Here is a little fact about joe i read many years ago, still makes me laugh, he was living in sheffield , doing his thing, in a lucid moment he opened a letter, who knows how long it had been unopened, inside was a royalty check for £100,000
I saw a recent biography on Joe’s life. He was a remarkable man! They interviews with his family members, they said after he went to Woodstock in ‘69, he was never the same. They say he met and partied with us heroes. He took too much LSD one time, and he never fully recovered like he was before. Not that that is bad, he was still happy and still Joe!!! I saw him in concert, the Friday after 9-11 happened, in Philadelphia. He opened for ‘the Guess Who’, and he blew them away, in my opinion, but I’m partial to Joe anyway. He has Never sung a bad song. Even if the song was bad, Joe made it Great! ✌🏻❤️🦋

Beautiful, I love the raw emotion and energy put in the performance. It's as if I can feel his presence.
I can't get JCs sound out of my head. I find myself humming many of his tunes. The man is real and unedited.
Way back in the 70's Joe Cocker is a favorite.... Love this song " You are so beautiful".
this is the finest version i have ever heard joe sing.....one of a kind......
I TEAR RIGHT UP, AMAZING.
69, I was 17.Blessed and still blazing! What a long, strange trip its been!
