Here we will bring the energy down, slow the breath and stretch out the muscles in the legs, hips, spine, shoulders and even wrists. We learn how to tap into our Rest + Digest side of our nervous system to begin the rest and recovery process - So, so important for athletes!     Thank you for another one, i'm basketball player and was looking to do yoga couple weeks ago and found your channel. Your videos really helps me a lot. You've an number sugestion to do daily? i always try mix it like monday flow 1 and 2, tuesday flow 3 and 4...

      @@bedo4688 Hey Bedo, I think one a day would be good, but if you want to do 2, I'd pick a mobility style one, then a more stretchy one for evening. Hope that helps!

    Very nice video, I did it after my training session today.Would it be possible to do a shoulder stretch video, my shoulders and neck has been really tight. Thank you for all of your videos and you are making a difference in the athletes life.

    Hey, really enjoyed this I feel very relaxed after a hectic game! one note. My ankles and knees constantly cracked throughout any movement they were involved in, and when doing the leg stretch with the strap I could only get it to like 40 degrees I feel like I should be worried about both of these. Should I?

      Hey! So glad you enjoyed! I would say, if you're worried and your gut feeling is telling you... Go see a professional, they'll be able to advise you or put your mind at ease 😊 And don't worry about not going far with the strap, as long as you're feeling a stretch, you're in the right place.... Always best to go easy and be patient x

    love your videos BUT you should NEVER stretch straight after any type of intense physical activity like basketball whether its practice or game
