  • When you watch NFL football, it might seem that everything operates like a well-oiled machine to create a perfect game with no major hiccups. However, despite how everything might look on TV, there are a lot of secrets being kept about how the NFL operates and they aren’t exactly flattering. Plenty of high-profile players have gotten into legal trouble, with the league not stepping in early enough, and even some of their so-called charity functions aren’t really all that charitable. Let’s take a look at some of the secrets that the NFL doesn’t want you to know.

You left out the biggie, as many books have shown, the games are RIGGED, FIXED, SCRIPTED. The owners are losing money on attendance, so they make it up on TV revenue and GAMBLING.

Please update this after the recent “NFL” narrative and/or a certain individual’s “Script” for the 2019 season...Specifically...We reference the recent “49’ers vs Rams” that lead to an UNPRECEDENTED & ABSOLUTELY unbelievable return of M.Lynch’s unsanctioned return & ABSOLUTELY NON STARTER player that also lead to R.Shermans odd feud during the “49’ers vs Seahawks” & the REFEREE disregard for an actual new and controversy in a new ruling that THE REFS made an issue “Last Season.”

regarding the breast cancer awareness section, the 11% is a misleading figure. that is 11% of the revenue. a more relevant number would be how much of the profits are donated.

Of course they should get the salaries they get. Almost all those guys are broken down and all crippled up before 35 years old. They spend the majority of their lives messed up physically and a good percentage mentally messed up. They deserve every penny they make. No weather or not they use it responsibly that's another question.

dude dont be stupid. they should put the money into other areas of society that need it like education and public works. like really. and there is nothing wrong with sports, but not the kind that promote the physical and mental deterioration of a person so you can get your sick rocks off watching him catch, throw, and run. feel free to go out and do all those things for yourself.

The way the NFL has been handling itself over the past 5 or so years. We use to watch every game. Now, we might watch the playoffs and the Superbowl but I don't enjoy it as much since it's become some weird combination of political hot potato and changing of rules left and right. Demanding that freedom of speech be squelched was the last straw. I have no desire to watch this year unless the players stay in the locker rooms as protest. The NFL will support rapists and abusers but not their players? SAD
