated gadget show and they weren't nearly as informative as this video is. Very well executed 👍
Thank you!
Very good video thank you so much because I was looking at this thing when I seen it one day at Walmart and so now I’ll just go back to making my own ice cream with my blender lol
Thank you for this great review! God Bless 🙏🏻🙌
Thank you
Would be interesting if you could try the ice cream produced by a Pacojet (the more expensive high-end model that Ninja Creami is basically a knock-off of), and tell us how that compares. I'm assuming the Pacojet is much more expensive for a reason.
Great review, thank you!
Thanks for watching

This was just perfect! Thank you.
Thank you for making this video..very informative and has helped me make up my mind whether to purchase or not....:)
Glad it was helpful!
Hi, great review, Can I use frozen strawberries as a whole or I must chop them first?
Thanks. You could always try but I’d say chop them first. I’ve never done them whole before.
I chopped strawberrys
strangely i found it far better than store-bought ice cream like ben and jerry's.
Just one question: What's the name (and artist) of the background music at the end?
do the milkshakes need 24 hr prep?
That was a Great video, thank you! 🤗👍
thanks for the honest review. i will stick with the machine i have
Glad I could help
Oh for sure....ive had a cuisnart for 20 years now.Still works&makes the best icecream, sorbets, gelato, ect ect
Always said Sherbet here in England.
Try using condensed milk for that store bought texture
intersting 🤔
Nice video. Thanks for posting. And it's always been spelled sherbet but pronounced "sherbert." You can rest easy now. :)
Thanks for the review! Does the recipe book features vegan ice cream recipes?
Sherbet made me laugh
This semi negative review makes me want to buy it. Then again, I'm not a red-blooded american with a 'favorite store bought ice cream'.
Could you make recepy without heavy cream? Diet question.
Yes, you can. Check out flexible dieting lifestyle on TH-cam, he has great recipes.
I can’t stand cream cheese but the sorbet sounds good.
Yep - Creami - still couldn’t find it 😢
Love my creami
Sherbet and sherbert are variations of the same word. A dictionary can help you out in matters like this.
Did I ask a question in the video, Bob or make a statement? Did it seem like I was confused in the matter?
@@DiffFamilyReviewshaha yeah bob mind ya business!
