How would you say your proportion of laptop VS iPad usage is? 50:50? 75:25? If your iPad suddenly disappeared, would you be fine with just laptop or would you want your iPad again? Is your iPad better for memorisation and revision? Lots of questions thank youu
I would say 90:10 almost, I barely use my laptop except when I need to write proper word documents or use laptop softwares etc., I don’t think I’d be fine without my ipad because of all the other usages I use it for like video editing etc., so I’d probs need to upgrade my laptop (mine is kinda old-ish). In terms of memorisation / revision, I wouldn’t say its better per say esp since apps like anki and word / notion are all available on the laptop and actually have more functionality. The only thing thing would be the ease of being able to take scribbles and write mindmaps on the spot but that is easily fixed with a stylus laptop or a paper pen so I don’t think in terms of revision there is a difference in both. :)) Hope this helps!!
@@luluhalim wow this is incredibly insightful and surprising, definitely leaning towards grabbing an iPad to supplement my studies. So so helpful for up and coming med / uni student
If i have an old laptop ( like it works but dosent stay on without the cable plaugged in) so iwant to buy a ipad but ill still jse my old laptop Is it worth it?
I think for taking notes during lectures it’ll defo be important to be able to carry a device with you. Most lecture theatres usually don’t have a lot of plugs available so I’d recommend you look into buying another device yup
@@amagamer5558 I’d definitely recommend at least having a laptop for flashcards / anki and accessing lectures or for any written projects you have, so if you need to invest in something now and you don’t currently have one then I’d say a laptop. If you do have a laptop already then I’d recommend starting out with handwritten notes and seeing how it works for you :))
I got the 11inch and found it quite good! Though my friend has the 13inch and the large screen is quite useful for splitscreen etc., so its up to you! :)) (hehe thank you!!)
@@ahmadslemany2637 yes my ipad is very good it has the M2 chip which is very fast, I use it to edit 4k footage as well and it barely lags! If you want note taking all of the ipads I reckon are a great fit!
Hey lulu , really nice video ! I was wondering if I could help you with more Quality Editing in your videos and also make a highly engaging Thumbnail and also help you with the overall youtube strategy and growth ! Pls let me know what do you think ?
How long did it take to learn English fluently? I also want to study medicine in uk, but my proficiency is only intermediate. Please help me. Give some tips...
@@LutfaLopa I’ve been speaking English since I was a child so I can’t help too much in this sorry! But overall practice is key for language learning and talking with natives often, especially when you want to go from intermediate to advanced :)
You’d have to look at the specs and what you want from the device! My ipad was really helpful esp since i edit on it but I think samsung tablets are equally as good and have loads of cool features! I’d recommend you watch comparison videos which might help :)
Thank you so much for watching everyone!! Hope this was helpful! I got the Ipad Air 5 256gb with the smart folio keyboard😊

Do you recommend the folio touch or the combo touch?
