Corey, what you should've asked is: 1. Was an ancient kingdom existed 2000 thousands years ago, in this land, that was called Judah? (following question) 2. If yes, Are the Jews of modern Israel are descendants of those who lived in the ancient kingdom?
Not all, but 50% genetically yes, they from Levant in the past. If Levant people start doing DNA test, they found European Jewish blood 1%, it's meaning far back they originated from Jews or mixed up with them
@@cholponkudus8719 Half? No they're not, you're skewing stats, it's much muchhh lower and not enough to claim the ancestory. So who has more of a claim, actual full blood Palestinians of Europeans?
You can tell the man in the grocery store truly has an open mind, despite confronted with an opposite narrative he was open to accept that it could be a possibility. God bless his soul
This is a tricky question, and here are some points to consider: 1- Nobody has ever in history claimed a land referring to their ancestors living there thousands of years ago, while themselves having no connection to that land for thousands of years. If you make this a rule, very few if any country may stay safe from returning to other people, and the whole countries of the world must be change. Just as an example, all colonized lands, which means the whole American and Australian continents and much more, which were occupied just some hundred years ago must be returned to the native people. Guess what? Those colonizers are the biggest supporters of Israel! They have similar ideologies and act similarly, occupation, apartheid, and genocide. 2- Israeli's are not the first people who have lived there ever. The history doesn't start where you point at. 3- Palestinians have lived there for thousands of years too, part of whom are just Jews converted to Islam. Palestinians, including Muslims, Christians, and Jews, lived in peace altogether before Zionism. Zionism is different from Judaism. Righteous Jews DO NOT support Zionism. Zionism was the cause of war in Palestine. 4- Zionist coming in ships to Palestine, and asking for help and saying, Europeans did Holocaust against us, please take us as guest and give us refuge, and then starting to claim the land is ours. Occupation, ethnic cleansing, and genocide were foreseen in the Zionists' plan since more than a hundred years ago. It hasn't happened out of the blue. 5- Have you heard about greater Israel? What that means? Israel is not even a regional, but a world threat. Zionism is the latest stage of western colonialism. The Zionists have shown their true face during the last 7 decades. They are a shame to humanity. 6- Israel believes in any Jew's right to return to Palestine after thousands of years, and gives the citizenship to any Jew who has never been to Palestine, and god knows how many percentages of his so-called ancestor's blood of thousands of years ago. At the same time, denies the right of Palestinians to return, who still have their homes in Palestine, who have lived there for thousands of years, and were expelled through genocide and ethnic cleansing.
@@sahlemus So paying tax (Jizyah) is equal to "not live in peace" and "being second class", right? OK, let's take a closer look at it! Do you know that: 1- Muslims must pay two different type of taxes, called "Khoms" and "Zakat". 2- Muslims must go to military service, fight in wars, and provide protection, while Dhimmis (None-Muslim believer in god, as Zoroastrians, Hindus, Christians, and Jews) who pay Jizyah, are exempted. The Muslim government must provide them protection. Dhimmis who were volunteered to go to military service 3- Women, children, elders, handicapped, the ill, the insane, monks, hermits, slaves, and Musta'mins (non-Muslim foreigners who only temporarily reside in Muslim lands) are exempted from paying Jizyah. 4- Jizya is calculated with regard to an individual's financial situation, so that the poor pay less or nothing (as mentioned above in nr:3) 5- According to Islamic law, elders, handicapped etc, must be given pensions, and they must not go into begging. 6- This Islamic law was introduced 1400 years ago by Islam (apparently is no longer imposed by in the Islamic countries). 7- Historically, the Jizya existed before Islam too. The word "Jizya" comes from the Persian word "Gazit", the tax gathered by Sassanid Persian Empire. 8- By the way, are you living Tax-Free in the country you're living? Now, if you think this 1400 years old Islamic Law is unfair, and violates "Peace" and makes one as a "Second class", you better look at the colonialists, claiming being democracy, including Israel, Britain, USA, Canada, and Australia, and what they have done against the natives of those occupied lands, in 20 and 21st century. Their inhumanity may make to reconsider your thoughts. Do you know that: In Israeli apartheid, they try to make the life of Palestinians as difficult as possible: - Deprivation of Palestinians from water: Palestinians were forbidden to access, or own the water sources, or dig a well to access water, as early as just the beginning of the Zionist occupation in 1948. - Different roads for Palestinians and Israelis: Roads in Palestinians residents are kept not only of very poor, but also the Zionists destroy the roads intentionally to make Palestinians' lives more and more difficult, while Israeli enjoy the highways, just some hundred meters or kilometers away. - Genocide and ethnic cleansing over more than 7 decades. - Right of return for any Jew from any country in the world for just being a Jew, who has never even been to Israel; while Palestinian refugees of war, who have lived for generations in Palestine, have no right to go back to their homes. - Detention, imprisonment, torture, murder of Palestinians, without even any charge. - Armed hostile settlers are free and even supported by IDF to harass and even shoot and kill Palestinians. - Entrance, disgrace and mishandle against Muslim holy places and Muslim prayers, by hostile settlers and IDF. - I can point out infinite number of crimes and atrocities by Israelis against Palestinians (Muslims and even Christians). Do you still think paying Tax (Jizya) is equal to violation of peace and being second class? Do you know that: - Genocide, ethnic cleansing, occupation, deprivation of Natives from their basic human rights in Israel, Britain, USA, Canada, and Australia. - 150 million American Indians were killed in genocide, and they were pushed to reservation camps. - "as recently as 1980s": Kidnapping and separating the Native children from their families, keeping them in Christian church schools, to disconnect them from their Native language, religion, and culture. And harass, abuse, torture, murder, and bury them in mass graves, . - "as recently as On September 18, 1973": Shooting Aborigines in Australia was an occurrence that was ignored and discounted, until it was illegalized. - "as recently as 1964": The separation of White- and Non-People in from smallest to biggest issues, in using buses, stations, drinking water taps (isn't it ridiculously and obviously inhumane?). - Still today: There are racist laws against black Americans and Native Americans, in the USA. Legally depriving them of the equal human rights. There is a lot more to say, you know that, or I hope you know. SO NOW TELL ME; WHERE DO YOU EXACTLY FEEL "IN PEACE" AND "FIRTS CLASS CITIZEN", WHICH HOPEFULLY THE OTHER RACES FEEL THAT WAY TOO. In which country do you live, if you're not ashamed to say.
the Hebrew word Philistine (Plishtim) - means “invaders” or “foreigners” - it was the word given to the invading armies in the Bible. After Judea was conquered, the Roman’s changed the name of the land to Palestina, and exiled the Jews.
The last guy was correct. Before the Zionist immigration that began in the late 1800s, the native Palestinian population consisted of several religious groups, including Muslim, Christian, Druze, Jewish, and Samaritan. Muslims were the majority, while the others were minorities. The Palestinian Jews were estimated to be about 3-6% of the population.
This is true, and I don't think one should be able to invoke ancient history to claim someone else's home as theirs.. however I was quite amazed at how many of these people either didn't seem to know or just rejected the idea that Jews were originally from that area, were forced to leave, and it is their descendants who have returned.

@jonson2953 when you say *the* original Jews.. you seem to be implying that jews from Europe and other regions are not descended from the jews of biblical times. This would be quite a bold claim and actually quite insane when you think about it if you are aware of genetic studies and simply based on the fact that religions don't spring out of nowhere in different areas of the world. Palistinian people are very closely related, genetically to Jews in general, particularly those who remained in the region of Palistine, however studies also show all modern Jewish groups are most closely related to each other. The fact is, both groups have ancestry from the region, and jews who moved to Europe also have European ancestry, while palistinians are going to have a mix of other Middle Eastern eastern ancestry along with Jewish ancestry. At the same time I'm sure there are at least some modern day Jews who have very little relation to biblical jews.. and the same goes for palistinians (and I'm sure if the genetic studies had a large enough sample size you would see this). No one is descended from a long line of Moses Jr's all getting it on with their cousins.. but jews did tend to choose Jewish partners throughout history even after exile.

They are genetically more similar to those who lived in the area in ancient times, even if their language and religion have changed
I think the DNA argument is usually only brought up because of the accusation that most Jews have no ancestral connection to past Jews who lived in the Levant. It's not about who is closest genetically. It is the cultural affinity plus ancestral connection that purportedly supports the Jewish claim to the region. Of course, the militant ideas of many Jews that they should have special rights there is repugnant to peaceful people, and Palestinians have a strong case for their own connection to the land, if one cares about such "connections".

The other alternative is a one state solution. However, for this to work, Israel has to abolish discriminatory laws that favour Jews. The "problem" with the one state solution is that Jews will lose their majority, thus it will never be achieved while a nationalistic government (Netanyahu) is in power in Israel. @@Nestemsvyazalsya The question wasn't whether Palestinians are indigenous to the land. The question was about the Jewish people. Neither can claim this title. Israel was an Iron Age kingdom. Middle of the road of written history. By Biblical accounts, when Abraham, and later Moses and Joshua entered the land, there were people already there. The Kingdoms of Israel and and Judah arose out of a Canaanite population, and the Torah and Old Testament are full of this military and political history as well as the people's struggle to break from the old religious practices (for example. Baal worship). The historical record bears this out as well. We can see, in the archaeological record the emergence of Ugaritic, Phoenecian and later, Hebrew. We can see the 40+ thousand years of human habitation before that. Who were the first inhabitants of the land? Who knows. The material evidence predates written history by tens of thousands of years. Watching two groups of people who came to the land over 2000 years into the historical record argue about who was there first and whether that gives them any modern right to exclusive use of the land would be laughable if it's consequences weren't so tragic.
They say Jews come from Poland, Germany, Ethiopia, Russia . But where were they before there? Most Jewish diaspora groups trace their ancestry to the levant, even many of those that returned from Europe. RT(Russian Television) called Jews in Iran part of the diaspora beyond Israel. My parents come from different parts of the world,I feel American. What does your DNA have anything to do with belonging to a people/nation?
How about you research the Jewish kingdom of Himyar in the southern Arabian Peninsula, where modern-day Yemen stands, and the Jewish kingdom in Adiabene in Mesopotamia, modern-day Iraq, or the Judaized Berber tribes of North Africa, and the massive conservation to Judaism all throughout the Mediterranean basin during antiquity. Judaized Khazaria......... This is where 99% of your Jews originate. Contrary to Zionist conceptions, from 2nd century BC to the early 4th century CE Judaism was a proselytizing religion, which was dynamic, complex and expanding.....that no data today can refute. The Jews are indigenous to Judea in the same way white Americans are indigenous to Europe; in fact, more so, as the Americans chose to leave Europe, whereas the Jews were forced. If you’re going to say white Americans should “go back to Europe”, then you have to say more strongly that the Jews should “go back to Judea”. You can’t have it both ways. That doesn’t mean the Jews or anyone else have an exclusive right to the land. Immigration and displacement are natural events that can end in integration or civil war. Unless we want to tell everyone everywhere to get out, we have to learn to live peacefully together or not live together at all.
That's just pure nonsense! Judaism originated from Judea Not the Jews you see today! Jewishness became an ancestry thing in modern time when Jews became pretty much secular The actual people of Judea are the Palestinians who already lived there for thousands of years and became Jews than christian and than Muslims You can easily prove that by a DNA test But I agree it's illogical to say Israeli Jews should go back to Europe, they're not the generation who moved from Europe, so they have nowhere to go But it's impossible now to make peace without outside interference Palestinians understandably won't forget 42000+ deaths

The land was called Palastine by the Romans as an insult to the Jews when they were unhomed from their land. The people who call themselves palastinian took that name under Yasser Arafat. The palastinians in Gaza are descendents of itinerent Egyptian workers who were labourers under the British who ruled the area prior to the Balfour declaration 1917 and the Sanremo conference in 1920. Proof of this is easy. The most common surname in Gaza is Al Masri. This literally means the Egyptian. Just look up Al Masri Gaza. It was British ruled land that was offered to the Jews as a homeland and the resident arabs. At the time there were just over half a million people residing in the area, both Jews and Arabs. Now there are approximately 2.5 Million residents in Gaza and about the same in the West Bank. In Israel there are nine million people twenty percent are arabs. Jews and arabs share the same schools, universities, hospitals and employment. The narative that there is an arab palastinian people streatching back into history is a fabrication. As for the Torah, don't even bother. The fact is it was land run by the British which had no intrinsic value. Which wasn't worth them administering and they gave it away. The only reason there is such a fuss is that the Jews who looked for a home in this wasteland, reclaimed the desert and made a small but thriving country. The arabs are jealous. When they moved into Gaza and the Jews moved out, they had huge farms, factories and infrastructure. They could have had peace and success and worked with their Jewish neighbours. But they chose to invest their energy, building materials and time to trying to destroy Israel.
Ur surname narrative is easy to break; (Ashkenazi) Jews are European, proof of this is easy; Jews names like Goldenberg,Schekelburg,Einstein etc. Are all prevelant in European countries like Germany and Poland and are also origin of those regions. Thus,Jews aren’t indeginous.
@@silentgaming5481 Good try, sadly you didn't think it through. Surnames or family names are a relatively new concept. Now as Jews were the people minting coins and working with prescious metals they took the name Goldschmidt, or goldsmith as a family name. But some still carry the tribal name of Reubin, Benjamin, Asher etc. But why, if I understand your assertion correctly would a member of the Palestinian people, making the assumption that there is such a thing, call themselves Al-Masri (the Egyptian)?

They are asking the wrong questions as usual. The question should be are the white Jews and the Palestinians indigenous to any lands in Africa especially the land they call Palestine and the answer would be no they are not. The white Jews are converts to Judaism from Eurasia and Palestinians are descendants of a conquering Persian army that pushed out the the original inhabitants the black people whom you can still see their bloodline traits with in many Palestinians as they did mate with one another. That book called the bible who's stories of black aboriginal people's history was stolen rewritten reconfigured to fit a European narrative aka white people put themselves into the bible to become relevant hence the white people calling themselves Jews today are converts and not of the bloodline hence not of that land they are stealing from the Palestinians. The Christian bible the religion was a tool used by the roman emperor Constantine to consolidate his power. He was a convert to the religion not a true Christian in belief as he used the newly rewritten bible to conquer and colonize the hearts and minds of the new lands and its inhabitants just as the Eurasians and Europeans are using it today. They are controlling your heart and minds with a book. The stories in the book were not meant to be taken literally but as a teaching tool.
It seems that some Palestinians have a very short-term memory and a very limited knowledge of history. Jerusalem was conquered by King David around 1000 B.C and soon afterwards the Jewish Temple was built where the al-Aqsa Mosque stands today. The land was under Jewish rule for about 500 years until it was conquered by the Babylonians at 586 B.C. At 332 B.C. the land was conquered by Alexander the Great. At around 160 B.C. the Jews revolted under Judah the Maccabee and the land returned to Jewish rule until the Romans conquered it at 63 B.C. Under Roman rule, Jews were allowed to continue to live and worship at their Temple in Jerusalem. At 70 A.D. after a failed Jewish revolt the 2nd Temple was destroyed and many Jews were killed and sold to slavery but many survived and relocated to northern Israel around Tiberius. During all this time the land was always referred to as Israel or Judea. At 135 A.D. Bar Kohba led another failed revolt against the Roman empire. To punish the Jews for the revolt, the Roman Emperor Hadrian named the land "Palestine" in an attempt to erase Jewish identification with the land of Israel. Many of the Jews were killed and exiled but some always stayed behind in the land. For the next 1800 years the Holy Land was under Byzantine rule, Ottoman rule, and then British rule after WW1. In 1947 the United Nations voted on the division of the land between Arabs and Jews. The Jews accepted the offer while the Arabs refused. When the British mandate ended in 1948 Israel declared independence which resulted in 5 Arab countries attacking it but Israel prevailed and remains independent to this day. At no time in history did a race of people called “Palestinians” exist or rule the land. The term “Palestinians” was used to refer to anyone who lived in the land between 63 B.C. and 1948 whether they were Arab, Jews, Christian, or any other race or religion. This is part of history that can be easily verified by historical records and archaeology by any honest person. To deny this history is to deny reality. I find it amazing that practically every other country on earth came to terms with their borders and rulers. The United States for example, was conquered by European immigrants in the 1700’s but originally it was ruled by Native Americans and Mexicans. But today, you don’t see native Americans or Mexicans resort to terror attacks against Americans and claim their land was “occupied” by European immigrants. Rather, they accept the reality that in every war there are winners and losers and have decided to live in peace. The Palestinians can’t seem to accept the reality that Israel rules the land today and probably always will.
Aww! I'm not good at history but as you said United States conquered by Europe is a long time ago before there's the international law but Palestine story is after there's the international law. The lands that Israel occupied is belong to Palestine according to international law. Especially, you said about winners and losers in war it seems like you lived in the past or like animal's world that there's no humanity, the strong always own everything and the weak doesn't own anything. And thus, you answered urself; the Israelites are not indeginous at all.

What is indigenous? Many tribes, races, ethnicities, language groups and religions have lived in what has been variously called Palestine, Israel, Judea and Samaria, Caanan, etc throughout its long history. Before the Muslims, Christians, and Jews, there were many other groups older and arguably "more indigenous" than any of the present groups claim. The history has been turbulent, with times where diversity was sustainable, and times when groups tried to extinguish the other and achieve political or demographic dominance. One thing is certain: no group can claim a monopoly on the land as exclusively theirs... This has never been the case historically or archaeologically, and is not ethically justifiably either.

Interesting. Three of them literally admitted that Arabs are not indigenous to Palestine. The girl at 1:11 says that the Philistines were the indigenous people. The man at 7:54 used the Arab invasion of Spain as an analogy. Can Arabs say Spain is an Arab land? No. They just occupied it, along with Palestine and much of the Middle East and North Africa. 11:01 - This girl says that the Jews of today are not the ancient Jews, including the Jews of Yemen. She is saying the Jews of Yemen are just Arabs, and that Arabs are not indigenous. Yemen is in the Arabian Peninsula, where the Palestinian Arabs' ancestors come from. The Arabs conquered much of the Middle East and North Africa, and people of Arab Muslim background from those lands all went to Palestine to settle down and live, and now they are known as Palestinian Arabs.
Like the Israeli Jews, the Palestinian Arabs are a mix There is this big myth that when an army comes and takes over an area, their genes somehow become the only ones who get passed down. The Germanic tribes that took over what is now England left very little in the way of genes. Most English people are descendants of the Celts who were there before with a little Viking mixed in. Same with wherever the Arabs took over. The ancestors of the Moroccans are mostly from that area. Just because they speak Arabic today, it doesn’t mean their ancestors were from Arabia.
If y'all love this land so much, why don't y'all build it and make it prosperous and peaceful together!!! Instead of just fighting over who loves it more and ruining everything with war.
Actually for a one who lives in Israel and really love history I can tell you that israel suggested many times peace with the Palestinians, but none of them accepte, so why the world says that none of the sides want peace tho Israel really wants to get rid of that headache?
Because Israel severely restricts Palestinian economy with bizarre and suffocating measures. On the other hand, you’d wonder if Israel wouldn’t succeed economically and militarily with massive support from the US and other western countries.
It's interesting to note how the arguments and beliefs of many Religious Zionists and the arguments and beliefs of many Palestinians mirror each other. "Yes, they're from here, but most of them are not/a very small number are/No, they're from somewhere else and were never here" is just one example.
The difference in the argument that Jews make vs. the one the Arabs make is that the Jews believe their origin is in the Land of Israel, they were dispersed, and then they came back to their homeland. The Arabs, however, originate from outside the land and came to the land. The only thing that unites these Arabs is that they happened to come to the same place. The Jews, on the other hand, have much more in common with other Jews even though they lived in different parts of the world.
@trump HELL 666 I don't deny Abraham came from modern-day Iraq, but the Jewish people came into being in Canaan/Land of Israel. The point is that Jews consider that territory to be their homeland and they were the first known civilization to build a nation-state on that territory. An interesting question and one caused those answering to struggle with what is meant by "indigenous" which was wrongly translated as "from here" and the reply reflected the fact the the American German and Russian and other diaspora Jews who moved to Israel - and it was interesting that many appeared to recognise Mizrahi Jews as "from here" but not the wider Jewish diaspora but did not have that language terminology to express it clearly instead using terms like "some Jews" - or the ones we lived together with before in my parents Grandparents time. Of course it also an essential part of Jewish identity that they are not indigenous to the land previously called Canaan and the canaanites who were the indegenous population. Makes clear Abraham was not a Canaanite but that God gave his decendants the land But in his time he lived in what we now call Israel but alongside many other people's. At this time Israel was the designation of a "people but not yet of a land" and the land was still Canaan. I what call the Exodus Moshe led the people back back out of slavery in Egypt back to the edges of Cannan - and according to the Torah Joshua led the conquest of the land. But the both the Biblical story and archaeology show clearly they continued to live alongside many other peoples, cultures and religion - and their influence is clear - in the written form of the Hebrew language and cognates in ancient languages and in cultural practices of what were then called the Hebrew people. And of course at this time Israel didn't not exist as what we would call a nation - but a a fairly loose confederation of tribes united by a common identity an sense of shared history but each with its own terrritory and chiefs! And they continued to lived and sometimes fight for territory and rail against other Cannanite peoples and particularly the Philistines who its seems arrived in the land about the same time time as the Israelites but invading from the other direction - from highly cultured societies - and it strange that we continue to use the racially loaded and abusive term "cultural Philistine" to refer to ignorant or boorish people. Though the Philistines gave Palestine its name is is challenging to work out their exact relationship to the palestinians who live in their old territories in Gaza and present day Israel - they seem to have come from Europe and their language was Aegean rather than Semitic. Israel as we know started to take shape in the monarchic period under Saul, David, and Solomon if we are to believe the biblical accounts but only existed as a united independent nation ruled from Jerusalem for under 100 years. After that it split in to the 2 nation of Judah in the South (from whom the Jews take their name and trace there ancestry ) and what was called Israel or Ephraim in the North . Those nation were bit conquered and dragged of to Exile as captives - from this time the two southern tribes from the old southern Kingdom are referred to as Jews - and develop a string sense racial purity. and separation - they are eventually sent back to Jerusalem their old lands out of see them selves as distinct from Samaritans who they increasingly regard and other Northern Israelites in Galillee who they regard as inferior and racially diluted - they rebuild Jerusalem and the temple but are never again an independent Kingdom but client provinces of other empires , Persian Greek and Roman, and later Arab. Many Jews disperse and their are striong jewish comunities scattered through the Western world - even before the Romans crush a Jewish rebellian, destroy the rebuilt temple and many more Jews flee Interestingly the Greeks and and later the Romans Romans often refererd to the coastal regions of Israel - Gaza Tel aviv as Philistia - and the area around Jerusalem as Judea . So Probanly neither Jews not Palestianians are strictly indigeounous - and of course no are most Americans or Englishmen indigenous to their nations either. We took them over!

2- Muslims must go to military service, fight in wars, and provide protection, while Dhimmis (None-Muslim believer in god, as Zoroastrians, Hindus, Christians, and Jews) who pay Jizyah, are exempted.
The Muslim government must provide them protection.
Dhimmis who were volunteered to go to military service
3- Women, children, elders, handicapped, the ill, the insane, monks, hermits, slaves, and Musta'mins (non-Muslim foreigners who only temporarily reside in Muslim lands) are exempted from paying Jizyah.
4- Jizya is calculated with regard to an individual's financial situation, so that the poor pay less or nothing (as mentioned above in nr:3)
5- According to Islamic law, elders, handicapped etc, must be given pensions, and they must not go into begging.
Now, if you think this 1400 years old Islamic Law is unfair, and violates "Peace" and makes one as a "Second class",
you better look at the colonialists, claiming being democracy, including Israel, Britain, USA, Canada, and Australia, and what they have done against the natives of those occupied lands, in 20 and 21st century.
Their inhumanity may make to reconsider your thoughts.
Do you know that:
In Israeli apartheid, they try to make the life of Palestinians as difficult as possible:
- Deprivation of Palestinians from water:
Palestinians were forbidden to access, or own the water sources, or dig a well to access water, as early as just the beginning of the Zionist occupation in 1948.
- Different roads for Palestinians and Israelis:
Roads in Palestinians residents are kept not only of very poor, but also the Zionists destroy the roads intentionally to make Palestinians' lives more and more difficult, while Israeli enjoy the highways, just some hundred meters or kilometers away.
- Genocide and ethnic cleansing over more than 7 decades.
- Right of return for any Jew from any country in the world for just being a Jew, who has never even been to Israel;
while Palestinian refugees of war, who have lived for generations in Palestine, have no right to go back to their homes.
Do you know that:
- Genocide, ethnic cleansing, occupation, deprivation of Natives from their basic human rights in Israel, Britain, USA, Canada, and Australia.
- 150 million American Indians were killed in genocide, and they were pushed to reservation camps.
- "as recently as 1980s":
Kidnapping and separating the Native children from their families, keeping them in Christian church schools, to disconnect them from their Native language, religion, and culture. And harass, abuse, torture, murder, and bury them in mass graves, .
- "as recently as On September 18, 1973":
Shooting Aborigines in Australia was an occurrence that was ignored and discounted, until it was illegalized.
- "as recently as 1964":
The separation of White- and Non-People in from smallest to biggest issues, in using buses, stations, drinking water taps (isn't it ridiculously and obviously inhumane?).
- Still today:
There are racist laws against black Americans and Native Americans, in the USA.

21 And hast brought forth thy people Israel out of the land of Egypt with signs, and with wonders, and with a strong hand, and with a stretched out arm, and with great terror;
22 And hast given them this land, which thou didst swear to their fathers to give them, a land flowing with milk and honey;
23 And they came in, and possessed it; but they obeyed not thy voice, neither walked in thy law; they have done nothing of all that thou commandedst them to do: therefore thou hast caused all this evil to come upon them:
24 Behold the mounts, they are come unto the city to take it; and the city is given into the hand of the Chaldeans, that fight against it, because of the sword, and of the famine, and of the pestilence: and what thou hast spoken is come to pass; and, behold, thou seest it.
25 And thou hast said unto me, O Lord God, Buy thee the field for money, and take witnesses; for the city is given into the hand of the Chaldeans.
26 Then came the word of the Lord unto Jeremiah, saying,
27 Behold, I am the Lord, the God of all flesh: is there any thing too hard for me?
28 Therefore thus saith the Lord; Behold, I will give this city into the hand of the Chaldeans, and into the hand of Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon, and he shall take it:
29 And the Chaldeans, that fight against this city, shall come and set fire on this city, and burn it with the houses, upon whose roofs they have offered incense unto Baal, and poured out drink offerings unto other gods, to provoke me to anger.
30 For the children of Israel and the children of Judah have only done evil before me from their youth: for the children of Israel have only provoked me to anger with the work of their hands, saith the Lord.
31 For this city hath been to me as a provocation of mine anger and of my fury from the day that they built it even unto this day; that I should remove it from before my face,
32 Because of all the evil of the children of Israel and of the children of Judah, which they have done to provoke me to anger, they, their kings, their princes, their priests, and their prophets, and the men of Judah, and the inhabitants of Jerusalem.
33 And they have turned unto me the back, and not the face: though I taught them, rising up early and teaching them, yet they have not hearkened to receive instruction.
34 But they set their abominations in the house, which is called by my name, to defile it.
35 And they built the high places of Baal, which are in the valley of the son of Hinnom, to cause their sons and their daughters to pass through the fire unto Molech; which I commanded them not, neither came it into my mind, that they should do this abomination, to cause Judah to sin.

So the people of Philistine today is from those old tribes such as the Philistines and Canaanites. @קומפרסור יהודים The ban was on living in Jerusalem not living in the Land of Israel.
DNA is a very strange argument for who belongs to the land, because people have mixed and travelled over time.
But if you are using the argument, i think palestinians have the best case.

As I was saying they chose to use the word Palestina as a mockery because it refers to the ancient enemies ofbthe jews: the people coming from the Aegean sea, the Philistines (which is, funny enough, the same pronunciation Arabs use to refer themselves as "natives").
And for more than 600 years jews were referred to as Palestinians, the inhabitants of the now occupied territories of Syria Palestina.
Around the year 622 there were the first Muslim conquests where Arabs *invaded* the levant area, making it later a part of their own Empire.
But once the ottoman empire was defeated and the jews that were sold as slaves by the romans all around the world wanted to come back to their country, the Arabs started to call themselves "natives" and "Palestinians" and the jews by the country their ancestors where sold as slaves to.

- The Palestinians must complete the dismantling of Hamas and other militant groups and their infrastructure, and collect and destroy all illegal weapons
- The character of the provisional Palestinian state will be determined through negotiations. they call this the '2 state solution'... yea right... "you disarm and completely submit all autonomy and THEN we will talk".
@@prettyokandy230 From a pragmatic view, it is understandable why Israel is uneasy to allow Palestine to build a modern military. I think the deep animosity between the extremists (e.g. Likud and Hamas) on both sides, mean that if Palestine had their own state, it would inevitably result in a war.
The other alternative is a one state solution. However, for this to work, Israel has to abolish discriminatory laws that favour Jews. The "problem" with the one state solution is that Jews will lose their majority, thus it will never be achieved while a nationalistic government (Netanyahu) is in power in Israel.
Regardless of what happens, I think it would be a sign of good will if Israel helps rebuild infrastructure in Gaza and West Bank, so that the Palestinian civilians have electricity, clean water, medicine, etc. At the very least, I think Israel should rebuild whatever was damaged during their airstrikes. The Palestinian Arabs were invented by Egyptian President Nasser. There was no such nation as "Palestinians" before him.

Judaism originated from Judea
Not the Jews you see today!
Jewishness became an ancestry thing in modern time when Jews became pretty much secular
The actual people of Judea are the Palestinians who already lived there for thousands of years and became Jews than christian and than Muslims
You can easily prove that by a DNA test

And about the war you knew or pretend to not know about the "Nakba' what Israel did to Palestine, and pretend to not know that USA, UK, fund Israel to against Palestine since the state created. Especially, you said about winners and losers in war it seems like you lived in the past or like animal's world that there's no humanity, the strong always own everything and the weak doesn't own anything.
Yes, other groups of people lived in that land throughout history. The peoples the preceded the Jews either lived in a tribal-like atmosphere (like the early Jews) or in a city-state arrangement.

The ancient text
Many Jews disperse and their are striong jewish comunities scattered through the Western world - even before the Romans crush a Jewish rebellian, destroy the rebuilt temple and many more Jews flee
Interestingly the Greeks and and later the Romans Romans often refererd to the coastal regions of Israel - Gaza Tel aviv as Philistia - and the area around Jerusalem as Judea .
So Probanly neither Jews not Palestianians are strictly indigeounous - and of course no are most Americans or Englishmen indigenous to their nations either. We took them over!

@@IamDeathwatch All the Israeli, jew around the world can pilgrim to the wailing wall then christian all around the world can take holiday and vacation to the nazareth, all muslim around the world can visit and prostate to the al aqsha ... etc but they ( Muslim, christian, jew ) are forbid to colonialized and steal the land from the indegenous people which christian, muslim, samaritan, origin jew , druze that inherited for generations. We knew those exist for generations and were never leave the land.
Great question, I appreciate the few who actually spoke from knowledge and not feelings, such as the one who said the original Palestinians (not those who migrated from Egypt) were originally known as the Philistines, this makes more sense and is closer to actual history.
What Philistine customs, traditions do they keep ?
@@ef2718 none , philistines were more Greek than anything
this isnt true. The philistines were sea fairing greek peoples, probably from crete or something. That is why Philistin means invader in canaanite languages such as hebrew.
The Philistines were Greek sea-faring people. Not Arabs. There is a plethora of archaeological evidence regarding this.
This is a tricky question, and here are some points to consider:
1- Nobody has ever in history claimed a land referring to their ancestors living there thousands of years ago, while themselves having no connection to that land for thousands of years.
2:12/14:37 I'm not of any Abrahamic religion, but according to the bible, there were people(Canaanites) already in the land when Joshua and the Israelites took it. It's a familiar scenario. The same lust for that strip of land causing a group of people original from outside the land to come in and commit all types of atrocities to obtain it.
Hosea 1:10 fulfilled! But the one truly behind it is in Europe! Simply Useful Idiots.
Geography is king. That piece of real state has been of strategic value because it bridges 3 continents. The strait was always envisioned for trade as a way to avoid traveling around the precarious cape of hope in Africa. The Egyptians wanted a bridge to travel. Holy is the value that of course creates myths around it.
