Setting Time Zone on CASIO wave ceptor watch (Module 5161)

How to change the time zone or "Home City" on a CASIO wave ceptor radio controlled watch using Module 5161. This procedure is useful when you holiday abroad, for example.

Many thanks despite successfully owning a Wave Ceptor previously (different module), I just about given up on my new one, or at least living with the analogue permanently on Tokyo Time but having managed the off-set to UK time. I assumed that it couldn't sync with the UK transmitter. However, by carefully watching (and pausing) your video, I could see where I was going wrong (not finding the ADJ position. It was such a relief to see the second hand go to the W position and then, to my utter relief, seeing the hands whizz around to my local time- thanks again.

I was considering buying this watch for traveling, really like it but after this video won't happen. Casio complicated this process so much that it defeats it's purpose. You're traveling to a place first need to check the city included in the watch corresponding to the place you're visiting. Are you supposed to have all included cities abbreviations and corresponding time zones in your mind? Then you can only move forward like in the second example in the video 22 times, really. From my perspective is way easier to simply set the new local time in a regular watch.
