Sir my HP laptop also same problem. Sir said to plug in charger but should I on the switch plug on or not, I plugged and switched on then turned on my laptop then laptop gets on normally but with out switching plug on by connecting charger laptop is screen off and caps lock light blinking.

Sir mera laptop on nahi ho rha same yahi laptop hai maine fan nikal ke saaf kiya uske baad firse assemble kar diya lekin Caps lock button blink kar raha(3 times) aur speaker beep kar rha but display nahi aa rha

- RAM Sawaping
- RAM Changing
- BIOS Reset through Keyboard
- Unplugging the battery and on
- BIOS flash using USB
But still not turing on.
Need to be flash bios rom so kinldy contact Repairing centre
