And avoid oily breakfast. 2)Lunch: Don't eat rice as your lunch. a)Daily afternoonsa 4/5 Banana with 250 GM curd or b)Thick smoothie made with 2 spoons of oats, 2 spoons of putnalu 8 Nos cashew, 8 Nos badam, 10 Nos kishmish, 1 apple, One glass of milk, If you want to gain mass quickly you can add protein powder to your smoothie. Try to eat at least 150 GM's of chicken per day. For veg people they can eat boiled sweet potato, or boiled veru chanagalu or nana pettina kabuli chana. c)Evening: 3 boiled eggs only white. Don't eat Yellow 🟡. (Don't boil too much) Dinner: Eat whatever you like, but it should be less Oily. Don't eat the full plate of rice. Increase quantity of green vegetables or non veg. And decrease rice quantity. Ekkuvaga rice thinte belly vastundi jagrata. Apart from that you have to increase your appetite. Daily morning tea coffee kakunda Chitikedu sonti podi Chitikedu vamu podi, Chitikedu black salt, Chitikedu daniyalu With one spoon of honey vesi one and half cup of water lo mariginchandi. Tarwata konni mint leaves ni Leda Tulsi leaves ni add cheyandi. Take it instead of tea and coffee. Tea and coffee tagadam valla appetite undadu. And do cardio workouts and strength training regularly. Daily 30 min no mind meditation along with pranayama breathing practice. Morning levagane leda night padukune mundu. At least have a 45 to 60min gap between your dinner and meditation. Health is wealth 🤑.
