Ninja Speedi Crispy Fried Chicken

Easy, quick and delicious!! Boneless, skinless chicken thighs cooked in the Ninja Speedi (Amazon purchase link: www.amazon.com/dp/B0C8KRCYXS/r...) using the Steam and Bake function. Less than 20 minutes to cook. How can you beat that???
RECIPE:
INGREDIENTS:
Chicken thighs, breasts, drumsticks, etc. Rinsed and cleaned.
2 Cups all purpose flour
2 Tablespoons garlic salt
1 Teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 Teaspoon chili powder
1 Teaspoon cumin
DIRECTIONS:
Add all dry ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Stir well to distribute all spices and flour. Dredge the chicken in the flour mixture until well coated on all sided.
Lower the crisping rack in the Speedi to the low position and add 1 cup of tap water to the pot. Place the chicken evenly spaced on the rack and close the top. Set the Speedi on the Rapid Cook setting and select Steam and Bake at 375 (f) for 20 minutes.
When the display timer reaches 15 minutes, check the chicken and turn over. At 10 minutes, begin checking internal temperature of the chicken. Once the temp reaches 165 (f), remove the chicken to a plate and allow to rest for 8 - 10 minutes before serving.
This is great on a bun as a chicken sandwich, or with sides such as pasta and vegetables as a main course. It's hard to go wrong with this tasty fried chicken.
