I suffer with PTSD due to childhood trauma, I don’t smoke a pipe but I’m thinking about getting one as I think it would be comforting and good for taking one’s mind off of things and block those invasive thoughts,, powerful poem btw, just found your channel and I have subscribed, all the best and thanks 👍
Hi, my email address is in my bio. If you ever need to have a private chat or just vent about anything, feel free. I'm not a therapist or anything, but I'm well aware that sometimes, getting things out in the open with someone that will listen can go a long way.
A most poignant poem, and nicely recited by you. A thoughtful composition from a teenager. I have found your channel after a recommendation from Piper X1X and glad I took note. I am very sorry to learn of the PTSD. I know a little about it, after some personal experiences when I was younger. It makes me sick how members of the military, both serving and former are treated by this country, but then again an awful lot makes me angry about Britain these days, especially England! I will gladly contribute to your fundraiser, which is a wonderful gesture on your part. I hope over the coming weeks and months you raise a lot more than two hundred pounds. Do keep it open as some people like myself may be able to donate more than once. I may also know others who could bung a few quid. Which county are you in? I am just outside Stroud in Gloucestershire. Really nice to see a young chap like yourself joining and making content for YTPC. My pipe passion began at age 33, am now late forties, sadly! For personal reasons I don't make content for social media, but in the future that may change. Take care of yourself.
Thank you kindly, Sir! Your support is thoroughly appreciated. I recently started pipe smoking, and it has helped me to slow down in life and helps me to focus. It is a terrible thing to bear witness to the neglect our veterans face. This is my stand against it to try and help. I am from Portsmouth, right on the south coast of Hampshire! I do hope to see you post in future! Everyone has a place here 😃 wishing you all the best my friend.
I suffer from PTSD I have a RX that really is helping. I’ve had to try 4-5 different ones but this new 1 works well for me. Hang in there, it’s all you can do.
Brilliant absolutely bloody brilliant idea and I’ll definitely be chipping in next time I get my disability cheque. I know first hand what these lads went through and those who never made it home. You are a breath of fresh air to the YTPC fella and I’ll definitely be giving you and this brilliant idea a mention in my next video.
Thank you, Sir! As always, your input is always held in the highest regard (especially as an ex serviceman) but also as an individual. You truly are a fantastic bloke, and I'm stoked just to be able to call you my friend.
@@KnottsAndPipes That you are fella a friend and doing well with your channel too, your sub count is doing really well for such a short time, you’re a likeable lad and you come across so in your videos. And don’t belittle your job saying you are only a window cleaner, there’s nothing wrong in that one bit as you are providing a service that people require and you are not like so many others out there who think it’s ok to live on government handouts when so many are capable of working but think it’s ok not too, you are in employment buddy and that’s the main thing and you are putting food on the table from your hard graft, that’s something to be proud of if you ask me.
Nice video. Thinking of an initiative to support a veteran is quite thoughtful of you. I think you left out how to make a donation to the guy, especially for YTPC members who are outside the Uk. Thanks for the good work.
Good Evening 😊Congrats on your sub count 🎉👏🏼 Awesone Video👌🏽 Great Poem 💯 Thanks for sharing 👍🏼 Have a wonderful weekend 🤗 Greetings from South Africa 🇿🇦
A worthwhile cause, all the best with the fundraise. Added the link to my twitter but I'm a nobody with very few followers so unsure if it would garner any additional donations. Hopefully it might, every little helps.
