What he says is absolutely sobering because it is true. Leadership is lacking in every aspect of Kenyan society. Including the home environment. Where values (or lack thereof) are modelled to our children. It is shameful to witness how we behave as Kenyans in private and in public. It is telling that we treat each other with such indifference and indignity. We have been so dehumanised as Africans that we are indifferent and numb to the suffering of Africans - because our suffering has been normalised.
