This is the fifth or sixth video 'Yoga for beginners' I try and I actually could follow you but only in 7 minutes. i have a very hard body and need to practice more. I hope tomorrow i can do at least 10 minutes, thank you.

No problem! :) Most of my TH-cam classes have a warm up and cool down included (unless specified otherwise), but for the 10 for 10 Challenge, since the classes are very short, it couldn't hurt to add a quick warm up if you'd like to. You can always email me if you have any other questions as well at hello@chriskayoga.com (I check there more often than the TH-cam comments).
