I'm about 1/4 of the way through the video right now and just want to say how awesome the father son dynamic is here. Im so jealous! Lol. Keep it up! He will remember this stuff for a lifetime!
Nice to see they changed the coating. I have an 07 and the previous owner likely installed it shortly after he bought it. 152k on the truck and it's rusted out. That type of coating should help prevent against impact cracking. Nice video, well done!
Good call on lifting the back of the truck up, when I installed it on my tundra I failed to do that and it was a real pain. I also thought parts of the instructions were written in hieroglyphics. For the money paid, they could have included hi-res color photos. One thing to note, if you plan on ever doing any serious off-roading (I don't think your truck is 4x4) that tank hangs below the frame... =( The thing I enjoy the most about my tank, I have to go to the gas station less often.
My fuel gauge works fine after my transfer flow install (2016 Tundra). What is off is the trip computer, I contacted transfer flow and they said that there is no known fix for the DTE (destination til empty) computer calculation. Everything else works fine.

You convinced me to buy and install myself rather than drive the 120 miles to my nearest Transfer Flow installer! Nice job.

Such a good dad/son video. I'm jelly
Great video how to install the 46 gallon tank and you should do a video how to fill up the 46 gallon tank at the gas station
Great video! I wish I didn't already have a 38 gallon tank so I could justify doing this.
Haha awesome helper. "Put your purse down dude"

Awesome video! Can’t wait until my kids get older and work on vehicles with me. Did you guys upgrade the headlights like you mentioned in the video?
thank you... yes we did...just have to edit the video...
Smart kid gets shavings out, I’d would use a vacuum.
Can you do a follow up vid of how you like the fuel tank and if there’s a way to correct the fuel gauge?

Were you able to adjust your ecu to read the bigger tank?
Good job
Any updates on this fuel tank?
Great video.
I might have missed it but…
How long did the install take (start to finish)?
This comment (⭐️🌈) made me watch ti the end. I want to buy a tank too.
