Tata Nexon has the best response diesel engine, I am currently driving a Ford Figo that shares the engine with Ecosport and it is a good engine but the Tata Nexon is the finest engine that I have seen till date.

Build quality of Tata nexon is very good and it's already proved in crash test so it's better SUV then any other model , I vote for Tata nexon

You havn't mentioned the cabin space, boot space, rear space and rear legroom.
Going by your own review you say, Nexon has better drivability, better acceleration, higher top speed, better ride, looks more modern, has a 6 speed gearbox, is cheaper, has better NVH and better quality interiors yet you some how make it sound like it is a tie. Going by the points you raised in your review Nexon is a clear winner but for some reason you tried to make it sound like it was more of an even contest.
There are other factors which also matter.
These people are worst what you will expect from these people
What about reliability, service, after sales?
which factors are those? Please explain these factors. I'm sick of seeing all auto mags journalists suggesting Brezzas over Nexons and Innovas over Hexa, even when Hexa is far better than Innova. You guys are promoting monopoly. Thanks to you guys, Innova which started selling at 7.5 lakhs in 2007 sells at Rs.30 lakhs today, an absolute crap of a car which looks like a delivery van .
Vitara brezza is an underpowered and unsafe tin can.

Anuj Jain Bro, the turbo lag below 2100 rpm makes city driving very tiring. Yes it maybe more spacious, but the interior quality of the Nexon is miles ahead. To add to that these Suzuki a$$holes always give India substandard versions of their European models (s cross) with the same old Fiat produced 1.3 multi jet diesel engine and less sturdy body structure to save weight. Suzuki is considered to be a crappy brand in Europe and North American car markets, only in our country do they mange to sell decent number of their shitty vehicles due to "kitna deti hain" mentality!

Nalind13 nexon is 1305 kg and brezza is 1175 kg, so in power to weight ratio brezza is ahead of nexon. Brezza reaches 0-100 in 11 sec and nexon reaches 0-100 in 13 sec. So, if you are a anthusiast none of the above is for you go for wrv
But people will go for maruthi due to extended service and after sale market.

1) Build, performance and ride comfort on Brezza is *not* equal to Nexon.
2) Nexon has *more powerful* Diesel Engine than EcoSport.

how you can compare a car which weights more than other how you can say iski milege same h ya Kam h when the car is heavy it will be a little less faster than the other lighter car Tata is doing something big to change what it was from indica to nexon your life is safe in Tata more protection anytime pick any car and compare the weight of the car life is important or a little more milege a little accident gives you a lot of damage in maruti but not in the case of Tata they are build strong
aditya kaushik weight of the car doesn't translate to safety, with that logic are the older cars safer in todays driving speeds? Basically the weight reduction is contributed by every concept u choose, it's not always the body panel that contributes to weight. Superior materials reduces weight as well.... There is no point in adding unnecessary weight which would be carried by that vechicle for several years reducing milage and reliability of unsprung components

aditya kaushik I don't know the exact material properties, wht I am trying to say is there r many options available, also I mentioned on the design concepts and platforms. Anyway regarding the engine, yes it's a long overdue for Suzuki to come up with in-house diesel, they r developing one as we speak... Maybe the feature levels expected from that engine is much higher and that's the reason it's taking time. But to retain a decade old engine and sustain so long with small incremental changes is something they should get credit for. And regarding Tatas ability to develop in-house diesels, the Nexon engine may be an exception and that would be turning point in their abilities. But if u look into the tail pipe of the vehicles that r on road presently... U can understand who used to make bad engines ;)

one thing I hate about Tata is the service showroom service
I sujjest this car for two reasons , 1. It's an Indian Product (Please Stop Using China products) . 2.Tata Nexon has been awarded as Safest Car of INDIA in Global Market (You can Google it 😎) .
I purchased nexon, as my driving is generally rash it matches to my aggression, it can also catch the pick up in 4 gare in sports drive mode. I feel comfortable and I feel like I am ruling the road when I drive.

No matter how much I try, Nexon looks a lot like Vista ... After I searched, I got to know that it's based on the same platform as Vista, Manza and Zest! I think we can expect better designs in future after this platform. Tiago looks fresh though as it's based on a new platform.

Hey guys, just a suggestion, please include crash ratings of each car when comparing them. I have heard maruti is playing with lives by skipping safety features and for keeping weight light they are making cars like tin can.
