In Pro7, media in the media layer aren't organized by behavior, tags, or folders. They're organized by Playlists. Have you ever wondered why Renewed Vision calls them Playlists? That's the same name as what holds all the presentations that are central to how ProPresenter works.
In today's video, I'll answer that question and tell you why it can be a powerful tool to help you do some interesting things quickly.

Hi Paul, I glad to see this explained, of course it has room for improvement but it is a nice feature. I'm transition from PP6 and I'm trying to set up PP7 in a way that It can be easy for others to setup content for Sunday Service after the initial monthly set up and I have multiple play lists in a folder in the Media Bin and I have a before and after loop slides set up using just those playlist using Macros with Media Action. So I just need to populate those playlist once a month.

so the media playlist in the macros is the media in the left bottom not the left top under library?
having a real hard time finding why I can't use a Macro to trigger a playlist

Must admit I am struggling to see a use for this, why not just have a presentation with sequencing slides?

If you are dong this behind a song, and you have the backgrounds attached to slides you would always go tot the same background when you get to the chorus, and another background every time you repeat the bridge. This would take some set-up to work out, and any time you wanted to change it.
That might work for what you want, but if it's to show pictures from say VBS or a mission trip, you want it to cycle through the slides at an even pace. And you could layer song lyrics over easily.
      Interesting.

FPCW said it. If you’re using arrangements, the chorus, for example, would always have the same images. With this, they’re different. Im not saying it’s ALWAYS the right tool, but that it’s another one to use when appropriate.
