I don't know how anyone can give your videos a thumbs down. It's not politics, or animal abuse, it's free well explained tutorials. Negative spoiled people go somewhere else. Thank you for your tutorials. 99.9% of us here appreciate them.
I'm glad you are back and that my channel is helping you train your techniques :) That's great, set your goals and achieve them my friend. No problem :) I will do my best to and I appreciate your support. Good luck with your training :)
When I was 12 I got my black belt in taekwondo, but now I'm 25 and smoking a packet of cigarettes every day. Now I found this channel and I fucking missed the days that my body had the ability to do these kinds of stuff.
Thank you so much for this video!!! I'm a long-time yoga practitioner and still working toward full handstand. This is the most comprehensive tutorial I've ever seen. Many thanks, Linda :-)
I resumed practicing teakwondo after a break of 6 years and I was looking for some tutorials to train techniques etc.... then I found your channel, which realy helps a lot! And there's so much advanced stuff I can do in the future... I'm looking forward to that! Now I can train my english and my teakwondo :) thank you for this channel, i love it. keep up the good work, I'll keep watching and practicing.. Greetings from Germany
I appreciate you saying that. Thank you :) ITF is more traditional and focuses more on self defence. Where as WTF is usually more sport orientated (Olympic Sparring) but still contains some self defence. This varies based on the instructor and how they teach but both should be respected for what they have to offer :)
Finally I am doing it just a little more and I am there.Thank you so much I have watched many tutorials but yours was the most detailed one thanks now I am going to watch all your videos.
I appreciate you saying that and I definitely understand as it's not as if i'm down the road from you but hopefully I can help you a little on here at least :)
I won't be doing any videos on patterns due to the debates on how patterns and movements should be done but good luck with your training :) I appreciate you saying that. Thank you :)
No, I usually reply to thank people for the compliments and support they are giving me. If it's the same compliment then it's usually the same or a similar response. I also reply to any questions that people have, like this one :)
A one handed handstand is very difficult and the balance would be different and more difficult to control without the other arm. Other moves I can though like cartwheels and handsprings though. Good luck with your training :)
I appreciate your support :) I suck it in but when you are moving and have to control to stay there you have to tense them to remain in or get to position. Good luck :)
Your tutorials are awesome mainly because you actually explain every detail of the move performed I appreciate this alot and I'm now a subscriber keep up the good work!
Thank you so much!!! Ive been trying to figure to do handstand by myself but always failed because if i got injured !! Now i managed to do so in half way and i will keep working on Thank u:)

Just keep at it and use your fingers, palms, shoulders and the other pointers in the video to help control your balance. It takes time to get good form so patience and perseverance is the key. Good luck :)
I appreciate you saying that. Thank you :) Try and share my videos to help promote my channel and help others in your area. It would be greatly appreciated. Thank you :)
