    예전부터 느낀거지만 발골하시는 분들 본나이프 잡는거 보면 칼날 밑으로 해서 움켜쥐시는거 같은데 그렇게 칼 잡고도 정교하게 원하는 부분만 칼이 들어가는게 정말 신기해보였어요 .대단하신거 같습니다

    진짜 소는 살아서나 죽어서나 인간에게 많은 걸 안겨주는 듯, 농경사회에서는 이만한 일꾼도 없고 음식으로도 머리부터 발끝까지 진짜...너무 맛잇겠다...

    저도 경북영주서 소발골하는 사람이지만 진짜 머리 발골 기똥차게 하시네요.. 저도 머리 발골 하기는하지만 항상 한두만해도 칼이 다 망가져서 별로 꺼려했는데 이거 영상보면서 많은 도움 되겠네요..여하튼 잘보고 갑니다.

    Beef toung is amazingly good. My grand mother had me try it when I was young.
    Taste like the best roast beef you can get.
    Was told to always try something,just because it looks gross doesnt mean it taste bad. Especialy if it smells good while cooking too.

    예전엔 마장동에 도축장이 있었어요.
    그래서 신선하고 품질 좋은 고기를 얻을수 있었구요.
    지금은 서울 마장동, 독산동 축산시장 모두
    도살장이 사라진것으로 알고 있습니다

    난 나이 70이지만 돼지고기 닭고기 그리고 소고기도 먹긴 하지만 그 외의 동물은 먹질 않는다
    돼지와 닭은 먹기 부담스럽지 않은데 쇠고기는 너무 부담스럽다
    어렸을때 등교하기전에 소를 몰고 산에 방목했다가 하교후 누렁아! 하고 부르면 나를 찾아오던 그 소..
    그 커다랗던 검은 눈망울 아직도 잊을수가 없다
