in your PC setting s assuming you are on PC there is an option to turn off playbak but if your using anything like an elgato or something that could also be the reason
You can't directly i dont think i only have a old XBOX One but you can use a USB adapter or try with the 3.5 mm into headphones but im not sure that would work without a audio splitter to seperate headset from Mic it is possible but you likly will need adapters my Friend they are in expensive

yes you can have it cycle through the gradient colours its quite good to be honest looks great at night
