I think the barber should've prepped the beard like Mahesh did with humidifier and oil and sorting it out before going for the chop, the guy had dents and everything in his beard. Curly beards like this needs to be sorted out before trimming otherwise it's very easy to chop off what's vital

I like the modest trim and thank you for not butchering it. Curly beards follow the less is good motto for everything to stay in place and looking natural.

I think he thinned the beard out too much by taking too much from underneath to try and create the 'bevelled' look he said he was going for. I hate it when barbers do that as it makes the beard look whispy. Beardbrand are great and none of the other guys do that for that reason. It was a mistake I used to make until I learned better.

Not much of a trim when all said and done. Still looks frizzy and just doesn't seem to say "I got a beard trim" but it's about what the client wants. Good luck.
No hate at all this was a bad trim. You can look up so many beard trims of the same style that look so much cleaner and neater. Look at this comment as constructive criticism!
He thinned out the beard too much in my opinion by combing the beard straight and then cutting it underneath. The natural curves he had in his beard made the beard really thick and strong and more natural. Now its gone

Seems like barber had no idea what he was doing. Bad trim. Left and right is totally messed up. He didn’t even prepped his beard. I’d never get a cut from this guy ever.
I bet these guys charge lot of money for these cuts. Barbers at my place give you best haircut and beard in 35CAD. Surrey, British Columbia have very talented cheap barbers.
