Sorry if this is a stupid question, but why the unmarrying of the grip during the right to left transition at 02:11? I'm guessing it's for balance allowing you to dart to the left quickly? Stupid question part 2: Is there a general rule regarding "if one has to take X amount of steps to their next position then they should just release their grip then re-grip?"

At 3:09 you kept your grip during the transition, so I'm just trying to understand the reasoning behind it. Thanks!

At 211, I was turning my hips to get more explosive out of position and it is difficult to maintain grip while firing left workout breaking the 180.

I was working on many different movements in this session. Most of them were to maintain flow and to be consistently shooting.
