Completely unintuitive. The MuseScore 4 index are pretty empty on various topics and they changed several things.

I looked for so long to find how to use notation software that can playback swing feel. I use Crescendo which is paid for, charges you almost as much again for each update and the kicker, CAN'T PLAY SWING FEEL!! I'm getting Musescore today and THANK YOU, you're my hero!!

Oh, I do have Guitar Pro 8 , which is great for guitars but not so good for piano/keys, it's excellent though.
