this is what i just wrote above - this is a terrible idea. Your customers might not be the people you know, they could be all around the world. Relying on people around you to ask them if they will buy before plunging into the world of business is a bad model to follow. If everyone had to do this then we wouldn't have a lot of successful entrepreneurs. Do customer, market, product, and competitor research and analysis then once that gives you a thumbs up, proceed in small doses then use your own already customers to ask them directly how to improve (many successful business people did this and are still doing so, including steve jobs,etc.). Why do you think people run surveys, tests, etc? The people you know might not always be useful. Imagine a software developer trying to build an app to automate daily processes on excel then ask his mechanic neighbour if he would be interested to integrate that into his business, the answer might be no due to cost and simply whatever process right now is working - people aren't always interested to change. With your approach, this would be the end. A business minded person, will know this is not how you get real insights. Sometimes it is, but most of the time - no. Even the silliest idea that no body around you find useful might be lucrative

As recession fears mount on Wall Street and inflation remains well above the Fed's 2% target, some of the top commentators in markets, business, and economists have been sounding off on just how bad they think the next downturn might be - and how far stocks may have to fall. I need ideas and advice on what investments to make to set myself up for retirement, my goal is to have a portfolio of at least $850k at the age of 60.
Building wealth involves developing good habits like regularly putting money away in intervals for solid investments. Instead of trying to predict and prognosticate the stability of the market and precisely when the change is going to happen, a better strategy is simply having a portfolio that’s well prepared for any eventually, that’s how some folks' been averaging 150K every 7week these past
The professionals presently control the market since they not only have the essential business strategy but also have access to inside information that the general public is not aware of.

I heard a word that describes me a lot: plancrastination. And it's worse with me because I have a degree in project management, which means I both know better and know better how to delay getting started.
Transfer of wealth usually occur during market crash, so the more stocks drop, the more I buy, in the meanwhile I'm just focused on making better investments and earning more as recession fear increases, apparently there are strategies to 3x gains in this present market cos I read of someone that pulled a profit of $350k within 6months, and it would really help if you could make a video covering these strategies.
There are many other interesting stocks in many industries that you might follow. You don't have to act on every forecast, so I'll suggest that you work with a financial advisor who can help you choose the best times to purchase and sell the shares or ETFs you want to acquire.

Hey Ali, loved the video, but I have a question, your audio is amazing bro, is the room treated? Would you mind telling me whats the size of the room, how much space there is between you and the wall in front of you and if you have sound panels on that wall? Thats a sure mike? All the best
I just want to preface this with, I'm not a serial entrepreneur nor author of some book. But something with the phrasing around this video made me fall into disagreement. While a customer first product mindset is absolutely valid and maybe should be applied more often - I think its misleading or even wrong to recommend that you should sell something before you build it. In reality your customers are then not paying for a product, but for your idea - its why we have so many kickstarter scandals with products that never gets to reality. Its of course important to validate your approach and product, and its great if you can get people to commit and show their genuine interest, but not at the cost of paying customers that don't yet have your product in hand.
Also not a serial entrepreneur, but I've backed a few Kickstarters that turned into vaporwear, I get where you're coming from. The examples given -- dog sitting, meal prep don't require significant intellectual property or development time up front. These are "fast things you can create or offer to fix what bugs you and see if it bugs other people, too." If it does take a lot of time to build something, it's even more important to get feedback and understand what people are willing to spend money on. I think part of asking people in our network to be our first sales is because 1) if they're not interested, we know them well enough to ask them about what they really want (aka the dog walker vs dog sitter idea), and 2) they know us and likely trust us not to take their money and run, plus 3) we now have societal pressure to perform because it's awkward being at a dinner party with a neighbor who bought your $20 app and you never delivered.
🤔I'm thinking of a business idea of how to easily cover a pimple on a male's nose. It would be just a pencil looking product. Just one stroke of a pen and you're on your way out. There's make-up but I would call my product Mark-up. Thanks the inspiration Ali. 😂
I am 17 and wanted to have a potential idea for starting a business in the future. Thanks for the warning 🙏😂 . Now I can ask people about their problems and make a business out of it.
Great Video Ali! - Can the comments section validate this business Idea? - Who would pay for a Habit Tracking App that Gamifies your life like an RPG & gives you xp in certain skills - Think RuneScape but you set your own skills

Always start a Buisness. I personally have no skill at all, I am a art major in college. I started selling on Amazon about 2 years ago, and now im making 15-20k net profit per month. I cant even keep up with all my notifications and emails coming through that items have been sold. I can finally make money while im sleeping. Freedom is priceless. If I can do it, SO CAN YOU!
Amazon kdp?
This is inspiring, thanks. Great clear audio too 🎉
So we went from productivity guru to business mindset bro. The transformation is complete.
Thanks for making the whole book snappy. 😊
Adoro que hayas comenzado a traducir los vídeos al español o TH-cam, porque sentía que me pedía cosas. Mil gracias por tus vídeos Ali, me encantan 😍
This is a fantastic breakdown of Million Dollar Weekend and the actionable steps it provides for aspiring entrepreneurs.
BTW, for anyone unsure where to begin with their business ideas, starting with problems you're passionate about solving is a great way forward. This video is packed with strategies to help you take that first leap. Thanks for sharing such insightful content!
A lot of folks downplay the role of advisors until being burnt by their own emotions. I remember couple summers back, after my lengthy divorce, I needed a good boost to help my business stay afloat, hence I researched for licensed advisors and came across someone of utmost qualifications. She's helped grow my reserve notwithstanding inflation, from $275k to $850k.
This is definitely considerable! think you could suggest any CFP I can get on the phone with? I'm in dire need of proper portfolio allocation.
I'm been guided by *Elizabeth Colleen Nurre*
Listening In Hindi Is great .. Love to hear this ❤❤
Love this video brother, thanks for the information!
I heard a word that describes me a lot: plancrastination. And it's worse with me because I have a degree in project management, which means I both know better and know better how to delay getting started.
started my channel watching your videos 🙏🏻 love your videos always ❤
Thanks for sharing, adding this to my TBR
Transfer of wealth usually occur during market crash, so the more stocks drop, the more I buy, in the meanwhile I'm just focused on making better investments and earning more as recession fear increases, apparently there are strategies to 3x gains in this present market cos I read of someone that pulled a profit of $350k within 6months, and it would really help if you could make a video covering these strategies.
There are many other interesting stocks in many industries that you might follow. You don't have to act on every forecast, so I'll suggest that you work with a financial advisor who can help you choose the best times to purchase and sell the shares or ETFs you want to acquire.
fascinating! I am new to this whole thing. I've heard that now is a wonderful time to buy, and basically, I have some cash hanging around in the bank that I would really like to spend, especially since inflation is at an all-time high. Who is this coach that helps you, and may I check them up?
Thank you for this tip. it was easy to find your coach. Did my due diligence on her before scheduling a phone call with her. She seems proficient considering her résumé.
Perfect time ,i ve started 2024 jan, mobile maintenance business in Ethiopia.
Ali's energy is so inspiring, love how passionate he is about entrepreneurship.
Thanks for a great content, Ali! Would love to get a copy of this book now!
Hi Ali, It is amazing that I heard about this book and read it almost one year ago and I started my youtube channel few months ago. i am feeling good about what I am doing now. good luck
This is the best video I have seen in the last month
This was the actual practical video that I was looking for, not some another same copied ideas!
You cannot start a business by having the right idea first! You start a business and then you find a process to come with the right idea!
*First 54 seconds on notification. Hi Ali, so happy to watch this new video. Thank you for inspiration. Keep up! 💻🍵*
Well explained. Thank you for bringing up this video. Financial education is indeed required for more than 70% of the society in the country as very few are literate on the subject ..... Thanks to Gianna Everett the lady you recommended.....
No doubt!! I never knew she had gone viral. I decided to back up my assets and property with her when we met at a conference in New Jersey for the first time.
Her method Surprises me. When I saw testimonies all over the place I thought it was made up of stories till I gave it a try and honestly I made a vast profit.
Wow, you know Gianna too? I thought I'm the only one she has helped work through the fears and falls of the forest. Her trading last week was amazing and the strategies she applied were mind blowing...
Investing appropriately today can save you a whole lot of stress in the near future, so anyone who is not investing now is missing a great Opportunity.
As of last week I counted on $5,000 but don't just know how to diversify it.
This is really helpful, going to try this out forsure!
I love this summary of book, i find reading book boring but listening to people is interesting for me
Thanks for sharing every valuable information you come across. And by the way,you changed my course of direction.Thank you 🎉🎉🎉🎉
ikr, feeling the same.😊
I haven't been able to finish listening to the audiobook, It is an autobiography full of cheesy motivational phrases and with very vague examples, honestly I am surprised by the bad recommendation from you, the audiobook that I am enjoying widely is yours because it is more concrete and focused on reality 10/10
I was watching and listening to Noah's content before. You showed it in a great angle Ali. I love what you do. Inspiring.
Great work bro, thank you. I'll keep in mind customer first approach is key
Amazing, this comes at a perfect timing because I'm in the process of starting a new business
Very great lesson! Just in time when I was crafting my own ideas of business
I woke up with a big spot on my face today and I thought I won't do a video, it's embarrassing and I'l get lots of nasty comments. Anyway, I've just finished recording and I thought, 'who cares? It's the content that matters. Ali just gets on with it.' Thanks Ali. 😊
I only have one comment to this great video: Not all businesses solve problems.
Some give services/products that people didn't even knew they need - the wants not needs
Like Apple products, like social networks or luxury clothes
Today, I was searching for business-related knowledge, and you dropped a video. Thanks, Ali!
Just what I needed ☺️ thanks as always Ali!
Light bulb = On
Thanks for sharing Ali 🙏
As an artists trying to sell on Etsy this year, I have always found it hard to know what problem we’re trying to solve.
People's need for meaning and beauty. Perhaps the most important problem of all.
Thank you so much for sharing this. I feel like this video may have just saved me years of my life.
“The tyranny of how” - So true and I love hearing the little hints of TR’s influence in your content. I like “Now not how” too and will download Noah’s book now. Thanks for all you do Ali! Keep the great videos coming!
Putting away my phone and all distractions for the next 14mins 12secs! Thanks for another cool video brother ✍
I watch on my phone haha
I love that you don't talk super slowly, like American videos! :D Great tips. I've been procrasilearning for a month, trying to build my confidence in skills instead of just diving in. Ta!
To be fair I am german and i appreciate the option for german voice tracking but i personally prefer hearing alis voice since, for me, his voice is a central reason why I like these videos so much and this is still lost in the autotranslation.
good to know, we're testing out these AI audio tracks in case people want them but of course you can still choose English
I was planning on side hustle. Its a boost.🎉
Definitely listening to this one after seeing your videos on learning and active recall. By the way I'm from Lesotho, how long did your family spend there before moving to England?
Do you have a book club Ali? I saw a watermark at the start where it showed “Book Club”
🤔I'm thinking of a business idea of how to easily cover a pimple on a male's nose. It would be just a pencil looking product. Just one stroke of a pen and you're on your way out. There's make-up but I would call my product Mark-up. Thanks the inspiration Ali. 😂
Amazing value in such a short video! It's perfect - no fluff.
Just start without think and later deal with depts in years long. Yes, you can do that but don't cry later on.
Are kiya bat hai chacha🎉
Super se bhi uper❤
I am 17 and wanted to have a potential idea for starting a business in the future. Thanks for the warning 🙏😂 . Now I can ask people about their problems and make a business out of it.
Excellent video! I've learnt a lot from it. Many thanks!
Great Video Ali! - Can the comments section validate this business Idea? - Who would pay for a Habit Tracking App that Gamifies your life like an RPG & gives you xp in certain skills - Think RuneScape but you set your own skills
Holy moly this is a wake up call for me. All these years, I have been doing "founder approach" without success. I am a software engineer and I could spend months building an app that I thought would generate me money in the long run without validating the idea first. It sounded cool in my mind though :D
Hey, if I’m looking to work with a software developer, in your opinion, where is a good place to find them/ network?
