It pains a lot to hear all those facts and yet we have much resources than they. Sure tears is flowing to me as to why can't we secure our boarders and be able to rise?
Its pains a lot. Our children's children for sure, what will they find four or five decades from now?
We can, those with ideas needs to be supported to the core, but those in leadership are busy doing something different though not all but many of them.

Which leaders? If they are indeed leaders, and have the inrerests of their people at heart.. there would be no need to convince them of anything. Rather, go to the heads of all these enterprises in your countries, and let THEM know that such and such practices of maximizing profits are being implemented in their name. Let them know that the people, who actually wield the power to bring this information t the world conscience via social media, can have them shut down in no time.. YOU are the leaders!! .

As Africans we need to start understanding that we have an obligation, an obligation to protect our own, we have been on lala land for a very long time. It's high time we WAKE up and fight for what is right for us, we need to stop believing that some European God will come and save us. If we don't do it for ourselves then no one else will. Africa has to stop focusing on minor internal issues and start looking at the cardinal things that we must do. First step to that is to unite. We are stronger together, and the enemy knows it. Surprisingly, we know it but we seem to be ignorant.

Even if any leader tries to do what Prof Lumumba says,,,he/she get pursued to be destroyed at all cost. He loved the late Magufuli look at what happened to him he passed in a very anonymous situation which brings many questions if he really died of natural death. There are good leaders but the corrupt people cooperate with outsiders to cause a fall of those Great leaders

I'm Polish and almost never hear about Africa or African matters in Polish media (apart from wars and migration crisis). I understand that mainstream media have their own agenda, but even in social media it is hard to find any lectures or interviews. I would be interested to learn more about situation of certain countries and not just continent as a whole. Also, I'd hope there are Polish investments being made in Africa since it's usually what brings two societies closer. As far as I know, Poland never participated in slavery nor colonization so the dialog could be much more leveled.

It’s hard to find African history or even news the views are usually low the media doesn’t want to push out certain things. Search the Berlin conference. Where the colonizers decided how they were going to divide up Africa. Search king Leopold II. Research the 14 African countries that pay 500 billion in colonial tax every year to France. Research how mining destroys the soil and streams in Africa.

@@xPrettiiPriincessx well yes, i know all that, i had history lessons at school. I am more interested in current affairs, i.e. African Union, or introduction of shared currency by several African countries. It is possible to find these news but it's annoying that I have to actively research it, instead of just being informed by the media. Like i know everything about recent USA's election but i know nothing about election in, say, Kenia.

But when it comes to politics or social matters affecting India, there are no news at all.

The light of the future will shine strongest in Africa. Nobody is placed in position by accident. All of us learn from the ways of other parts of the world - and we can take what works, and be very, very sure to leave the rest! Africa has kept something hidden from the destructive grope of westernisation, globalisation, modernisation and industrialisation. And that is the connection to the land and the ways of the ancestors. All other places in power right now have lost it. And every place that loses it inevitably becomes very ill, and becomes “a prisoner in his own home”. It’s never been more obvious than today... Move forward with pride, and confidence and with unity, and take with you who you are. Be always true to who you are!! We must honour each other! We all come from the same ancestor. Rumour has it all the world is African actually. Originally. Africa has kept her soul in tact longer than any other large landmass. Remember the ancestors! Remember the stories your grandmother told you! Honour the feminine, for every woman is the mother. Remember the voice of indlovu! And honour with that every animal and plant that the mother of us all gives life to. Without her, we all die. Without you, this world is going to get dim. Rise now into the glory that each and every African born human intrinsically knows. We from the west do not know what that feels like, trust me! But whoever lives among Africans as African recognises what I speak of. Peace be upon us! 🙏🏼

Thank you PLO for saying we need hygiene in our leadership and desist from thinking is monopoly in wisdom.
You are right on many points you have raised here.
Dependence on Sid has put Africa in deep debt which repayment is unsustainable.
Like Magufuli raised the issue by requesting for debt. cancellation
I love to hear talk more about dreams and waking up to action
Keep it up you inspire me

    Wow this man🙌🏾🇿🇦🖤
I agree with all of it and I believe Africa is finally waking up. I just wish we could speed up the process but obviously nothing stable can be rushed into being.
I pray we find our way and that we start seeing exactly what all these nations see and seek from our continent. Because if we remain ignorant of who we are and what we bring to the table we will continue being part of the menu while they devour us and our resources for cheap change.

We must recognize good deeds. He is from Kenya, and the railways between Nairobi and Mombasa have been built through cooperation with China. The expressways in Nairobi, it is the Chinese who built it, too.
He is the one who talks about pan Africa. The railways linking Ethiopia and Djibouti, it is China, which built it, and a list of infrastructures built by China goes on. If we can't recognize what others are doing as added value of their presence in Africa, and we only believe they are in Africa to colonize us, to exploit us, aren't we wrong?

Cheers to that water PLO . The view must be adjusted, is education a spectacle? Irregardless I dearly and ideally doubt the tittle
