    Great crew! I’ve been so fortunate to be able to join the Pound classes at my local Y; great workout with people of all shapes and sizes, and simple to modify for those beginning to “get off the couch” and steadily improve their cardio, strength and overall well-being 💕💫😁

    Went on your website...I wish I could buy just the sticks and a DVD not the food plan or journal etc. My local gym had a class but it's ending in April and I'm soooo sad. I absolutely love Pound!

    WOW! That was SO COOL! I LOVE IT!! You should sell DVDs AND get this in the gyms as well as infomercials! After that, get it out in the stores in the aisle: As Seen On TV! Has anyone ever told you that? Go for the GOLD, this is One-Of-A-Kind!!
