Great video! I really love the improvements that Casio made with the WVQ-M640 over the WVA-470 which was it's predecessor. Also, the term "Indiglo" is actually owned by Timex for the electroluminscent back lighting. Casio has used this back lighting in other watches that they have made and the earliest that I can think of is the ABX-23, or at least that is the earliest watch that I own that has that same technology in it.
Very helpful. Got one with cloth strap which I'm in the process of softening up. Was able to get it to manual sync in the morning after changing locations a couple of times. I think this was a steal at less than $70. THANKS!!! I would have to say many of the functions are not exactly intuitive. People porbably will have to refer to manual or this video for help.
Just got one.... love it....especially the bracelet adjustment.....leave it to Casio to come up with something so useful yet so simple.... simply brilliant......
Hi how do people use the waveceptor function when they are away. I am in the UK and my watch is set to LON, we went to Germany, should my watch have changed to German time automatically or should I have have to adjust it?
Sean, can you help me out. I have a lineage lcw m100 similar to this and for some reason I changed the day and date display and now what I get is just the local time. No matter how I cycle thru, I can't get those back. Help Please
For the life of me i cant get this watch to sink up with the Atomic clock.. Soooo I went and got the APP (Clock Wave) Guess what I can't get this thing to sink to the APP either.
How do you get into manual radio time sync mode? The manual says to hold down button "C" for 2 seconds in timekeeping mode but nothing happens when I do that.
Casio watches are of the worst quality because most of them fit with 4 bolts in a resin box or plastic those 4 holes are overcome when you change in the second battery and as careful as they do and you can no longer dive it into the water a great decision the Cassios with bolts

It took me a fair amount of time to set the time and I could not tell you how I did it. The day and date are off. That is for another day.
Just ordered a Casio wave ceptor. I believe they auto set at night. Leave by a window 12 o'clock high position..

I didn't hear the hourly charm when the hands got to 8 o'clock which is just like mine and the alarm is useless too. Only a mouse could hear it.
My wave ceptor shows the time instead of the day of the week. How do I make it display the day of the week?
