Great footage, great Ideas, and the tools are great...Sawyer Clamp!!!! Kool.....and the cut out Johnson speed square......outstanding.....best wishes from Florida, Paul
It's not bad at all! but you didn't grind the weld area as you would any other prep! It makes a difference in weld quality you produce remember it's you til the end on your work. Next time get some scrap pieces to test run for heat setup. You want to run beads where the crown in the middle is less formed to more of a flat look, trust me it is possible just read your beads with S.S!

Hey thanks Paul. Your support means a lot. Thank you. Have a blessed one.
Man, you’ve got real talent! Awesome!
Thanks for watching.
Clever to cut the sq out. nice job, very decent stick welding. A+
I love how you make your own tools. I also want to see your handsome face more.
❤️❤️❤️😘
Good work. Thank you for sharing your tools, tips and tricks.
Thank you for watching. You guys are greatly appreciated
Cool clamp. Have never seen a sawyer clamp before.
Definitely a good buy. Helps from 1-1/2”-4”
Are those sawyer clamps really worth buying? Do they hold good? I've tried other clamps but they are pain in the ass, better off having a helper.
I completely recommend them for sure. They are worth the money brother.
What sort of blade is on that chop saw.....looks like diamond????? Best wishes,,,,,,well done video......PB
It’s a de Walt diamond edge! Awesome
Blade for a great chop.
Good job welding tube🔥🔥
Thanks brother.
Excelente Sr. Muy buen trabajo, muchas felicitaciones. 👏👏👏
Gracias primo.
3:17 What's the deal with the finger thing? Always enjoy your videos btw 👍
That rod gets really hot. Was using outlaws leather Tig finger for extra protection lol
What would you compare those stainless rods to? Is it like running a 7018 or not at all lol? Awesome vid
A bit like 7018, except you gotta run it colder with a tight arc. Can’t carry to much metal with it as well. Other than that, pretty much 7018 😂
Awesome video man, did you have to worry about warpage at all?
It still draws a bit, but not nearly as bad tig does
Damn another badass video
Esa es máquina 💪💯 a todo dar ese video con stick 👌
You did good job
Sorry for the double post but my friend you got talent. Great work. How many amps did you settle on. How thick is the pipe?
Yea sir, around that much. And I used 55 amps on the position butt welds and 65 on the saddle welds
Siempre dije que serías un excelente soldador
Muchísimas gracias Chuy. Saludos mi estimado.
Another fire ass welding
Thanks brother
Lets see the finished installed hand rails ...
Boy, do I feel dumb? Why didn't I think of cutting the corner out of a speed square? And I like that clamp for tubing!
