Roasted Corn in the Speedi or Air Fryer

Thanks for visiting Larry Under Pressure. This is a quick, easy and delicious recipe for grilled corn. My demonstration was in a Ninja Speedi, but it can also be fixed in an air fryer, although the results wont be quite the same.
I hope you enjoy this dish as much as I do!!
Ingredients:
2 - 5 Ears of corn, frozen or fresh (preferred), broken in half
Cooking oil of your choice
Salt / Pepper (to taste)
2 tablespoons melted butter
2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
1 cup water
Directions:
Prep the ears of corn, removing all husks and silks. Break each ear in half for more even cooking. Place the corn into the Speedi (www.amazon.com/dp/B0C8KRCYXS/r...) with 1 cup of water and the grill plate on low. Spray the corn with oil and use a course ground salt and pepper (www.amazon.com/dp/B0BQCZ2FHB/r...) to season (see link below to purchase).
Close the lid and set it to "Steam & Crisp" for 15 minutes and press start. After 8 minutes, open and turn for even browning. Check the corn when 3 minutes are left and make sure it is not over cooking. If you are using an air fryer, set to 360 for 15 minutes.
Once done, remove to a plate and brush with butter and parsley flakes. Salt and pepper one last time.

I tried this today. Only have the Ninja air fryer and my corn was not as browned but it was so so good. I will make the rest of the corn tomorrow for dinner. Thank you . Happy New Year !!!
