    I'm new at USPSA. One of the thing's that's stood out is how helpful some of the more skilled shooters have been. Mr. Lockwood is no exception! Thank you.

    Thank you. New to USPSA and appreciate you. Many resources out there on fundamentals, trigger squeeze etc. But I feel like you are teaching how to play and do well at this game. Keep it coming brother.

    New sub here and great work bro. I also recently started doing the band around the knees workout and it really improved my movement and quickness! Next I’ll try to get a Bosu ball for balance! Thanks for sharing your routine bro.

    Thanks for sharing these ideas, Issac. These techniques look like excellent functional training for USPSA, ect. I just have to actually get myself to do them. lol . Do you ever dry fire with some kind of weight mounted to the picatinny rail?

    Great stuff ! I assume you’ll do some of your workouts with your race kit on as well ? I’ll do conditioning moves with just my SIRT and some targets but also with my gear on

    • @isaaclockwood1839

    Do you ever wear the wrist weights when practicing holster draws?

    • @isaaclockwood1839
      @isaaclockwood1839  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I have but it gets in the way of the scoop draw.

    • @offthedraw
      @offthedraw 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @Isaac Lockwood makes sense. I'm ordering a set of wrist weights and the resistance band. Great videos dude. I really love your stage analysis videos and videos like this wear you go over conditioning. So much of USPSA is footwork and balance.
