    Great instructions, thank you it helps me feel more prepared to take my 1st pound class. You did an amazing job explaining the moves and saying it’s OK to just do one or the other. Thank you

    I am So Excited to have found your video. I was doing Pound in 2017. In 3 months I literally lost 53 pounds. I did a 45 - 60 minutes class 5 X a week and Absolutely loved it‼️‼️. I young lady that was teaching the class got I’ll, so the class was cancelled and was unable to find another instructor that I enjoyed the class with so here it is 5 1/2 years later and I’ve put the weight back on and no Better way to get it off, than with something I Love to do.
    I’d love if you messaged me back because I have a few questions for you if you don’t mind. I’m 49 and trying to get back into this Full time. Thank You again, great job 👍🏻⭐️
