Ermahgerd! Where was this last year, when I made awful Sandcastles using the other person’s tutorial?!! 😂 This one is BRILLIANT! Thank you so much. You may have rekindled my desire to use your pattern. I’ve not made any of the W&W patterns that I’ve bought, as I was seriously put off! Eek. So happy to have found this tutorial. Can’t make a new one immediately, but I’m looking forward to the next one being an enjoyable experience. I so appreciate you bothering to make this for us. Sooooo happy abut this. ♥️

Best Tutorial ever for a beginner. I have seen a few and not too pleased with the outcome but this explained all the difficult bits so well. Can't wait to make another. Thank you 😊

    That's great!! Thank you.
I want to ask your opinion about How do I choose the best fit of the pattern to my head size. Although I chose the "right" size the hat seems to be a bit larger, so every light wind takes it off :)

So the hat isn’t designed to be a tight fit - if you look at Jack in the cover photo there is a bit of space there. If you like a tight fit then I would size down. Or there is a tutorial on the Waves and Wild website blog for adding a drawstring which would stop your hat flying away! 😁
